Ministar regionalnog razvoja i fondova EU Šime Erlić u petak je bio u svom prvom službenom posjetu Gradu Zadru otkako je preuzeo ministarsku funkciju. U maloj vijećnici održan je radni sastanak na kojem su nazočili gradonačelnik Branko Dukić, njegov zamjenik Ante Babić, pročelnik Ureda gradonačelnika Ante Ćurković, pročelnik UO za graditeljstvo Darko Kasap te UO za v.d. pročelnice za EU fondove Stefani Mikulec Perković sa suradnicima.

Uz ministra Erlića bili su i njegovi suradnici iz ministarstva, Anđela Tadić, posebna savjetnica, glasnogovornica Nataša Pavić, Ivan Bota, ravnatelj uprave za regionalni razvoj i Mato Pešut, načelnik sektora za komunikaciju i jačanje kapaciteta u području fondova EU.

Glavna tema sastanka bio je ITU mehanizam, odnosno rekapitulacija do sada odrađenog, te je zaključeno kako Zadar uspješno odrađuje cijeli niz projekata i privodi kraju u zadanim rokovima: Centar za mlade s uređenjem okoliša, Zonu Crno, ITS i rekonstrukciju Tuđmanove ulice, projekt ZUM, uređenje stare tehničke škole i rekonstrukciju crkve sv. Nikole. V.d. pročelnice

Stefani Mikulec Perković kratkom je prezentacijom upoznala ministra i njegove suradnike s sa statusom implementacije ITU projekata te aktivnostima koje predstoje do njihova dovršetka u 2023. godini.

Zadar je ugovorio cjelokupnu raspoloživu alokaciju iz razdoblja 2014 – 2020, te su svi projekti u visokoj fazi implementacije. Završetkom projekata tijekom 2023. godine Zadar će prošlu financijsku perspektivu uspješno završiti s maksimalnom apsorpcijom sredstava iz ITU omotnice.

U nastavku je naglasak je bio stavljen na pripremu novog ITU mehanizma za iduće razdoblje iz kojeg Zadar ima mogućnost povući 43 milijuna eura.

Ministar Erlić je pojasnio kako je u novoj perspektivi omogućeno više sredstava i puno veća lepeza mogućih projekata za sufinanciranje, a koji moraju biti u skladu sa Strategijom urbanog razvoja Grada Zadra, koja je trenutno u izradi.

Upravni odjel za EU fondove zajedno sa drugim upravnim odjelima intenzivno radi na indikativnoj listi novih projekata, a osim same selekcije unutar upravnih jedinica Grada, u tijeku su intenzivni razgovori, usklađenje i dogovor sa svim jedinicama lokalne samouprave koje su dio urbanog područja Zadar.

Vrijednost projekata UP Zadar značajno nadilazi raspoloživa potencijalna sredstva, a oni najkvalitetniji, najspremniji i prihvatljivi u skladu sa smjernicama naći će se na indikativnoj listi ITU mehanizma za novo razdoblje.

Nakon radnog sastanka, ministar i gradonačelnik su obišli i zgradu Centra za mlade. Tamo su građevinski radovi dovršeni, trenutno se uređuje okoliš, a namještaj za dio zgrade koji će koristiti Gradska knjižnica je naručen i trebao bi stići do kraja mjeseca, tako da će knjižnica, po riječima ravnateljice Doroteje Kamber Kontić, biti u funkciji u novom prostoru tijekom ovog proljeća.

Uz prisustvo predstavnika medija obišli su i ostatak prostora namijenjen radu udruga, koji će se postupno opremati sukladno potrebama i aktivnostima koje će sa u njemu odvijati.

Pročelnica za kulturu i sport Dina Bušić pojasnila je još jednom kako bi se model suradnje s udrugama trebao razvijati i evoluirati s vremenom i iskustvom, no za sada je glavni prepreka to što Gradsko vijeće još nije osnovalo ustanovu koja bi upravljala Centrom i s kojom bi svi korisnici potpisivali ugovore o suradnji.

Ministar regionalnog razvoja i fondova EU Šime Erlić u petak je bio u svom prvom službenom posjetu Gradu Zadru otkako je preuzeo ministarsku funkciju. U maloj vijećnici održan je radni sastanak na kojem su nazočili gradonačelnik Branko Dukić, njegov zamjenik Ante Babić, pročelnik Ureda gradonačelnika Ante Ćurković, pročelnik UO za graditeljstvo Darko Kasap te UO za v.d. pročelnice za EU fondove Stefani Mikulec Perković sa suradnicima.

Uz ministra Erlića bili su i njegovi suradnici iz ministarstva, Anđela Tadić, posebna savjetnica, glasnogovornica Nataša Pavić, Ivan Bota, ravnatelj uprave za regionalni razvoj i Mato Pešut, načelnik sektora za komunikaciju i jačanje kapaciteta u području fondova EU.

Glavna tema sastanka bio je ITU mehanizam, odnosno rekapitulacija do sada odrađenog, te je zaključeno kako Zadar uspješno odrađuje cijeli niz projekata i privodi kraju u zadanim rokovima: Centar za mlade s uređenjem okoliša, Zonu Crno, ITS i rekonstrukciju Tuđmanove ulice, projekt ZUM, uređenje stare tehničke škole i rekonstrukciju crkve sv. Nikole. V.d. pročelnice

Stefani Mikulec Perković kratkom je prezentacijom upoznala ministra i njegove suradnike s sa statusom implementacije ITU projekata te aktivnostima koje predstoje do njihova dovršetka u 2023. godini.

Zadar je ugovorio cjelokupnu raspoloživu alokaciju iz razdoblja 2014 – 2020, te su svi projekti u visokoj fazi implementacije. Završetkom projekata tijekom 2023. godine Zadar će prošlu financijsku perspektivu uspješno završiti s maksimalnom apsorpcijom sredstava iz ITU omotnice.

U nastavku je naglasak je bio stavljen na pripremu novog ITU mehanizma za iduće razdoblje iz kojeg Zadar ima mogućnost povući 43 milijuna eura.

Ministar Erlić je pojasnio kako je u novoj perspektivi omogućeno više sredstava i puno veća lepeza mogućih projekata za sufinanciranje, a koji moraju biti u skladu sa Strategijom urbanog razvoja Grada Zadra, koja je trenutno u izradi.

Upravni odjel za EU fondove zajedno sa drugim upravnim odjelima intenzivno radi na indikativnoj listi novih projekata, a osim same selekcije unutar upravnih jedinica Grada, u tijeku su intenzivni razgovori, usklađenje i dogovor sa svim jedinicama lokalne samouprave koje su dio urbanog područja Zadar.

Vrijednost projekata UP Zadar značajno nadilazi raspoloživa potencijalna sredstva, a oni najkvalitetniji, najspremniji i prihvatljivi u skladu sa smjernicama naći će se na indikativnoj listi ITU mehanizma za novo razdoblje.

Nakon radnog sastanka, ministar i gradonačelnik su obišli i zgradu Centra za mlade. Tamo su građevinski radovi dovršeni, trenutno se uređuje okoliš, a namještaj za dio zgrade koji će koristiti Gradska knjižnica je naručen i trebao bi stići do kraja mjeseca, tako da će knjižnica, po riječima ravnateljice Doroteje Kamber Kontić, biti u funkciji u novom prostoru tijekom ovog proljeća.

Uz prisustvo predstavnika medija obišli su i ostatak prostora namijenjen radu udruga, koji će se postupno opremati sukladno potrebama i aktivnostima koje će sa u njemu odvijati.

Pročelnica za kulturu i sport Dina Bušić pojasnila je još jednom kako bi se model suradnje s udrugama trebao razvijati i evoluirati s vremenom i iskustvom, no za sada je glavni prepreka to što Gradsko vijeće još nije osnovalo ustanovu koja bi upravljala Centrom i s kojom bi svi korisnici potpisivali ugovore o suradnji.
