Zbog neplaćenih računa za osiguranje 20 košarkaških utakmica od veljače do studenog 2019.godine, Košarkaški klub Zadar mora u državni proračun uplatiti iznos od 68.633,23 kuna.

Tijekom postupka na Trgovačkom sudu u Zadru gdje je RH tužila zadarski klub utvrđeno je kako KK Zadar državi prema priloženim računima duguje utuženi iznos.

- Sud smatra kako je tužiteljica dokazala osnovanost svoga potraživanja – košarkaške utakmice su bile osiguravane, izdani su računi kojima tuženik nije prigovorio iz čega je za zaključiti kako tuženik nije dokazao da nije dužan platiti utuženo potraživanje niti da ga je platio. Naime, tuženik je, prema stavu ovoga suda, protiv rješenja o ovrsi iznio paušalni prigovor ne iznoseći dokaze kojima bi potvrdio svoje navode niti u prigovoru niti kasnije tijekom postupka- navodi se u obrazloženju presude sutkinje Katarine Zdunić koja je na trgovačkom sudu u Zadru donesena u srijedu.

Zbog neplaćenih računa za osiguranje 20 košarkaških utakmica od veljače do studenog 2019.godine, Košarkaški klub Zadar mora u državni proračun uplatiti iznos od 68.633,23 kuna.

Tijekom postupka na Trgovačkom sudu u Zadru gdje je RH tužila zadarski klub utvrđeno je kako KK Zadar državi prema priloženim računima duguje utuženi iznos.

- Sud smatra kako je tužiteljica dokazala osnovanost svoga potraživanja – košarkaške utakmice su bile osiguravane, izdani su računi kojima tuženik nije prigovorio iz čega je za zaključiti kako tuženik nije dokazao da nije dužan platiti utuženo potraživanje niti da ga je platio. Naime, tuženik je, prema stavu ovoga suda, protiv rješenja o ovrsi iznio paušalni prigovor ne iznoseći dokaze kojima bi potvrdio svoje navode niti u prigovoru niti kasnije tijekom postupka- navodi se u obrazloženju presude sutkinje Katarine Zdunić koja je na trgovačkom sudu u Zadru donesena u srijedu.

Zbog neplaćenih računa za osiguranje 20 košarkaških utakmica država tužila Košarkaški klub Zadar: sada moraju u državni proračun uplatiti dug!

Zbog neplaćenih računa za osiguranje 20 košarkaških utakmica od veljače do studenog 2019.godine, Košarkaški klub Zadar mora u državni proračun uplatiti iznos od 68.633,23 kuna.

Tijekom postupka na Trgovačkom sudu u Zadru gdje je RH tužila zadarski klub utvrđeno je kako KK Zadar državi prema priloženim računima duguje utuženi iznos.

- Sud smatra kako je tužiteljica dokazala osnovanost svoga potraživanja – košarkaške utakmice su bile osiguravane, izdani su računi kojima tuženik nije prigovorio iz čega je za zaključiti kako tuženik nije dokazao da nije dužan platiti utuženo potraživanje niti da ga je platio. Naime, tuženik je, prema stavu ovoga suda, protiv rješenja o ovrsi iznio paušalni prigovor ne iznoseći dokaze kojima bi potvrdio svoje navode niti u prigovoru niti kasnije tijekom postupka- navodi se u obrazloženju presude sutkinje Katarine Zdunić koja je na trgovačkom sudu u Zadru donesena u srijedu.
