Počeli su radovi na izgradnji hotela Hyatt Regency u staroj zgradi Maraska! Kao što je i najavio regionalni direktor Doğuşa Hrvatska Burak Baykan lani u listopadu, radovi kreću ove godine.

Prema ranijim planovima, Hyatt Regency bit će hotel sa 130 soba vrijedan 120 milijuna eura. Projektom bi se bivša upravna zgrada Maraske u Zadru transformirala u turističko zdanje s pet zvjezdica.

Prošle je godine regionalni direktor Doğuşa Hrvatska Burak Baykan objavio kako je završen rad na dizajnu, te će hotel biti izgrađen pod brendom Hyatt grupe koji su bili vrlo motivirani za nastavak realizacije projekta.

Radovi su se čak planirali prošle jeseni, ali su zbog nekoliko razloga povezanih s razvojem projekta fizički radovi pomaknuti na ovu godinu. Vrijednost ukupne investicije iznosi oko 120 milijuna eura, dok je cijena samog hotela 50 milijuna eura. Hyatt Regency hotel projektiran je sa 130 soba, dok bi rezidencijalni dio oko hotela trebao imati 160 smještajnih jedinica.

Prvi radovi obuhvaćaju čišćenje konstrukcije, od krova do temelja. Nekadašnja zgrada Maraske ostat će prepoznatljiva samo po pročelju koje će se obnoviti prema starom izgledu, dok će se sve ostalo izgraditi novo.

Investitor se za sada nije oglasio o početku radova. Rok dovršenja je 2024. godina.

Počeli su radovi na izgradnji hotela Hyatt Regency u staroj zgradi Maraska! Kao što je i najavio regionalni direktor Doğuşa Hrvatska Burak Baykan lani u listopadu, radovi kreću ove godine.

Prema ranijim planovima, Hyatt Regency bit će hotel sa 130 soba vrijedan 120 milijuna eura. Projektom bi se bivša upravna zgrada Maraske u Zadru transformirala u turističko zdanje s pet zvjezdica.

Prošle je godine regionalni direktor Doğuşa Hrvatska Burak Baykan objavio kako je završen rad na dizajnu, te će hotel biti izgrađen pod brendom Hyatt grupe koji su bili vrlo motivirani za nastavak realizacije projekta.

Radovi su se čak planirali prošle jeseni, ali su zbog nekoliko razloga povezanih s razvojem projekta fizički radovi pomaknuti na ovu godinu. Vrijednost ukupne investicije iznosi oko 120 milijuna eura, dok je cijena samog hotela 50 milijuna eura. Hyatt Regency hotel projektiran je sa 130 soba, dok bi rezidencijalni dio oko hotela trebao imati 160 smještajnih jedinica.

Prvi radovi obuhvaćaju čišćenje konstrukcije, od krova do temelja. Nekadašnja zgrada Maraske ostat će prepoznatljiva samo po pročelju koje će se obnoviti prema starom izgledu, dok će se sve ostalo izgraditi novo.

Investitor se za sada nije oglasio o početku radova. Rok dovršenja je 2024. godina.
