Revolitiran time što su mu uhitili prijatelja, a da on to nije znao, 43-godišnji Saljanin, proglašen je krivim za narušavanje javnog reda i mira nakon što je 23. lipnja u blizini knjižnice u mjestu Sali, u pod utjecajem 1,58 promila alkohola izvrijeđao policajce.

U trenutku dok su mu vodili prijatelja na službeno plovilo, prišao im je, te ih izvrijeđao riječima: ‘puši k..., pusti me da se javim prijatelju p......‘

Unatoč upozorenjima i naredbi policijskog službenika da stane, Saljanin je produžio dalje nakon čega su ga sustigli i uz uporabu sredstava prisile uhitili u 23,20 sati.

U svojoj obrani na sudu naveo je da se smatra krivim za prekršaj koji mu se stavlja na teret. Pojasnio je da je toga dana uhićen njegov prijatelj, a da on to nije odmah znao. Dodao je kako se sve jako brzo odvilo, te da je policijskim službenicima rekao nekakve riječi, ali je malo bio popio, pa se ne može sjetiti što im je točno rekao.

Istaknuo je kako se u svakom slučaju policajcima ispričao, a to će i ponovno učiniti. Naveo je kako nije prekršajno kažnjavan, te da nije agresivna osoba. Zbog narušavanja javnog reda i mira, na Općinskom sudu u Zadru mu je dosuđena novčana kazna od 700 eura.

Revolitiran time što su mu uhitili prijatelja, a da on to nije znao, 43-godišnji Saljanin, proglašen je krivim za narušavanje javnog reda i mira nakon što je 23. lipnja u blizini knjižnice u mjestu Sali, u pod utjecajem 1,58 promila alkohola izvrijeđao policajce.

U trenutku dok su mu vodili prijatelja na službeno plovilo, prišao im je, te ih izvrijeđao riječima: ‘puši k..., pusti me da se javim prijatelju p......‘

Unatoč upozorenjima i naredbi policijskog službenika da stane, Saljanin je produžio dalje nakon čega su ga sustigli i uz uporabu sredstava prisile uhitili u 23,20 sati.

U svojoj obrani na sudu naveo je da se smatra krivim za prekršaj koji mu se stavlja na teret. Pojasnio je da je toga dana uhićen njegov prijatelj, a da on to nije odmah znao. Dodao je kako se sve jako brzo odvilo, te da je policijskim službenicima rekao nekakve riječi, ali je malo bio popio, pa se ne može sjetiti što im je točno rekao.

Istaknuo je kako se u svakom slučaju policajcima ispričao, a to će i ponovno učiniti. Naveo je kako nije prekršajno kažnjavan, te da nije agresivna osoba. Zbog narušavanja javnog reda i mira, na Općinskom sudu u Zadru mu je dosuđena novčana kazna od 700 eura.

Saljanin izvrijeđao policajce jer su mu uhitili prijatelja: ‘Puši k***c, pusti me da se javim prijatelju pederčino! Oni ga svladali i odvezli u Zadar!

Revolitiran time što su mu uhitili prijatelja, a da on to nije znao, 43-godišnji Saljanin, proglašen je krivim za narušavanje javnog reda i mira nakon što je 23. lipnja u blizini knjižnice u mjestu Sali, u pod utjecajem 1,58 promila alkohola izvrijeđao policajce.

U trenutku dok su mu vodili prijatelja na službeno plovilo, prišao im je, te ih izvrijeđao riječima: ‘puši k..., pusti me da se javim prijatelju p......‘

Unatoč upozorenjima i naredbi policijskog službenika da stane, Saljanin je produžio dalje nakon čega su ga sustigli i uz uporabu sredstava prisile uhitili u 23,20 sati.

U svojoj obrani na sudu naveo je da se smatra krivim za prekršaj koji mu se stavlja na teret. Pojasnio je da je toga dana uhićen njegov prijatelj, a da on to nije odmah znao. Dodao je kako se sve jako brzo odvilo, te da je policijskim službenicima rekao nekakve riječi, ali je malo bio popio, pa se ne može sjetiti što im je točno rekao.

Istaknuo je kako se u svakom slučaju policajcima ispričao, a to će i ponovno učiniti. Naveo je kako nije prekršajno kažnjavan, te da nije agresivna osoba. Zbog narušavanja javnog reda i mira, na Općinskom sudu u Zadru mu je dosuđena novčana kazna od 700 eura.
