Što se ovdje može napraviti, ostavljeno je budućim vlasnicima na volju, maštanje, od sličnog mini imanja do vile s bazenom...
Za taj se novac u Zagrebu jedva može kupiti stan u novogradnji u predgrađu, a u Splitu još manje, piše Dom i dizajn. Povremeno se na tržištu nekretnina pojavi neka nekretnina koja je dobra prilika, a ova se ni manje ni više nalazi blizu uvale svjetskog glasa - Stinive na Visu. Manje staro imanje kojem je nužna obnova, na južnoj strani otoka, pronašli smo kod agencije za nekretnine Trgostan, za 185 000 eura. Ova suma za mnoge je domaće ljude prevelika, ali realno za nekretninu na takvoj lokaciji možda i nije. Dok gledam fotografije kao da u daljini čujem riječi iz jedne pjesme: "A vidi sunca, a vidi lipote."

Sastoji se od glavne kuće na dvije etaže, te nekoliko manjih kamenih objekata, sve na zemljištu površine 1280 kvadrata. Objektima je potrebna potpuna rekonstrukcija, a moguće je, kažu nam u toj tvrtki, postići i dodatnu površinu jer se veći dio objekata nalazi u građevinskom području.
Kuća je udaljena desetak minuta vožnje od Komiže i Visa i svega nekoliko minuta od južnih uvala, među kojima su Mala i Vela Travna i Stiniva.
- Ovakve nekretnine su vrlo rijetke na otoku i gotovo je nemoguće naći kompleks sličnih karakteristika. Objektima je potrebna potpuna rekonstrukcija, uz moguću dogradnju ili novogradnja - kaže Špiro Trgo, direktor agencije Trgostan.

Posljednjih nekoliko godina nekretnine na Visu su među najtraženijima na obali, rezultat čega je i bio rast cijena.
- Uglavnom su sve lokacije na otoku dosta tražene, pa tako uz standardno interesantne Vis i Komižu, interes bilježimo za Milnu i Ženku, Rukavac i ostale uvale, ali i za lokacije u unutrašnjosti otoka, uglavnom na južnom dijelu - govori Š. Trgo.
Najatraktivnija mikro lokacija na otoku je Kut, predio grada Visa, gdje se postižu cijene od 3.000 eura za kvadrat pa i do 6.000 eura kvadrat.
- Ogroman interes je i za stari dio Komiže, ali se godišnje pojavi svega nekoliko nekretnina na tržištu. I tu se postižu dosta visoke cijene od 2.000 do 4.000-4.500 eura kvadrat - zaključuje.

Što se ovdje može napraviti, ostavljeno je budućim vlasnicima na volju, maštanje, od sličnog mini imanja do vile s bazenom...
Za taj se novac u Zagrebu jedva može kupiti stan u novogradnji u predgrađu, a u Splitu još manje, piše Dom i dizajn. Povremeno se na tržištu nekretnina pojavi neka nekretnina koja je dobra prilika, a ova se ni manje ni više nalazi blizu uvale svjetskog glasa - Stinive na Visu. Manje staro imanje kojem je nužna obnova, na južnoj strani otoka, pronašli smo kod agencije za nekretnine Trgostan, za 185 000 eura. Ova suma za mnoge je domaće ljude prevelika, ali realno za nekretninu na takvoj lokaciji možda i nije. Dok gledam fotografije kao da u daljini čujem riječi iz jedne pjesme: "A vidi sunca, a vidi lipote."

Sastoji se od glavne kuće na dvije etaže, te nekoliko manjih kamenih objekata, sve na zemljištu površine 1280 kvadrata. Objektima je potrebna potpuna rekonstrukcija, a moguće je, kažu nam u toj tvrtki, postići i dodatnu površinu jer se veći dio objekata nalazi u građevinskom području.
Kuća je udaljena desetak minuta vožnje od Komiže i Visa i svega nekoliko minuta od južnih uvala, među kojima su Mala i Vela Travna i Stiniva.
- Ovakve nekretnine su vrlo rijetke na otoku i gotovo je nemoguće naći kompleks sličnih karakteristika. Objektima je potrebna potpuna rekonstrukcija, uz moguću dogradnju ili novogradnja - kaže Špiro Trgo, direktor agencije Trgostan.

Posljednjih nekoliko godina nekretnine na Visu su među najtraženijima na obali, rezultat čega je i bio rast cijena.
- Uglavnom su sve lokacije na otoku dosta tražene, pa tako uz standardno interesantne Vis i Komižu, interes bilježimo za Milnu i Ženku, Rukavac i ostale uvale, ali i za lokacije u unutrašnjosti otoka, uglavnom na južnom dijelu - govori Š. Trgo.
Najatraktivnija mikro lokacija na otoku je Kut, predio grada Visa, gdje se postižu cijene od 3.000 eura za kvadrat pa i do 6.000 eura kvadrat.
- Ogroman interes je i za stari dio Komiže, ali se godišnje pojavi svega nekoliko nekretnina na tržištu. I tu se postižu dosta visoke cijene od 2.000 do 4.000-4.500 eura kvadrat - zaključuje.
