Na ovogodišnjem 34. po redu World Cheese Awardsu održanom u Newportu u Walesu, Sirana Gligora osvojila je 5 nagrada! Ovo je godina bila rekordna po pitanju broja prijavljenih sireva - njih čak 4434 iz 42 zemlje. 900 sirana iz cijelog svijeta.

Sireve je ocjenjivalo 250 sudaca iz 38 zemalja. Zanimljivo je i kako je ovogodišnji WCA trebao biti održan u Kijevu u Ukraini, međutim, zbog rata preseljen je u Wales. Nagrađeni sirevi Sirane Gligora su: Super Gold - Žigljen afiniran u maraskinoj komini Gold - Paški sir (ZOI) Silver - Paški sir (ZOI) ekstra stari Silver - Žigljen ekstra stari Bronze - Dimljeni Chilli Osvojivši Super Gold nagradu, Gligorin Žigljen iz maraskine komine svrstao se unutar 98 najbolja sira (2,21%) što je ujedno i najveći uspjeh hrvatskih sirana na ovogodišnjem natjecanju.

Ovogodišnji ukupni pobjednik natjecanja je sir Gruyer AOP Surchiox sirane Volderfultigen, dok je Gorgonzola Dolce DOP sirane De‘ Magi osvojila drugo mjesto. Iz Sirane Gligora kažu kako nagradama oduševljeni, osobito za sir iz miješanog kravljeg i ovčjeg mlijeka - Žigljen, jer dodatno zrenje i afiniranje u plodovima višnje maraske čini ga unikatnim, a svojim kupcima iz cijelog svijeta žele ponuditi upravo to - jako dobre i unikatne sireve provjerene kvalitete!

Na ovogodišnjem 34. po redu World Cheese Awardsu održanom u Newportu u Walesu, Sirana Gligora osvojila je 5 nagrada! Ovo je godina bila rekordna po pitanju broja prijavljenih sireva - njih čak 4434 iz 42 zemlje. 900 sirana iz cijelog svijeta.

Sireve je ocjenjivalo 250 sudaca iz 38 zemalja. Zanimljivo je i kako je ovogodišnji WCA trebao biti održan u Kijevu u Ukraini, međutim, zbog rata preseljen je u Wales. Nagrađeni sirevi Sirane Gligora su: Super Gold - Žigljen afiniran u maraskinoj komini Gold - Paški sir (ZOI) Silver - Paški sir (ZOI) ekstra stari Silver - Žigljen ekstra stari Bronze - Dimljeni Chilli Osvojivši Super Gold nagradu, Gligorin Žigljen iz maraskine komine svrstao se unutar 98 najbolja sira (2,21%) što je ujedno i najveći uspjeh hrvatskih sirana na ovogodišnjem natjecanju.

Ovogodišnji ukupni pobjednik natjecanja je sir Gruyer AOP Surchiox sirane Volderfultigen, dok je Gorgonzola Dolce DOP sirane De‘ Magi osvojila drugo mjesto. Iz Sirane Gligora kažu kako nagradama oduševljeni, osobito za sir iz miješanog kravljeg i ovčjeg mlijeka - Žigljen, jer dodatno zrenje i afiniranje u plodovima višnje maraske čini ga unikatnim, a svojim kupcima iz cijelog svijeta žele ponuditi upravo to - jako dobre i unikatne sireve provjerene kvalitete!

Na World Cheese Awardsu održanom u Newportu u Walesu, Sirana Gligora osvojila je 5 nagrada!

Na ovogodišnjem 34. po redu World Cheese Awardsu održanom u Newportu u Walesu, Sirana Gligora osvojila je 5 nagrada! Ovo je godina bila rekordna po pitanju broja prijavljenih sireva - njih čak 4434 iz 42 zemlje. 900 sirana iz cijelog svijeta.

Sireve je ocjenjivalo 250 sudaca iz 38 zemalja. Zanimljivo je i kako je ovogodišnji WCA trebao biti održan u Kijevu u Ukraini, međutim, zbog rata preseljen je u Wales. Nagrađeni sirevi Sirane Gligora su: Super Gold - Žigljen afiniran u maraskinoj komini Gold - Paški sir (ZOI) Silver - Paški sir (ZOI) ekstra stari Silver - Žigljen ekstra stari Bronze - Dimljeni Chilli Osvojivši Super Gold nagradu, Gligorin Žigljen iz maraskine komine svrstao se unutar 98 najbolja sira (2,21%) što je ujedno i najveći uspjeh hrvatskih sirana na ovogodišnjem natjecanju.

Ovogodišnji ukupni pobjednik natjecanja je sir Gruyer AOP Surchiox sirane Volderfultigen, dok je Gorgonzola Dolce DOP sirane De‘ Magi osvojila drugo mjesto. Iz Sirane Gligora kažu kako nagradama oduševljeni, osobito za sir iz miješanog kravljeg i ovčjeg mlijeka - Žigljen, jer dodatno zrenje i afiniranje u plodovima višnje maraske čini ga unikatnim, a svojim kupcima iz cijelog svijeta žele ponuditi upravo to - jako dobre i unikatne sireve provjerene kvalitete!
