Ovog tjedna SDP Zadarske županije održao je konferenciju za medije na kojoj su izvijestili kako su zbog sumnje na krađu oko 1.000 kubičnih metara kamena pri gradnji Doma kulture u Benkovcu podnijeli kaznenu prijavu Europskom uredu javnog tužiteljstva. Gradonačelnik Tomislav Bulić kazao je kako su to "obmane i destrukcije protivne interesima RH i Grada Benkovca!", a županijski vijećnik Jure Zubčić je u petak medijima poslao priopćenje koje nosi naslov "Umjesto kamena, ukopali sebe", a koje prenosimo u cijelosti.
Kako to obično biva, kad se netko pokušava opravdati neistinama, još više se ukopa. Upravo tome smo svjedočili kad se gradonačelnik Bulić pokušao opravdati za nestali kamen. Ne samo da se nije opravdao nego je otvorio neka potpuno nova i nepoznata pitanja.
1. Gradonačelnik Bulić tvrdi da će se preostali kamen iskoristiti u gradnji Doma kulture, a u novom projektu tome nema ni traga. Otkud pravo gradonačelniku da protivno projektu odlučuje što će se i gdje ugrađivati? Čak je i službenik za informiranje Grada Benkovca, u jednom od odgovora medijima potvrdio da se taj kamen neće koristiti u gradnji Doma kulture
2. Gradonačelnik Bulić također kaže da je prema ugovoru izvođač mogao raspolagati s kamenom. U tom slučaju, ugovor bi bio suprotan projektu uklanjanja.
3. Zašto drugi potencijalni ponuditelji prilikom poziva na dostavu ponuda nisu znali da će moći slobodno raspolagati tolikom količinom kamena? Možda bi onda i oni ponudili tako nisku cijenu izvođenja radova.
4. Izjava Rudolfa Blažana, vlasnika obrta koji je izvodio radove uklanjanja, kako su kamen odložili na deponij Benkovačko selo je pak maestralna. Tvrdi gospodin kako su kamen deponirali, ali se to sad ne vidi jer je deponij u međuvremenu saniran. To je vrlo zanimljiva tvrdnja, obzirom da je taj deponij saniran i prije početka izvođenja radova. Dakle, ili gospodin Blažan laže da je tamo deponiran ili priznaje prekršaj ilegalnog odlaganja otpada.
Umjesto da javnost dobije vjerodostojne odgovore, nakon reakcije ovog dvojca dobili smo samo još više pitanja na koje treba odgovoriti.

Ovog tjedna SDP Zadarske županije održao je konferenciju za medije na kojoj su izvijestili kako su zbog sumnje na krađu oko 1.000 kubičnih metara kamena pri gradnji Doma kulture u Benkovcu podnijeli kaznenu prijavu Europskom uredu javnog tužiteljstva. Gradonačelnik Tomislav Bulić kazao je kako su to "obmane i destrukcije protivne interesima RH i Grada Benkovca!", a županijski vijećnik Jure Zubčić je u petak medijima poslao priopćenje koje nosi naslov "Umjesto kamena, ukopali sebe", a koje prenosimo u cijelosti.
Kako to obično biva, kad se netko pokušava opravdati neistinama, još više se ukopa. Upravo tome smo svjedočili kad se gradonačelnik Bulić pokušao opravdati za nestali kamen. Ne samo da se nije opravdao nego je otvorio neka potpuno nova i nepoznata pitanja.
1. Gradonačelnik Bulić tvrdi da će se preostali kamen iskoristiti u gradnji Doma kulture, a u novom projektu tome nema ni traga. Otkud pravo gradonačelniku da protivno projektu odlučuje što će se i gdje ugrađivati? Čak je i službenik za informiranje Grada Benkovca, u jednom od odgovora medijima potvrdio da se taj kamen neće koristiti u gradnji Doma kulture
2. Gradonačelnik Bulić također kaže da je prema ugovoru izvođač mogao raspolagati s kamenom. U tom slučaju, ugovor bi bio suprotan projektu uklanjanja.
3. Zašto drugi potencijalni ponuditelji prilikom poziva na dostavu ponuda nisu znali da će moći slobodno raspolagati tolikom količinom kamena? Možda bi onda i oni ponudili tako nisku cijenu izvođenja radova.
4. Izjava Rudolfa Blažana, vlasnika obrta koji je izvodio radove uklanjanja, kako su kamen odložili na deponij Benkovačko selo je pak maestralna. Tvrdi gospodin kako su kamen deponirali, ali se to sad ne vidi jer je deponij u međuvremenu saniran. To je vrlo zanimljiva tvrdnja, obzirom da je taj deponij saniran i prije početka izvođenja radova.
