Općinski državni odvjetnik Ivica Škara zatražio je od policije pokretanje izvida kako bi se utvrdile sve okolnosti koje su dovele do usmrćivanja kuje Elze te kako bi se pronašla odgovorna osoba za njenu smrt. Pothranjenu i pothlađenu Elzu u subotu je slučajno pronašla prolaznica u Sukošanu koja je odmah o tome obavijestila volonterke iz zadarskog azila. Unatoč pruženoj hitnoj pomoći, Elza je u nedjelju nažalost uginula od posljedica izgladnjivanja i zanemarivanja.

- Odmah po saznanju iz vašeg medija policiji je naloženo pokretanje svih potrebnih izvidnih radnji kako bi se otkrile okolnosti koje su dovele do događaja te da se pronađe odgovorna osobe za počinjenje ovog kaznenog djela mučenja životinja za koje je zapriječena kazna zatvora do jedne godine - potvrđeno nam je u Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu.

Članak 205. Kaznenog zakona propisuje kaznu zatvora do jedne godine za osobu koja teško zlostavlja ili usmrti životinju, nanosi joj nepotrebne boli ili je izlaže nepotrebnim patnjama. Tko kazneno djelo počini iz koristoljublja, bit će kažnjen kaznom zatvora do dvije godine, a ako netko "iz nehaja uskratom hrane ili vode ili na drugi način izloži životinju tegobnom stanju kroz dulje vrijeme, kaznit će se kaznom zatvora do šest mjeseci". U svakom od navedenih slučajeva, preživjela životinja se oduzima.

Općinski državni odvjetnik Ivica Škara zatražio je od policije pokretanje izvida kako bi se utvrdile sve okolnosti koje su dovele do usmrćivanja kuje Elze te kako bi se pronašla odgovorna osoba za njenu smrt. Pothranjenu i pothlađenu Elzu u subotu je slučajno pronašla prolaznica u Sukošanu koja je odmah o tome obavijestila volonterke iz zadarskog azila. Unatoč pruženoj hitnoj pomoći, Elza je u nedjelju nažalost uginula od posljedica izgladnjivanja i zanemarivanja.

- Odmah po saznanju iz vašeg medija policiji je naloženo pokretanje svih potrebnih izvidnih radnji kako bi se otkrile okolnosti koje su dovele do događaja te da se pronađe odgovorna osobe za počinjenje ovog kaznenog djela mučenja životinja za koje je zapriječena kazna zatvora do jedne godine - potvrđeno nam je u Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu.

Članak 205. Kaznenog zakona propisuje kaznu zatvora do jedne godine za osobu koja teško zlostavlja ili usmrti životinju, nanosi joj nepotrebne boli ili je izlaže nepotrebnim patnjama. Tko kazneno djelo počini iz koristoljublja, bit će kažnjen kaznom zatvora do dvije godine, a ako netko "iz nehaja uskratom hrane ili vode ili na drugi način izloži životinju tegobnom stanju kroz dulje vrijeme, kaznit će se kaznom zatvora do šest mjeseci". U svakom od navedenih slučajeva, preživjela životinja se oduzima.

Općinski državni odvjetnik Ivica Škara zatražio je od policije pokretanje izvida kako bi se utvrdile sve okolnosti koje su dovele do usmrćivanja kuje Elze te kako bi se pronašla odgovorna osoba za njenu smrt. Pothranjenu i pothlađenu Elzu u subotu je slučajno pronašla prolaznica u Sukošanu koja je odmah o tome obavijestila volonterke iz zadarskog azila. Unatoč pruženoj hitnoj pomoći, Elza je u nedjelju nažalost uginula od posljedica izgladnjivanja i zanemarivanja.

- Odmah po saznanju iz vašeg medija policiji je naloženo pokretanje svih potrebnih izvidnih radnji kako bi se otkrile okolnosti koje su dovele do događaja te da se pronađe odgovorna osobe za počinjenje ovog kaznenog djela mučenja životinja za koje je zapriječena kazna zatvora do jedne godine - potvrđeno nam je u Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu.

Članak 205. Kaznenog zakona propisuje kaznu zatvora do jedne godine za osobu koja teško zlostavlja ili usmrti životinju, nanosi joj nepotrebne boli ili je izlaže nepotrebnim patnjama. Tko kazneno djelo počini iz koristoljublja, bit će kažnjen kaznom zatvora do dvije godine, a ako netko "iz nehaja uskratom hrane ili vode ili na drugi način izloži životinju tegobnom stanju kroz dulje vrijeme, kaznit će se kaznom zatvora do šest mjeseci". U svakom od navedenih slučajeva, preživjela životinja se oduzima.
