Gradonačelnik Branko Dukić može predložiti, a Gradsko vijeće Zadra usvojiti novi proračun. To je suština dopisa što ga je gradskoj upravi poslalo Ministarstvo uprave.

- Nema zapreke da gradonačelnik predloži Gradskom vijeću donošenje novog proračuna, a Gradsko vijeće novi proračun i donese, a sve to prije okončanja postupka ocjene zakonitosti obustavljenog proračuna, u kojem slučaju će i prestati postojati pretpostavke za vođenje tog postupka, stoji u uputi Ministarstva uprave koju je potpisao državni tajnik Sanjin Rukavina.

U slučaju donošenja novog proračuna, potrebno je samo obavijestiti Ministarstvo financija koje je Visokom upravnom sudu ovlašteno podnijeti zahtjev za ocjenu zakonitosti. Kako je ta procedura već pokrenuta, Ministarstvo uprave skreće pažnju na sudsku praksu po kojoj se u ovakvim slučajevima obustavlja ocjena zakonitosti od strane VUS-a.

Gradonačelnik Branko Dukić može predložiti, a Gradsko vijeće Zadra usvojiti novi proračun. To je suština dopisa što ga je gradskoj upravi poslalo Ministarstvo uprave.

- Nema zapreke da gradonačelnik predloži Gradskom vijeću donošenje novog proračuna, a Gradsko vijeće novi proračun i donese, a sve to prije okončanja postupka ocjene zakonitosti obustavljenog proračuna, u kojem slučaju će i prestati postojati pretpostavke za vođenje tog postupka, stoji u uputi Ministarstva uprave koju je potpisao državni tajnik Sanjin Rukavina.

U slučaju donošenja novog proračuna, potrebno je samo obavijestiti Ministarstvo financija koje je Visokom upravnom sudu ovlašteno podnijeti zahtjev za ocjenu zakonitosti. Kako je ta procedura već pokrenuta, Ministarstvo uprave skreće pažnju na sudsku praksu po kojoj se u ovakvim slučajevima obustavlja ocjena zakonitosti od strane VUS-a.

Stigla uputa Ministarstva uprave: Dukić može predložiti, a Gradsko vijeće usvojiti novi gradski proračun!

Gradonačelnik Branko Dukić može predložiti, a Gradsko vijeće Zadra usvojiti novi proračun. To je suština dopisa što ga je gradskoj upravi poslalo Ministarstvo uprave.

- Nema zapreke da gradonačelnik predloži Gradskom vijeću donošenje novog proračuna, a Gradsko vijeće novi proračun i donese, a sve to prije okončanja postupka ocjene zakonitosti obustavljenog proračuna, u kojem slučaju će i prestati postojati pretpostavke za vođenje tog postupka, stoji u uputi Ministarstva uprave koju je potpisao državni tajnik Sanjin Rukavina.

U slučaju donošenja novog proračuna, potrebno je samo obavijestiti Ministarstvo financija koje je Visokom upravnom sudu ovlašteno podnijeti zahtjev za ocjenu zakonitosti. Kako je ta procedura već pokrenuta, Ministarstvo uprave skreće pažnju na sudsku praksu po kojoj se u ovakvim slučajevima obustavlja ocjena zakonitosti od strane VUS-a.
