Grad Zadar je po drugi puta raspisao natječaj za davanje u zakup poslovnih prostora u prizemlju Providurove palače. Prvi natječaj bio je raspisan u ožujku ove godine, ali su na njega stigle samo dvije ponude, obe za prostor knjižare, dok za prostore za kavanu i slastičarnu nitko nije bio zainteresiran.

Za razliku od prvog natječaja gdje su početne cijene za kavanu od 82 kvadrata i slastičarnu od 30 kvadrata, bile 12 eura po kvadratu, sada je početna cijena 1,5 eura manja i iznosi 10,5 eura po kvadratu.

Svi zainteresirani moraju uplatiti i jamčevinu u iznosu od 24 tisuće kuna za kavanu i 9100 kuna za slastičarnicu. 

Podsjetimo kako je početkom travnja poslovni prostor knjižare iznajmljen po cijeni od 22,30 eura po metru kvadratnom. Najveću ponudu za knjižaru dala je tvrtka Grofica. 

Drugi natječaj za zakup poslovnog prostora traje do 4. listopada do 13 sati kada će se ujedno održati i javno otvaranje ponuda.

Grad Zadar je po drugi puta raspisao natječaj za davanje u zakup poslovnih prostora u prizemlju Providurove palače. Prvi natječaj bio je raspisan u ožujku ove godine, ali su na njega stigle samo dvije ponude, obe za prostor knjižare, dok za prostore za kavanu i slastičarnu nitko nije bio zainteresiran.

Za razliku od prvog natječaja gdje su početne cijene za kavanu od 82 kvadrata i slastičarnu od 30 kvadrata, bile 12 eura po kvadratu, sada je početna cijena 1,5 eura manja i iznosi 10,5 eura po kvadratu.

Svi zainteresirani moraju uplatiti i jamčevinu u iznosu od 24 tisuće kuna za kavanu i 9100 kuna za slastičarnicu. 

Podsjetimo kako je početkom travnja poslovni prostor knjižare iznajmljen po cijeni od 22,30 eura po metru kvadratnom. Najveću ponudu za knjižaru dala je tvrtka Grofica. 

Drugi natječaj za zakup poslovnog prostora traje do 4. listopada do 13 sati kada će se ujedno održati i javno otvaranje ponuda.

Ponovno raspisan natječaj za zakup poslovnih prostora u prizemlju Providurove palače

Grad Zadar je po drugi puta raspisao natječaj za davanje u zakup poslovnih prostora u prizemlju Providurove palače. Prvi natječaj bio je raspisan u ožujku ove godine, ali su na njega stigle samo dvije ponude, obe za prostor knjižare, dok za prostore za kavanu i slastičarnu nitko nije bio zainteresiran.

Za razliku od prvog natječaja gdje su početne cijene za kavanu od 82 kvadrata i slastičarnu od 30 kvadrata, bile 12 eura po kvadratu, sada je početna cijena 1,5 eura manja i iznosi 10,5 eura po kvadratu.

Svi zainteresirani moraju uplatiti i jamčevinu u iznosu od 24 tisuće kuna za kavanu i 9100 kuna za slastičarnicu. 

Podsjetimo kako je početkom travnja poslovni prostor knjižare iznajmljen po cijeni od 22,30 eura po metru kvadratnom. Najveću ponudu za knjižaru dala je tvrtka Grofica. 

Drugi natječaj za zakup poslovnog prostora traje do 4. listopada do 13 sati kada će se ujedno održati i javno otvaranje ponuda.
