"Što se događa u Domu zdravlja Zadarske županije? Zašto pedijatar od 80 godina mijenja dvije kolegice i radi za tri ordinacije bez medicinske sestre već pet mjeseci? Čovjek se  ne stigne javljati na telefon, a za običnu uputnicu tamo se čeka po sat, dva."

Ovo pitanje nedavno nam je poslala čitateljica, ogorčena majka, a mi smo odgovor tražili od dr. Marka Kolege, pročelnika županijskog Odjela za zdravstvo.  

"U Domu zdravlja rade tri pedijatra, a za područje Grada Zadra je ugovoreno još pet pedijatara, tako da u Zadru radi ukupno osam pedijatrijskih timova. Predviđeno ih je deset. Kada je jedan od pedijatara zaposlenih u Domu zdravlja odsutan zbog korištenja godišnjeg odmora ili bolovanja, druga dva ga zamjenjuju i zbrinjavaju njegove pacijente, kaže pročelnik Kolega, dodajući kako je problem nedostatka pedijatara kratkoročno riješen zapošljavanjem doktora Letinića koji ima odobrenje za rad Hrvatske liječničke komore i koji je vitalan i motiviran za rad, do završetka specijalizacije jedne specijalizantice krajem ove godine.

Drugoj specijalizantici specijalizacija završava 2023., a trećoj 2024. godine. Uz to, upravo je u tijeku postupak za upućivanje na još jednu specijalizaciju, a Dom zdravlja Zadarske županije očekuje da će im iduće godine biti odobreno dodatno finaciranje. 

No, to su sve planovi za budućnost jer se na te liječnike tek može računati. Kakvo je trenutno stanje?

- Dom zdravlja kontinuirano raspisuje natječaje za zapošljavanje pedijatra, ali se nitko ne javlja. Nakon odlaska jedne medicinske sestre na nekoliko ponavljanih natječaja za zapošljavanje se nitko nije javljao, ali prema informacijama iz Doma zdravlja, sada je taj problem riješen - kaže Kolega koji demantira informaciju kako se djeca nemaju gdje upisati jer niti jedan liječnik više ne prima male pacijente.  

- Svi ugovoreni pedijatri prema broju upisane djece mogu upisivati pokoje dijete, a u tim u kojem trenutno radi doktor Letinić do dolaska doktorice Šitum-Buišić, ima mjesta za upis sve djece koja nemaju izabranog pedijatra - kaže Kolega.

"Što se događa u Domu zdravlja Zadarske županije? Zašto pedijatar od 80 godina mijenja dvije kolegice i radi za tri ordinacije bez medicinske sestre već pet mjeseci? Čovjek se  ne stigne javljati na telefon, a za običnu uputnicu tamo se čeka po sat, dva."

Ovo pitanje nedavno nam je poslala čitateljica, ogorčena majka, a mi smo odgovor tražili od dr. Marka Kolege, pročelnika županijskog Odjela za zdravstvo.  

"U Domu zdravlja rade tri pedijatra, a za područje Grada Zadra je ugovoreno još pet pedijatara, tako da u Zadru radi ukupno osam pedijatrijskih timova. Predviđeno ih je deset. Kada je jedan od pedijatara zaposlenih u Domu zdravlja odsutan zbog korištenja godišnjeg odmora ili bolovanja, druga dva ga zamjenjuju i zbrinjavaju njegove pacijente, kaže pročelnik Kolega, dodajući kako je problem nedostatka pedijatara kratkoročno riješen zapošljavanjem doktora Letinića koji ima odobrenje za rad Hrvatske liječničke komore i koji je vitalan i motiviran za rad, do završetka specijalizacije jedne specijalizantice krajem ove godine.

Drugoj specijalizantici specijalizacija završava 2023., a trećoj 2024. godine. Uz to, upravo je u tijeku postupak za upućivanje na još jednu specijalizaciju, a Dom zdravlja Zadarske županije očekuje da će im iduće godine biti odobreno dodatno finaciranje. 

No, to su sve planovi za budućnost jer se na te liječnike tek može računati. Kakvo je trenutno stanje?

- Dom zdravlja kontinuirano raspisuje natječaje za zapošljavanje pedijatra, ali se nitko ne javlja. Nakon odlaska jedne medicinske sestre na nekoliko ponavljanih natječaja za zapošljavanje se nitko nije javljao, ali prema informacijama iz Doma zdravlja, sada je taj problem riješen - kaže Kolega koji demantira informaciju kako se djeca nemaju gdje upisati jer niti jedan liječnik više ne prima male pacijente.  

- Svi ugovoreni pedijatri prema broju upisane djece mogu upisivati pokoje dijete, a u tim u kojem trenutno radi doktor Letinić do dolaska doktorice Šitum-Buišić, ima mjesta za upis sve djece koja nemaju izabranog pedijatra - kaže Kolega.

Što se događa u Domu zdravlja? Zašto pedijatar od 80 godina mijenja dvije kolegice i radi za tri ordinacije bez medicinske sestre? Imamo odgovor...

"Što se događa u Domu zdravlja Zadarske županije? Zašto pedijatar od 80 godina mijenja dvije kolegice i radi za tri ordinacije bez medicinske sestre već pet mjeseci? Čovjek se  ne stigne javljati na telefon, a za običnu uputnicu tamo se čeka po sat, dva."

Ovo pitanje nedavno nam je poslala čitateljica, ogorčena majka, a mi smo odgovor tražili od dr. Marka Kolege, pročelnika županijskog Odjela za zdravstvo.  

"U Domu zdravlja rade tri pedijatra, a za područje Grada Zadra je ugovoreno još pet pedijatara, tako da u Zadru radi ukupno osam pedijatrijskih timova. Predviđeno ih je deset. Kada je jedan od pedijatara zaposlenih u Domu zdravlja odsutan zbog korištenja godišnjeg odmora ili bolovanja, druga dva ga zamjenjuju i zbrinjavaju njegove pacijente, kaže pročelnik Kolega, dodajući kako je problem nedostatka pedijatara kratkoročno riješen zapošljavanjem doktora Letinića koji ima odobrenje za rad Hrvatske liječničke komore i koji je vitalan i motiviran za rad, do završetka specijalizacije jedne specijalizantice krajem ove godine.

Drugoj specijalizantici specijalizacija završava 2023., a trećoj 2024. godine. Uz to, upravo je u tijeku postupak za upućivanje na još jednu specijalizaciju, a Dom zdravlja Zadarske županije očekuje da će im iduće godine biti odobreno dodatno finaciranje. 

No, to su sve planovi za budućnost jer se na te liječnike tek može računati. Kakvo je trenutno stanje?

- Dom zdravlja kontinuirano raspisuje natječaje za zapošljavanje pedijatra, ali se nitko ne javlja. Nakon odlaska jedne medicinske sestre na nekoliko ponavljanih natječaja za zapošljavanje se nitko nije javljao, ali prema informacijama iz Doma zdravlja, sada je taj problem riješen - kaže Kolega koji demantira informaciju kako se djeca nemaju gdje upisati jer niti jedan liječnik više ne prima male pacijente.  

- Svi ugovoreni pedijatri prema broju upisane djece mogu upisivati pokoje dijete, a u tim u kojem trenutno radi doktor Letinić do dolaska doktorice Šitum-Buišić, ima mjesta za upis sve djece koja nemaju izabranog pedijatra - kaže Kolega.
