Zadarska županija pokrenula je postupak ukidanja minimalnih tehničkih uvjeta za javnu površinu ugostiteljskog objekta Ledana, proizlazi to iz očitovanja kojeg je medijima uputio županijski vijećnik Marko Pupić Bakrač (Akcija mladih).

Županijski vijećnik je Državnom inspektoratu ukazao na nove okolnosti u Perivoju kraljice Jelene Madijevke jer ugostiteljski objekt Ledana radi na javnoj površini, odnosno ima terasu, iako nema potpisan ugovor s tvrtkom Nasadi kojoj je taj park dan na upravljanje. Ugovor o javnoj površini s Nasadima tvrtci Riva Liburna, u čijem je vlasništvu UO Ledana, istekao je krajem prošle godine, a još uvijek nije potpisan novi ugovor. 

- Upravni odjel za gospodarstvo i turizam Zadarske županije pisano nas je obavijestio da je pokrenut postupak za ukidanje rješenja o utvrđivanju minimalnih uvjeta za pružanje ugostiteljskih usluga na otvorenom koje je izdano 13. siječnja 2022. godine,  zbog otkaza ugovora o zakupu javne površine ugostiteljskog objekta CAFFE BAR I NOĆNI BAR LEDANA L&B" Zadar, Perivoj kraljice Jelene, a po završetku istog će nas obavijestiti o ishodu, naveo je u svom očitovanju Državni inspektorat dodajući kako su o novonastalim okolnostima obavijestili i Grad Zadar, odnosno Odjel za komunalne djelatnosti i zaštitu okoliša. Zadarska županija pokrenula je postupak ukidanja minimalnih tehničkih uvjeta za javnu površinu ugostiteljskog objekta Ledana, proizlazi to iz očitovanja kojeg je medijima uputio županijski vijećnik Marko Pupić Bakrač (Akcija mladih).

Županijski vijećnik je Državnom inspektoratu ukazao na nove okolnosti u Perivoju kraljice Jelene Madijevke jer ugostiteljski objekt Ledana radi na javnoj površini, odnosno ima terasu, iako nema potpisan ugovor s tvrtkom Nasadi kojoj je taj park dan na upravljanje. Ugovor o javnoj površini s Nasadima tvrtci Riva Liburna, u čijem je vlasništvu UO Ledana, istekao je krajem prošle godine, a još uvijek nije potpisan novi ugovor. 

- Upravni odjel za gospodarstvo i turizam Zadarske županije pisano nas je obavijestio da je pokrenut postupak za ukidanje rješenja o utvrđivanju minimalnih uvjeta za pružanje ugostiteljskih usluga na otvorenom koje je izdano 13. siječnja 2022. godine,  zbog otkaza ugovora o zakupu javne površine ugostiteljskog objekta CAFFE BAR I NOĆNI BAR LEDANA L&B" Zadar, Perivoj kraljice Jelene, a po završetku istog će nas obavijestiti o ishodu, naveo je u svom očitovanju Državni inspektorat dodajući kako su o novonastalim okolnostima obavijestili i Grad Zadar, odnosno Odjel za komunalne djelatnosti i zaštitu okoliša. Naveli su i kako je inspekcijski postupak u tijeku.

Zadarska županija pokrenula je postupak ukidanja minimalnih tehničkih uvjeta za javnu površinu ugostiteljskog objekta Ledana, proizlazi to iz očitovanja kojeg je medijima uputio županijski vijećnik Marko Pupić Bakrač (Akcija mladih).

Županijski vijećnik je Državnom inspektoratu ukazao na nove okolnosti u Perivoju kraljice Jelene Madijevke jer ugostiteljski objekt Ledana radi na javnoj površini, odnosno ima terasu, iako nema potpisan ugovor s tvrtkom Nasadi kojoj je taj park dan na upravljanje. Ugovor o javnoj površini s Nasadima tvrtci Riva Liburna, u čijem je vlasništvu UO Ledana, istekao je krajem prošle godine, a još uvijek nije potpisan novi ugovor.
