Državni tajnik Ministarstva gospodarstva i održivog razvoja Ivo Milatić poslao je u srijedu iz Hrvatskog sabora umirujuće poruke u pogledu kretanja cijena električne energije za kućanstva, kazavši da do kraja godine neće rasti.

"Čuli ste iz HEP-a jasnu komunikaciju da se o tome do kraj godine ne razmišlja", odgovorio je Davoru Dretaru (DP) koji je pitao hoće li ove jeseni doći do porasta cijene električne energije za kućanstva.

Darija Zurovca (Fokus) zanimalo je očekuje li se porast cijene struje kroz godinu dana, s obzirom na turbulencije na svjetskom tržištu.

"Ako bi i došlo do korekcija u idućoj godini, neće biti onakve kakve će biti na u susjednim tržištima", kazao je Milatić, suglasivši se da ovih mjeseci cijena struje "prilično divlja" na susjednim i svjetskim tržištima.

"Ako se tako nastavi vjerojatno će morati doći do nekih korekcija, ali napominjem - Hrvatska je u drugoj poziciji nego ostale zemlje", naglasio je i objasnio da u Hrvatskoj postoji "energetski miks", odnosno da je 60 posto ukupne proizvodnje energije obnovljivo, od čega je polovica iz hidropotencijala, pa su ulazni parametri manji.

Cijena struje za građane neće se dizati iz političkih razloga

Građanstvu se cijene neće dizati iz političkih razloga, ali će se dizati gospodarstvu, što će opet utjecati na građane kroz veće cijene proizvoda, uzvratila je Mirela Ahmetović (SDP), upozorivši da Hrvatska uvozi gotovo 34 posto električne energije i da je takva ovisnost o uvozu stavlja u položaj da ovisi i o galopirajućim cijenama.

Državni tajnik istaknuo je da je Zakon o tržištu električne energije, o kojem Sabor u srijedu raspravlja, napravljen s ciljem da do kraja 2030. imamo minimalno 3500 tisuća megavata novih instaliranih kapaciteta, a sada imamo instalirano 5200 megavata.
Pohvalio se i da je, kad je riječ o cijeni struje, Hrvatska u "dobroj poziciji" te smatra da će tu i ostati.

Po rangu cijena, kad su u pitanju kućanstva, imamo podatak za 33 europske zemlje, Hrvatska je na 26. mjestu po jeftinoći, u samom smo kraju po visini cijene energije za kućanstva, a glede poduzetništva smo na 21. mjestu, odgovorio je Goranu Ivanoviću (HDZ).

Na upit Ivana Kirina (HDZ) Milatić je potvrdio da će naknada, odnosno refundacija troškova energetski siromašnim građanima, rasti ako raste cijena energije koju ti građani ne mogu platiti.

Izvijestio je i da su za sufinanciranje izgradnje punionica za električne automobile predviđena značajna sredstva.  
Naveo je da na tržištu električne energije Hrvatska ima više opskrbljivača, da je najveći HEP Elektra i HEP-ova društva.

Oko 80 posto našeg tržišta je pod ingerencijom HEP-ovih društava kćeri, što je u situaciji u koja se danas nalazimo dobro, jer Hrvatska ne osjeća udare cijena kao neke druge zemlje, odgovorio je državni tajnik HDZ-ovu Radi Šimičeviću.

Zakonskim prijedlogom o tržištu električne energije priprema se tranzicija prema čistoj energiji i preuzima EU-ova direktiva o zajedničkim pravilima za unutarnje tržište za električnu energiju. Jedna od njegovih glavnih novosti je da će hrvatska kućanstva moći kupovati struju od opskrbljivača iz bilo koje druge članice EU, ali će i građani tih članica moći s HEP-om ugovarati opskrbu električnom energijom.

Računi za električnu energiju, osim podataka o potrošnji i troškovima, trebat će sadržavati i druge informacije koje će krajnjim kupcima pomoći da usporede svoj trenutačni ugovor s drugim ponudama. Krajnji kupac morat će imati jasne uvjete ugovora s opskrbljivačem te mu se u idućem petogodišnjem razdoblju omogućava promjena opskrbljivača unutar 24 sata.

Opskrbljivači moraju pripremiti besplatan alat kojim će biti dostupna usporedba cijena usluga na tržištu kako bi krajnji kupci mogli izabrati za njih najpovoljniju opciju. Krajnjim kupcima se mora omogućiti bolja informacija i kontrola računa za električnu energiju.

Državni tajnik Ministarstva gospodarstva i održivog razvoja Ivo Milatić poslao je u srijedu iz Hrvatskog sabora umirujuće poruke u pogledu kretanja cijena električne energije za kućanstva, kazavši da do kraja godine neće rasti.

"Čuli ste iz HEP-a jasnu komunikaciju da se o tome do kraj godine ne razmišlja", odgovorio je Davoru Dretaru (DP) koji je pitao hoće li ove jeseni doći do porasta cijene električne energije za kućanstva.

Darija Zurovca (Fokus) zanimalo je očekuje li se porast cijene struje kroz godinu dana, s obzirom na turbulencije na svjetskom tržištu.

"Ako bi i došlo do korekcija u idućoj godini, neće biti onakve kakve će biti na u susjednim tržištima", kazao je Milatić, suglasivši se da ovih mjeseci cijena struje "prilično divlja" na susjednim i svjetskim tržištima.

"Ako se tako nastavi vjerojatno će morati doći do nekih korekcija, ali napominjem - Hrvatska je u drugoj poziciji nego ostale zemlje", naglasio je i objasnio da u Hrvatskoj postoji "energetski miks", odnosno da je 60 posto ukupne proizvodnje energije obnovljivo, od čega je polovica iz hidropotencijala, pa su ulazni parametri manji.

Cijena struje za građane neće se dizati iz političkih razloga

Građanstvu se cijene neće dizati iz političkih razloga, ali će se dizati gospodarstvu, što će opet utjecati na građane kroz veće cijene proizvoda, uzvratila je Mirela Ahmetović (SDP), upozorivši da Hrvatska uvozi gotovo 34 posto električne energije i da je takva ovisnost o uvozu stavlja u položaj da ovisi i o galopirajućim cijenama.

Državni tajnik istaknuo je da je Zakon o tržištu električne energije, o kojem Sabor u srijedu raspravlja, napravljen s ciljem da do kraja 2030. imamo minimalno 3500 tisuća megavata novih instaliranih kapaciteta, a sada imamo instalirano 5200 megavata.
Pohvalio se i da je, kad je riječ o cijeni struje, Hrvatska u "dobroj poziciji" te smatra da će tu i ostati.

Po rangu cijena, kad su u pitanju kućanstva, imamo podatak za 33 europske zemlje, Hrvatska je na 26. mjestu po jeftinoći, u samom smo kraju po visini cijene energije za kućanstva, a glede poduzetništva smo na 21. mjestu, odgovorio je Goranu Ivanoviću (HDZ).

Na upit Ivana Kirina (HDZ) Milatić je potvrdio da će naknada, odnosno refundacija troškova energetski siromašnim građanima, rasti ako raste cijena energije koju ti građani ne mogu platiti.

Izvijestio je i da su za sufinanciranje izgradnje punionica za električne automobile predviđena značajna sredstva.  
Naveo je da na tržištu električne energije Hrvatska ima više opskrbljivača, da je najveći HEP Elektra i HEP-ova društva.

Oko 80 posto našeg tržišta je pod ingerencijom HEP-ovih društava kćeri, što je u situaciji u koja se danas nalazimo dobro, jer Hrvatska ne osjeća udare cijena kao neke druge zemlje, odgovorio je državni tajnik HDZ-ovu Radi Šimičeviću.

Zakonskim prijedlogom o tržištu električne energije priprema se tranzicija prema čistoj energiji i preuzima EU-ova direktiva o zajedničkim pravilima za unutarnje tržište za električnu energiju. Jedna od njegovih glavnih novosti je da će hrvatska kućanstva moći kupovati struju od opskrbljivača iz bilo koje druge članice EU, ali će i građani tih članica moći s HEP-om ugovarati opskrbu električnom energijom.

Računi za električnu energiju, osim podataka o potrošnji i troškovima, trebat će sadržavati i druge informacije koje će krajnjim kupcima pomoći da usporede svoj trenutačni ugovor s drugim ponudama. Krajnji kupac morat će imati jasne uvjete ugovora s opskrbljivačem te mu se u idućem petogodišnjem razdoblju omogućava promjena opskrbljivača unutar 24 sata.

Opskrbljivači moraju pripremiti besplatan alat kojim će biti dostupna usporedba cijena usluga na tržištu kako bi krajnji kupci mogli izabrati za njih najpovoljniju opciju. Krajnjim kupcima se mora omogućiti bolja informacija i kontrola računa za električnu energiju.

Državni tajnik: ‘Do kraja godine neće rasti cijena struje za kućanstva‘; Otkrio što je s ‘korekcijama‘ za sljedeću godinu

Državni tajnik Ministarstva gospodarstva i održivog razvoja Ivo Milatić poslao je u srijedu iz Hrvatskog sabora umirujuće poruke u pogledu kretanja cijena električne energije za kućanstva, kazavši da do kraja godine neće rasti.

"Čuli ste iz HEP-a jasnu komunikaciju da se o tome do kraj godine ne razmišlja", odgovorio je Davoru Dretaru (DP) koji je pitao hoće li ove jeseni doći do porasta cijene električne energije za kućanstva.

Darija Zurovca (Fokus) zanimalo je očekuje li se porast cijene struje kroz godinu dana, s obzirom na turbulencije na svjetskom tržištu.

"Ako bi i došlo do korekcija u idućoj godini, neće biti onakve kakve će biti na u susjednim tržištima", kazao je Milatić, suglasivši se da ovih mjeseci cijena struje "prilično divlja" na susjednim i svjetskim tržištima.

"Ako se tako nastavi vjerojatno će morati doći do nekih korekcija, ali napominjem - Hrvatska je u drugoj poziciji nego ostale zemlje", naglasio je i objasnio da u Hrvatskoj postoji "energetski miks", odnosno da je 60 posto ukupne proizvodnje energije obnovljivo, od čega je polovica iz hidropotencijala, pa su ulazni parametri manji.

Građanstvu se cijene neće dizati iz političkih razloga, ali će se dizati gospodarstvu, što će opet utjecati na građane kroz veće cijene proizvoda, uzvratila je Mirela Ahmetović (SDP), upozorivši da Hrvatska uvozi gotovo 34 posto električne energije i da je takva ovisnost o uvozu stavlja u položaj da ovisi i o galopirajućim cijenama.
