Uz porast cijena, turizam se suočava i s manjkom radne snage, a sve to utječe i na konačnu cijenu usluge - piše N1 koji je provjerio kako se kreću cijene apartmana u glavnim gradovima regije – Zagrebu, Beogradu, Sarajevu i Ljubljani.

Kao primjeri pogodnosti koje nude neki smještaji, u oglasima se ističe otkazivanje u zadnji čas ili promjena termina, neki vraćaju novce u slučaju otkazivanja, a dodatni luksuzi se, naravno, dodatno naplaćuju. Također, apartmani i hotelski smještaji koji se nalaze u blizini velikih bolnica, često imaju više cijene.

Prema podacima Turističke zajednice Grada Zagreba iz 2019. prosječan gost hrvatskog glavnog grada potroši na smještaj i sve ostalo potrebno 150 eura dnevno. Nove analize nisu rađene, a ta je cifra rastom inflacije i uvođenjem eura nesumnjivo porasla.

Cijene apartmana u Zagrebu, odnosno stana za dnevno iznajmljivanje, kreću se od 50 do gotovo 300 eura. Pregledom smještaja na Airbnb-ju najviše cijena za dvije osobe je u rangu 70 do 80 eura, a sve ovisi o lokaciji. Tako ćete u samom centru, nedaleko od Trga bana Jelačića pronaći smještaj koji stoji od 200 do 300 eura, ali već nekoliko tramvajskih stanica dalje, nekoliko minuta vožnje kod Kvaternikovog trga, nudi se smještaj za 53 eura.

Cijena hostela u prosjeku se kreće oko 30 eura na noć.

Cijene apartmana u centru Sarajeva kreću se u rasponu od 10 do 105 eura. a posjetitelji najčešće će morati izdvojiti od 15 do 25 eura. Najviše stanova po cijeni od 15 eura iznajmljuje se u samom centru grada – Skenderija te u naselju Grbavica, gdje je manja koncentracija turista, a koje pripada Općini Novo Sarajevo.

Cijene stanova u neposrednoj blizini sarajevskog aerodroma, u naselju Dobrinja, također se kreću uglavnom od 14 do 25 eura.

Ponude na stranicama za iznajmljivanje stanova po danu za jednu ili dvije osobe u centru Beograda kreću se u rasponu od 20 do 200 eura. Nešto jeftinije može se proći na periferiji, pa u Mirijevu možete odsjesti u jednokrevetnoj sobi za 25 eura, dok su apartmani s pet kreveta 50 eura.

Također povoljan smještaj, pogotovo za turiste kojima je Beograd usputna stanica i koriste usluge letenja, smještaj od 20 eura za smještaj mogu naći u blizini beogradske zračne luke.

Cijene apartmana za dnevno iznajmljivanje u Ljubljani ne razlikuje se previše od ostalih gadova regije. Cijene u centru Ljubljane kreću se od 47 do 315 eura s prosječnom cijenom od 75 eura - piše N1.

Uz porast cijena, turizam se suočava i s manjkom radne snage, a sve to utječe i na konačnu cijenu usluge - piše N1 koji je provjerio kako se kreću cijene apartmana u glavnim gradovima regije – Zagrebu, Beogradu, Sarajevu i Ljubljani.

Kao primjeri pogodnosti koje nude neki smještaji, u oglasima se ističe otkazivanje u zadnji čas ili promjena termina, neki vraćaju novce u slučaju otkazivanja, a dodatni luksuzi se, naravno, dodatno naplaćuju. Također, apartmani i hotelski smještaji koji se nalaze u blizini velikih bolnica, često imaju više cijene.

Prema podacima Turističke zajednice Grada Zagreba iz 2019. prosječan gost hrvatskog glavnog grada potroši na smještaj i sve ostalo potrebno 150 eura dnevno. Nove analize nisu rađene, a ta je cifra rastom inflacije i uvođenjem eura nesumnjivo porasla.

Cijene apartmana u Zagrebu, odnosno stana za dnevno iznajmljivanje, kreću se od 50 do gotovo 300 eura. Pregledom smještaja na Airbnb-ju najviše cijena za dvije osobe je u rangu 70 do 80 eura, a sve ovisi o lokaciji. Tako ćete u samom centru, nedaleko od Trga bana Jelačića pronaći smještaj koji stoji od 200 do 300 eura, ali već nekoliko tramvajskih stanica dalje, nekoliko minuta vožnje kod Kvaternikovog trga, nudi se smještaj za 53 eura.

Cijena hostela u prosjeku se kreće oko 30 eura na noć.

Cijene apartmana u centru Sarajeva kreću se u rasponu od 10 do 105 eura. a posjetitelji najčešće će morati izdvojiti od 15 do 25 eura. Najviše stanova po cijeni od 15 eura iznajmljuje se u samom centru grada – Skenderija te u naselju Grbavica, gdje je manja koncentracija turista, a koje pripada Općini Novo Sarajevo.

Uz porast cijena, turizam se suočava i s manjkom radne snage, a sve to utječe i na konačnu cijenu usluge - piše N1 koji je provjerio kako se kreću cijene apartmana u glavnim gradovima regije – Zagrebu, Beogradu, Sarajevu i Ljubljani.

Kao primjeri pogodnosti koje nude neki smještaji, u oglasima se ističe otkazivanje u zadnji čas ili promjena termina, neki vraćaju novce u slučaju otkazivanja, a dodatni luksuzi se, naravno, dodatno naplaćuju. Također, apartmani i hotelski smještaji koji se nalaze u blizini velikih bolnica, često imaju više cijene.

Prema podacima Turističke zajednice Grada Zagreba iz 2019. prosječan gost hrvatskog glavnog grada potroši na smještaj i sve ostalo potrebno 150 eura dnevno. Nove analize nisu rađene, a ta je cifra rastom inflacije i uvođenjem eura nesumnjivo porasla.

Cijene apartmana u Zagrebu, odnosno stana za dnevno iznajmljivanje, kreću se od 50 do gotovo 300 eura. Pregledom smještaja na Airbnb-ju najviše cijena za dvije osobe je u rangu 70 do 80 eura, a sve ovisi o lokaciji. Tako ćete u samom centru, nedaleko od Trga bana Jelačića pronaći smještaj koji stoji od 200 do 300 eura, ali već nekoliko tramvajskih stanica dalje, nekoliko minuta vožnje kod Kvaternikovog trga, nudi se smještaj za 53 eura.

Cijena hostela u prosjeku se kreće oko 30 eura na noć.

Cijene apartmana u centru Sarajeva kreću se u rasponu od 10 do 105 eura. a posjetitelji najčešće će morati izdvojiti od 15 do 25 eura. Najviše stanova po cijeni od 15 eura iznajmljuje se u samom centru grada – Skenderija te u naselju Grbavica, gdje je manja koncentracija turista, a koje pripada Općini Novo Sarajevo.
