Četiri godine nakon donošenja Zakona o terminalu za ukapljeni prirodni plin ministarstvo je u javno savjetovanje pustilo prijedlog izmjena iz kojega se iščitava namjera da se zaobiđe Luka Rijeka kao jedina lokacija za opskrbu ukapljenim plinom.

U tekstu, naime, stoji kako se pitanje mjesta za opskrbu UPP-om neće vezati isključivo uz određenu lokaciju, konkretno područje Mlake u riječkoj luci, nego će se “odabrati optimalna lokacija uzimanjem u obzir svih tehničkih, prostornih i financijskih parametara”.

Podsjeća se i kako je, shodno očekivanom povećanju korištenja ukapljenog prirodnog plina u teškom teretnom, pomorskom i željezničkom prometu važećim aktima predviđen razvoj infrastrukture, pri čemu je do 2030. godine planirana izgradnja minimalno 11 punionica koje bi trebale omogućiti punjenje cestovnih vozila, dok će neke od njih omogućiti i punjenje plovnih objekata.

”S obzirom da je od izbora lokacije mjesta za opskrbu UPP-om prošlo gotovo četiri godine, napravljena je revalorizacija optimalnih mjesta za opskrbu UPP-om”, stoji u predloženom zakonu, pri čemu se naglašava kako je cilj ove revalorizacije “optimiziranje tehničkih, prostornih i financijskih parametara u cilju omogućavanja realizacije projekta razvoja stanica i ostvarenje punog potencijala realizacije UPP terminala kao opskrbne točke UPP-om za upotrebu u prometu”.

Nešto dalje, obrazlaže se kako je zakon riječkoj luci dao ovlast da investitoru, LNG-u Hrvatska, dodijeli koncesiju i zaključi s njim ugovor u svrhu gradnje mjesta opskrbe za daljnju distribuciju ukapljenog plina, no takav ugovor u četiri godine nije zaključen.

U Ministarstvu gospodarstva i održivog razvoja pojašnjavaju kako je takva ovlast Luci Rijeka 2018. godine dana u dobroj vjeri i s obzirom na činjenicu da je riječ o luci koja je najbliže LNG terminalu, no kažu kako je u realizaciji zaključeno kako više nema smisla inzistirati isključivo na riječkom području jer je interes za ukapljeni plin u međuvremenu značajno porastao.

Zbog toga je, kažu, besmisleno i dalje se ograničavati samo na jednu lokaciju pa najavljuju mogućnost izgradnje takvih opskrbnih mjesta i u drugim lukama, prenosi HINA.

Pritom napominju kako LNG Hrvatska već u okolišnom smislu istražuje potencijalna druga opskrbna mjesta, pri čemu se kao luka koja je najbliža tome spominje Zadar za koji je, kažu naši izvori, ministarstvo već dalo pozitivno mišljenje vezano uz utjecaj na okoliš, kako citira Večernji list, N1.

Četiri godine nakon donošenja Zakona o terminalu za ukapljeni prirodni plin ministarstvo je u javno savjetovanje pustilo prijedlog izmjena iz kojega se iščitava namjera da se zaobiđe Luka Rijeka kao jedina lokacija za opskrbu ukapljenim plinom.

U tekstu, naime, stoji kako se pitanje mjesta za opskrbu UPP-om neće vezati isključivo uz određenu lokaciju, konkretno područje Mlake u riječkoj luci, nego će se “odabrati optimalna lokacija uzimanjem u obzir svih tehničkih, prostornih i financijskih parametara”.

Podsjeća se i kako je, shodno očekivanom povećanju korištenja ukapljenog prirodnog plina u teškom teretnom, pomorskom i željezničkom prometu važećim aktima predviđen razvoj infrastrukture, pri čemu je do 2030. godine planirana izgradnja minimalno 11 punionica koje bi trebale omogućiti punjenje cestovnih vozila, dok će neke od njih omogućiti i punjenje plovnih objekata.

”S obzirom da je od izbora lokacije mjesta za opskrbu UPP-om prošlo gotovo četiri godine, napravljena je revalorizacija optimalnih mjesta za opskrbu UPP-om”, stoji u predloženom zakonu, pri čemu se naglašava kako je cilj ove revalorizacije “optimiziranje tehničkih, prostornih i financijskih parametara u cilju omogućavanja realizacije projekta razvoja stanica i ostvarenje punog potencijala realizacije UPP terminala kao opskrbne točke UPP-om za upotrebu u prometu”.

Nešto dalje, obrazlaže se kako je zakon riječkoj luci dao ovlast da investitoru, LNG-u Hrvatska, dodijeli koncesiju i zaključi s njim ugovor u svrhu gradnje mjesta opskrbe za daljnju distribuciju ukapljenog plina, no takav ugovor u četiri godine nije zaključen.

U Ministarstvu gospodarstva i održivog razvoja pojašnjavaju kako je takva ovlast Luci Rijeka 2018. godine dana u dobroj vjeri i s obzirom na činjenicu da je riječ o luci koja je najbliže LNG terminalu, no kažu kako je u realizaciji zaključeno kako više nema smisla inzistirati isključivo na riječkom području jer je interes za ukapljeni plin u međuvremenu značajno porastao.

Zbog toga je, kažu, besmisleno i dalje se ograničavati samo na jednu lokaciju pa najavljuju mogućnost izgradnje takvih opskrbnih mjesta i u drugim lukama, prenosi HINA.

Pritom napominju kako LNG Hrvatska već u okolišnom smislu istražuje potencijalna druga opskrbna mjesta, pri čemu se kao luka koja je najbliža tome spominje Zadar za koji je, kažu naši izvori, ministarstvo već dalo pozitivno mišljenje vezano uz utjecaj na okoliš, kako citira Večernji list, N1.

Ukapljeni plin seli se u Zadar, do 2030. planirana izgradnja 11 punionica

Četiri godine nakon donošenja Zakona o terminalu za ukapljeni prirodni plin ministarstvo je u javno savjetovanje pustilo prijedlog izmjena iz kojega se iščitava namjera da se zaobiđe Luka Rijeka kao jedina lokacija za opskrbu ukapljenim plinom.

U tekstu, naime, stoji kako se pitanje mjesta za opskrbu UPP-om neće vezati isključivo uz određenu lokaciju, konkretno područje Mlake u riječkoj luci, nego će se “odabrati optimalna lokacija uzimanjem u obzir svih tehničkih, prostornih i financijskih parametara”.

Podsjeća se i kako je, shodno očekivanom povećanju korištenja ukapljenog prirodnog plina u teškom teretnom, pomorskom i željezničkom prometu važećim aktima predviđen razvoj infrastrukture, pri čemu je do 2030. godine planirana izgradnja minimalno 11 punionica koje bi trebale omogućiti punjenje cestovnih vozila, dok će neke od njih omogućiti i punjenje plovnih objekata.

”S obzirom da je od izbora lokacije mjesta za opskrbu UPP-om prošlo gotovo četiri godine, napravljena je revalorizacija optimalnih mjesta za opskrbu UPP-om”, stoji u predloženom zakonu, pri čemu se naglašava kako je cilj ove revalorizacije “optimiziranje tehničkih, prostornih i financijskih parametara u cilju omogućavanja realizacije projekta razvoja stanica i ostvarenje punog potencijala realizacije UPP terminala kao opskrbne točke UPP-om za upotrebu u prometu”.

Nešto dalje, obrazlaže se kako je zakon riječkoj luci dao ovlast da investitoru, LNG-u Hrvatska, dodijeli koncesiju i zaključi s njim ugovor u svrhu gradnje mjesta opskrbe za daljnju distribuciju ukapljenog plina, no takav ugovor u četiri godine nije zaključen.

U Ministarstvu gospodarstva i održivog razvoja pojašnjavaju kako je takva ovlast Luci Rijeka 2018. godine dana u dobroj vjeri i s obzirom na činjenicu da je riječ o luci koja je najbliže LNG terminalu, no kažu kako je u realizaciji zaključeno kako više nema smisla inzistirati isključivo na riječkom području jer je interes za ukapljeni plin u međuvremenu značajno porastao.

Zbog toga je, kažu, besmisleno i dalje se ograničavati samo na jednu lokaciju pa najavljuju mogućnost izgradnje takvih opskrbnih mjesta i u drugim lukama, prenosi HINA.

Pritom napominju kako LNG Hrvatska već u okolišnom smislu istražuje potencijalna druga opskrbna mjesta, pri čemu se kao luka koja je najbliža tome spominje Zadar za koji je, kažu naši izvori, ministarstvo već dalo pozitivno mišljenje vezano uz utjecaj na okoliš, kako citira Večernji list, N1.
