U nedavnoj izjavi Mihe Vukovića, suvlasnika tvrtke Rive Liburna u čijem je vlasništvu "Ledana”, ima jedna zanimljiva, ali i zbunjujuća rečenica. Vuković je sve što su Marko Pupić Bakrač i njegove kolege iz Akcije mladih poduzimale i govorile proglasio za laž i dodao da su "akcijaši”, sve što su prijavili, izgubili na sudu.
Ali, to nije ta "zanimljiva rečenica”. Ovo je ta rečenica:
- Mi smo Nasade tužili za izmaklu dobit i za ono što je po svim pravilima Grada Zadra, koje je sam Grad propisao, da onaj tko ima kafić, ima pravo na 50 metara javne površine koju smo mi dosada uredno plaćali, izjavio je Miho Vuković.
Dakle, kad malo usporite ovu izjavu, ispada da svatko tko od Grada Zadra iznajmi poslovni prostor za nekakav ugostiteljski objekt – ima pravo na 50 metara kvadratnih javne površine. Pa i onaj tko iznajmi šest unutarnjih, s njima dobiva i pravo na 50 vanjskih kvadrata!? Je li baš tako?
- Ne, nije tako, kaže Tomislav Korona, zadarski pročelnik za gradsku imovinu.
Pročelnik Korona potom objašnjava proceduru po kojoj, uz podnošenje zahtjeva za najam, budući korisnik gradskog prostora mora ispuniti i neke uvjete: imati obrt ili društvo, ne smije imati dugove, ali mora imati minimalne tehničke uvjete. Tek kada sve to bude OK, radi se skica svakog konkretnog poslovnog prostora da bi se utvrdilo postoji li uopće ikakva mogućnost korištenja javne površine i njenog iznajmljivanja za ugostiteljsku terasu, te kolika ta terasa može biti. Jer, navodi dalje Korona, korištenje javne površine u nekim slučajevima jednostavno nije moguće jer se narušavaju prometni ili pješački koridori ili iz nekog drugog razloga.
Uglavnom, u Odluci o zakupu javnih površina nema tog "Vukovićevog automatizma” po kojemu onaj tko ima kafić, ima pravo na javnu površinu. Još manje se spominje 50 ili koliko već kvadrata.
Nakon objašnjenja pročelnika Korone, Vukovićeva izjava ostaje zanimljiva...

U nedavnoj izjavi Mihe Vukovića, suvlasnika tvrtke Rive Liburna u čijem je vlasništvu "Ledana”, ima jedna zanimljiva, ali i zbunjujuća rečenica. Vuković je sve što su Marko Pupić Bakrač i njegove kolege iz Akcije mladih poduzimale i govorile proglasio za laž i dodao da su "akcijaši”, sve što su prijavili, izgubili na sudu.
Ali, to nije ta "zanimljiva rečenica”. Ovo je ta rečenica:
- Mi smo Nasade tužili za izmaklu dobit i za ono što je po svim pravilima Grada Zadra, koje je sam Grad propisao, da onaj tko ima kafić, ima pravo na 50 metara javne površine koju smo mi dosada uredno plaćali, izjavio je Miho Vuković.
Dakle, kad malo usporite ovu izjavu, ispada da svatko tko od Grada Zadra iznajmi poslovni prostor za nekakav ugostiteljski objekt – ima pravo na 50 metara kvadratnih javne površine. Pa i onaj tko iznajmi šest unutarnjih, s njima dobiva i pravo na 50 vanjskih kvadrata!? Je li baš tako?
- Ne, nije tako, kaže Tomislav Korona, zadarski pročelnik za gradsku imovinu.
Pročelnik Korona potom objašnjava proceduru po kojoj, uz podnošenje zahtjeva za najam, budući korisnik gradskog prostora mora ispuniti i neke uvjete: imati obrt ili društvo, ne smije imati dugove, ali mora imati minimalne tehničke uvjete. Tek kada sve to bude OK, radi se skica svakog konkretnog poslovnog prostora da bi se utvrdilo postoji li uopće ikakva mogućnost korištenja javne površine i njenog iznajmljivanja za ugostiteljsku terasu, te kolika ta terasa može biti. Jer, navodi dalje Korona, korištenje javne površine u nekim slučajevima jednostavno nije moguće jer se narušavaju prometni ili pješački koridori ili iz nekog drugog razloga.
