U petak u 18 sati u Ulici Borka Šarlije-Kese u Zadru, 33-godišnji vozač, državljanin Bosne i Hercegovine, izazvao je prometnu nesreću s materijalnom štetom upravljajući osobnim vozilom zadarskih registarskih oznaka, nakon čega se s vozilom udaljio s mjesta događaja. Ubrzo je pronađen te je tom prilikom odbio alkotestiranje, nakon čega je uhićen i priveden u službene prostorije.

Nakon provedenog istraživanja priveden je na Prekršajni odjel Općinskog suda uz Optužni prijedlog zbog počinjenih prekršaja (izazivanja prometne nesreće, napuštanje mjesta događaja prometne nesreće, odbijanja na alkotestiranje te upravljanja vozilom prije stjecanja prava na upravljanje) iz Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama gdje mu je određena mjera zadržavanja u zatvoru u trajanju od 13 dana, nakon čega je predan u Zatvor u Zadru.

U petak u 18 sati u Ulici Borka Šarlije-Kese u Zadru, 33-godišnji vozač, državljanin Bosne i Hercegovine, izazvao je prometnu nesreću s materijalnom štetom upravljajući osobnim vozilom zadarskih registarskih oznaka, nakon čega se s vozilom udaljio s mjesta događaja. Ubrzo je pronađen te je tom prilikom odbio alkotestiranje, nakon čega je uhićen i priveden u službene prostorije.

Nakon provedenog istraživanja priveden je na Prekršajni odjel Općinskog suda uz Optužni prijedlog zbog počinjenih prekršaja (izazivanja prometne nesreće, napuštanje mjesta događaja prometne nesreće, odbijanja na alkotestiranje te upravljanja vozilom prije stjecanja prava na upravljanje) iz Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama gdje mu je određena mjera zadržavanja u zatvoru u trajanju od 13 dana, nakon čega je predan u Zatvor u Zadru.

Pijani vozač (33) izazvao prometnu nesreću i pobjegao s mjesta događaja pa ga uhitilo i strpalo u zatvor na 13 dana!

U petak u 18 sati u Ulici Borka Šarlije-Kese u Zadru, 33-godišnji vozač, državljanin Bosne i Hercegovine, izazvao je prometnu nesreću s materijalnom štetom upravljajući osobnim vozilom zadarskih registarskih oznaka, nakon čega se s vozilom udaljio s mjesta događaja. Ubrzo je pronađen te je tom prilikom odbio alkotestiranje, nakon čega je uhićen i priveden u službene prostorije.

Nakon provedenog istraživanja priveden je na Prekršajni odjel Općinskog suda uz Optužni prijedlog zbog počinjenih prekršaja (izazivanja prometne nesreće, napuštanje mjesta događaja prometne nesreće, odbijanja na alkotestiranje te upravljanja vozilom prije stjecanja prava na upravljanje) iz Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama gdje mu je određena mjera zadržavanja u zatvoru u trajanju od 13 dana, nakon čega je predan u Zatvor u Zadru.
