Županijski vijećnik Marko Pupić Bakrač (Akcija mladih) otvorio je 8. sjednicu Županijske skupštine Zadarske županije pitanjem vezanim uz odljev kadrova u Općoj bolnici Zadar.

- Uz odlazak kadra koji je posljednjih godina eskalirao, problem su i natječaji za radna mjesta na koje se nitko ne javlja. Na ispomoć zadarskim doktorima dolaze specijalisti drugih sredina. U takvoj situaciji sve je manje onih koji u toj kadrovskoj oskudici žele preuzeti odgovornost za upravljanje odjelima. Tako se za šefove čak osam odjela nitko nije javio. Što ćete župane Longinu po tom pitanju poduzeti, upitao je Pupić Bakrač.

Župan Božidar Longin kazao je kako zadarska bolnica radi i više nego dobro.

- Imamo kvalitetan kadar, a pitanje ću uputiti ravnatelju pa ćete sve pismeno dobiti, kazao je župan Božidar Longin.

Županijski vijećnik Marko Pupić Bakrač (Akcija mladih) otvorio je 8. sjednicu Županijske skupštine Zadarske županije pitanjem vezanim uz odljev kadrova u Općoj bolnici Zadar.

- Uz odlazak kadra koji je posljednjih godina eskalirao, problem su i natječaji za radna mjesta na koje se nitko ne javlja. Na ispomoć zadarskim doktorima dolaze specijalisti drugih sredina. U takvoj situaciji sve je manje onih koji u toj kadrovskoj oskudici žele preuzeti odgovornost za upravljanje odjelima. Tako se za šefove čak osam odjela nitko nije javio. Što ćete župane Longinu po tom pitanju poduzeti, upitao je Pupić Bakrač.

Župan Božidar Longin kazao je kako zadarska bolnica radi i više nego dobro.

- Imamo kvalitetan kadar, a pitanje ću uputiti ravnatelju pa ćete sve pismeno dobiti, kazao je župan Božidar Longin.

Marko Pupić Bakrač: ‘Zašto se za šefove čak osam bolničkih odjela nitko nije javio?‘ Longin: ‘Pitanje ću uputiti ravnatelju...‘

Županijski vijećnik Marko Pupić Bakrač (Akcija mladih) otvorio je 8. sjednicu Županijske skupštine Zadarske županije pitanjem vezanim uz odljev kadrova u Općoj bolnici Zadar.

- Uz odlazak kadra koji je posljednjih godina eskalirao, problem su i natječaji za radna mjesta na koje se nitko ne javlja. Na ispomoć zadarskim doktorima dolaze specijalisti drugih sredina. U takvoj situaciji sve je manje onih koji u toj kadrovskoj oskudici žele preuzeti odgovornost za upravljanje odjelima. Tako se za šefove čak osam odjela nitko nije javio. Što ćete župane Longinu po tom pitanju poduzeti, upitao je Pupić Bakrač.

Župan Božidar Longin kazao je kako zadarska bolnica radi i više nego dobro.

- Imamo kvalitetan kadar, a pitanje ću uputiti ravnatelju pa ćete sve pismeno dobiti, kazao je župan Božidar Longin.
