Strabag kod Metroa u Murvici gradi novo raskrižje na državnoj cesti D-8, a projekt je po neslužbenim informacijama težak oko dva milijuna kuna. Što se tim raskrižjem dobiva i kakvi su planovi Općine Poličnik s „nastavkom” prometnice zapadno od budućeg križanja?

-Općina je izradila kompletnu projektnu dokumentaciju, riješili smo i imovinsko-pravne odnose, a dodatno smo isprojektirali i izgradnju pješačkih nogostupa i javne rasvjete od budućeg križanja pa do dvije benzinske crpke. Od Jadranske magistrale, u sklopu izgradnje križanja, bit će izgrađeno i oko 40 metara prometnice prema zoni Murvica zapad, pojašnjava radove općinski načelnik Davor Lončar.

-Što se tiče prometnice kroz zonu Murvica zapad, već je gotov projekt i dobili smo građevinsku dozvolu za cjelokupnu infrastrukturu, a u planu proračuna za 2022. godinu predvidjeli smo da, nakon što budu raspisani javni pozivi za nacionalna ili europska sredstva, apliciramo taj projekt i objavimo javni natječaj za izgradnju infrastrukture. Procjene govore da bi se moglo raditi o poslu vrijednom oko 14 milijuna kuna, ali se nadam da će ta cijena javnim natječajem biti i smanjena, nada se Lončar.

-A što ako projekt ne bude prihvaćen?

-U tom slučaju nam ne preostaje ništa drugo nego ga kroz nekoliko godina realizirati u više faza. Ta je zona odavno zamišljena kao zona za malo i srednje poduzetništvo.

Lončar ima i novosti oko još većeg prometnog problema u Murvici, oko opasnog raskrižja Jadranske magistrale i županijske ceste Zemunik-Nin na kojem se u turističkoj sezoni stvaraju ogromne gužve, a učestale su i prometne nesreće:

-Hrvatske ceste su, nakon što sam to pitanje postavio na Županijskoj skupštini, pokrenule izradu projektne dokumentacije za izgradnju kružnog toka na velikom križanju u Murvici na kojemu se križaju Jadranska magistrala i županijska cesta Zemunik-Nin. Očekujem da će to smanjiti velike gužve koje nastaju na izlazu, odnosno ulazu na Jadransku magistralu. Hrvatske ceste su najavile da će učiniti sve da se izrada projekta i objava javnog natječaja dogode do ožujka sljedeće godine, pa će ako bude tako, kružni tok biti završen do turističke sezone. Ako to iz nekog razloga ne bude moguće, radovi će krenuti na jesen 2022. godine.

Bude li razumijevanja, do velike bi prometne promjene trebalo doći i na potezu od Crnog prema Murvici.

-Tražimo da se od Crnog do križanja kod Metroa već sljedeće godine počne projektirati brza, četverotračna cesta jer je na tom koridoru uglavnom država vlasnik zemljišta. Od toga nećemo odustati jer je to jedini način da se dugoročno riješi pitanje protoka i sigurnosti prometa na toj dionici državne ceste. Osim toga, ako se u tom zahvatu riješi i denivelirano raskrižje kod Karaule, otvara se put za planiranje prometnice odatle pa sve do ceste za Ražanac. Ta je cesta našim Prostornim planom i predviđena, zaključuje načelnik Davor Lončar.

U Murvicu stižu još četiri velike hrvatske tvrtke

-Gospodarska zona u Murvici se i dalje puni. Ovog trenutka je već izgrađeno ili se gradi šest novih objekata, a u tijeku su i dvije dogradnje dosadašnjih objekata. U najavi imamo dolazak još četiri tvrtke s velikim kapacitetima, ali još je prerano, ne bih navoduio o kojim se hrvatskim tvrtkama radi, kaže Davor Lončar, općinski načelnik Poličnika.

Strabag kod Metroa u Murvici gradi novo raskrižje na državnoj cesti D-8, a projekt je po neslužbenim informacijama težak oko dva milijuna kuna. Što se tim raskrižjem dobiva i kakvi su planovi Općine Poličnik s „nastavkom” prometnice zapadno od budućeg križanja?

-Općina je izradila kompletnu projektnu dokumentaciju, riješili smo i imovinsko-pravne odnose, a dodatno smo isprojektirali i izgradnju pješačkih nogostupa i javne rasvjete od budućeg križanja pa do dvije benzinske crpke. Od Jadranske magistrale, u sklopu izgradnje križanja, bit će izgrađeno i oko 40 metara prometnice prema zoni Murvica zapad, pojašnjava radove općinski načelnik Davor Lončar.

-Što se tiče prometnice kroz zonu Murvica zapad, već je gotov projekt i dobili smo građevinsku dozvolu za cjelokupnu infrastrukturu, a u planu proračuna za 2022. godinu predvidjeli smo da, nakon što budu raspisani javni pozivi za nacionalna ili europska sredstva, apliciramo taj projekt i objavimo javni natječaj za izgradnju infrastrukture. Procjene govore da bi se moglo raditi o poslu vrijednom oko 14 milijuna kuna, ali se nadam da će ta cijena javnim natječajem biti i smanjena, nada se Lončar.

-A što ako projekt ne bude prihvaćen?

-U tom slučaju nam ne preostaje ništa drugo nego ga kroz nekoliko godina realizirati u više faza. Ta je zona odavno zamišljena kao zona za malo i srednje poduzetništvo.

Lončar ima i novosti oko još većeg prometnog problema u Murvici, oko opasnog raskrižja Jadranske magistrale i županijske ceste Zemunik-Nin na kojem se u turističkoj sezoni stvaraju ogromne gužve, a učestale su i prometne nesreće:

-Hrvatske ceste su, nakon što sam to pitanje postavio na Županijskoj skupštini, pokrenule izradu projektne dokumentacije za izgradnju kružnog toka na velikom križanju u Murvici na kojemu se križaju Jadranska magistrala i županijska cesta Zemunik-Nin. Očekujem da će to smanjiti velike gužve koje nastaju na izlazu, odnosno ulazu na Jadransku magistralu. Hrvatske ceste su najavile da će učiniti sve da se izrada projekta i objava javnog natječaja dogode do ožujka sljedeće godine, pa će ako bude tako, kružni tok biti završen do turističke sezone. Ako to iz nekog razloga ne bude moguće, radovi će krenuti na jesen 2022. godine.

Bude li razumijevanja, do velike bi prometne promjene trebalo doći i na potezu od Crnog prema Murvici.

-Tražimo da se od Crnog do križanja kod Metroa već sljedeće godine počne projektirati brza, četverotračna cesta jer je na tom koridoru uglavnom država vlasnik zemljišta. Od toga nećemo odustati jer je to jedini način da se dugoročno riješi pitanje protoka i sigurnosti prometa na toj dionici državne ceste. Osim toga, ako se u tom zahvatu riješi i denivelirano raskrižje kod Karaule, otvara se put za planiranje prometnice odatle pa sve do ceste za Ražanac. Ta je cesta našim Prostornim planom i predviđena, zaključuje načelnik Davor Lončar.

U Murvicu stižu još četiri velike hrvatske tvrtke

-Gospodarska zona u Murvici se i dalje puni. Ovog trenutka je već izgrađeno ili se gradi šest novih objekata, a u tijeku su i dvije dogradnje dosadašnjih objekata. U najavi imamo dolazak još četiri tvrtke s velikim kapacitetima, ali još je prerano, ne bih navoduio o kojim se hrvatskim tvrtkama radi, kaže Davor Lončar, općinski načelnik Poličnika.
