Predstavnici stanara iz oko 300 stanova na Voštarnici, od Grada Zadra su zatražili da, s obzirom na kroničan problem cijelog kvarta s nedostatkom parkirnih mjesta, trg ispred nekadašnjeg vojnog hotela „Iž” privremeno postane parkiralište. Stanari predlažu da se „privremenost” tog parkirališta protegne do izgradnje podzemne garaže ispod trga, a očekuju da bi to trebalo biti do početka sljedeće turističke sezone.

Je li to moguće i kako će na njihov prijedlog odgovoriti gradska uprava?

-Što se tiče projekta izgradnje javne podzemne garaže, predan je zahtjev za izdavanje građevinske dozvole. Ono što preostaje je pronaći odgovarajući model kroz koji bi se ta garaža gradila, kaže gradski pročelnik za graditeljstvo Darko Kasap.

Teoretski, tri su različite opcije moguće. Po prvoj bi izgradnju i upravljanje podzemnom garažom preuzela gradska tvrtka „Obala i lučice”, ali je pitanje koliko je ta mogućnost zaista realna. Druga podrazumijeva raspisivanje javnog natječaja kroz koji bi se došlo do privatnog investitora ili koncesionara koji bi po gradskom projektu izgradio javnu garažu, s time što bi trg ostao u javnoj upotrebi. Treće opcija, koju gotovo nitko ne očekuje, je „prodaja” cijelog projekta.

S obzirom na proceduru koju tek treba provesti, je li realno očekivati da podzemna garaža bude završena do početka sljedeće sezone, kako to očekuju stanari okolnih zgrada, pa i cijelog kvarta?

-Ovisno o interesu potencijalno zainteresiranih investitora, teoretski je moguće do kraja ove godine započeti s radovima, ali tek treba vidjeti je li moguće da garaža bude završena do početka sljedeće sezone, smatra pročelnik Kasap.

Ispod trga bi se otvorilo oko 60 parkirnih mjesta, ali je već sada sigurno da to neće definitivno riješiti problem parkiranja na Voštarnici, sve do trenutka kada budu u funkciju puštene i druge javne garaže koje Grad Zadar planira izgraditi i na Voštarnici, ali i u nekim drugim, susjednim kvartovima.

Poznati zadarski poduzetnik Mladen Ninčević, u čijem je vlasništvu sadašnji Hotel Amare, kaže da je o problemu parkirališta s gradskom upravom razgovarao još prije dvije godine.

-Na Voštarnici kritično nedostaje parkirnih mjesta. Mi smo itekako zainteresirani za izgradnju te garaže s obzirom na potrebe našeg hotela i, ako bude raspisan javni natječaj, javit ćemo se na njega. Bez te garaže svi, Grad Zadar, stanari i naš hotel, imamo problem, a u slučaju da na javnom natječaju pobijedimo, naši bi gosti imali besplatan parking, dok bi svi drugi, s obzirom na javni karakter te garaže, plaćali parkirna mjesta po prihvatljivim cijenama, izjavio nam je Mladen Ninčević.

Odluka gradske uprave o zahtjevu stanara još nije donesena.

-Moramo vidjeti je li takvo što po Prostornom planu moguće jer se radi o javnoj površini. Svjesni smo da se otvaranjem hotela u tom dijelu grada potreba za parkirnim mjestima povećala za makar 30 posto, a ionako je bila gužva. Moramo obaviti sve potrebne konzultacije s više gradskih upravnih odjela, „Obala i lučice” trebaju odgovoriti bi li organizacija parkirališta na trgu tehnički bila izvodiva. Potrudit ćemo se da odluku i odgovor stanarima donesemo sljedećeg tjedna, kaže Tomislav Korona, pročelnik za gradsku imovinu.

Trenutno, postoji podudaranje interesa Grada Zadra, vlasnika Hotela Amare i okolnih stanara, ali su sve tri strane svjesne da dugoročnog rješenja za problem s parkiranjem teško može biti do izgradnje svih predviđenih javnih garaža, od kojih je, osim ove ispod trga, još jedna predviđena u blizini Hotela Amare.

Predstavnici stanara iz oko 300 stanova na Voštarnici, od Grada Zadra su zatražili da, s obzirom na kroničan problem cijelog kvarta s nedostatkom parkirnih mjesta, trg ispred nekadašnjeg vojnog hotela „Iž” privremeno postane parkiralište. Stanari predlažu da se „privremenost” tog parkirališta protegne do izgradnje podzemne garaže ispod trga, a očekuju da bi to trebalo biti do početka sljedeće turističke sezone.

Je li to moguće i kako će na njihov prijedlog odgovoriti gradska uprava?

-Što se tiče projekta izgradnje javne podzemne garaže, predan je zahtjev za izdavanje građevinske dozvole. Ono što preostaje je pronaći odgovarajući model kroz koji bi se ta garaža gradila, kaže gradski pročelnik za graditeljstvo Darko Kasap.

Teoretski, tri su različite opcije moguće. Po prvoj bi izgradnju i upravljanje podzemnom garažom preuzela gradska tvrtka „Obala i lučice”, ali je pitanje koliko je ta mogućnost zaista realna. Druga podrazumijeva raspisivanje javnog natječaja kroz koji bi se došlo do privatnog investitora ili koncesionara koji bi po gradskom projektu izgradio javnu garažu, s time što bi trg ostao u javnoj upotrebi. Treće opcija, koju gotovo nitko ne očekuje, je „prodaja” cijelog projekta.

S obzirom na proceduru koju tek treba provesti, je li realno očekivati da podzemna garaža bude završena do početka sljedeće sezone, kako to očekuju stanari okolnih zgrada, pa i cijelog kvarta?

-Ovisno o interesu potencijalno zainteresiranih investitora, teoretski je moguće do kraja ove godine započeti s radovima, ali tek treba vidjeti je li moguće da garaža bude završena do početka sljedeće sezone, smatra pročelnik Kasap.

Ispod trga bi se otvorilo oko 60 parkirnih mjesta, ali je već sada sigurno da to neće definitivno riješiti problem parkiranja na Voštarnici, sve do trenutka kada budu u funkciju puštene i druge javne garaže koje Grad Zadar planira izgraditi i na Voštarnici, ali i u nekim drugim, susjednim kvartovima.

Poznati zadarski poduzetnik Mladen Ninčević, u čijem je vlasništvu sadašnji Hotel Amare, kaže da je o problemu parkirališta s gradskom upravom razgovarao još prije dvije godine.

-Na Voštarnici kritično nedostaje parkirnih mjesta. Mi smo itekako zainteresirani za izgradnju te garaže s obzirom na potrebe našeg hotela i, ako bude raspisan javni natječaj, javit ćemo se na njega. Bez te garaže svi, Grad Zadar, stanari i naš hotel, imamo problem, a u slučaju da na javnom natječaju pobijedimo, naši bi gosti imali besplatan parking, dok bi svi drugi, s obzirom na javni karakter te garaže, plaćali parkirna mjesta po prihvatljivim cijenama, izjavio nam je Mladen Ninčević.

Odluka gradske uprave o zahtjevu stanara još nije donesena.

-Moramo vidjeti je li takvo što po Prostornom planu moguće jer se radi o javnoj površini. Svjesni smo da se otvaranjem hotela u tom dijelu grada potreba za parkirnim mjestima povećala za makar 30 posto, a ionako je bila gužva. Moramo obaviti sve potrebne konzultacije s više gradskih upravnih odjela, „Obala i lučice” trebaju odgovoriti bi li organizacija parkirališta na trgu tehnički bila izvodiva. Potrudit ćemo se da odluku i odgovor stanarima donesemo sljedećeg tjedna, kaže Tomislav Korona, pročelnik za gradsku imovinu.

Trenutno, postoji podudaranje interesa Grada Zadra, vlasnika Hotela Amare i okolnih stanara, ali su sve tri strane svjesne da dugoročnog rješenja za problem s parkiranjem teško može biti do izgradnje svih predviđenih javnih garaža, od kojih je, osim ove ispod trga, još jedna predviđena u blizini Hotela Amare.

Predstavnici stanara iz oko 300 stanova na Voštarnici, od Grada Zadra su zatražili da, s obzirom na kroničan problem cijelog kvarta s nedostatkom parkirnih mjesta, trg ispred nekadašnjeg vojnog hotela „Iž” privremeno postane parkiralište. Stanari predlažu da se „privremenost” tog parkirališta protegne do izgradnje podzemne garaže ispod trga, a očekuju da bi to trebalo biti do početka sljedeće turističke sezone.

Je li to moguće i kako će na njihov prijedlog odgovoriti gradska uprava?

-Što se tiče projekta izgradnje javne podzemne garaže, predan je zahtjev za izdavanje građevinske dozvole. Ono što preostaje je pronaći odgovarajući model kroz koji bi se ta garaža gradila, kaže gradski pročelnik za graditeljstvo Darko Kasap.

Teoretski, tri su različite opcije moguće. Po prvoj bi izgradnju i upravljanje podzemnom garažom preuzela gradska tvrtka „Obala i lučice”, ali je pitanje koliko je ta mogućnost zaista realna. Druga podrazumijeva raspisivanje javnog natječaja kroz koji bi se došlo do privatnog investitora ili koncesionara koji bi po gradskom projektu izgradio javnu garažu, s time što bi trg ostao u javnoj upotrebi. Treće opcija, koju gotovo nitko ne očekuje, je „prodaja” cijelog projekta.
