Rasprava vezana uz točku kojom su se definirali kriteriji za određivanje reda prvenstva za kupnju POS-ovih stanova pretvorila se u raspravu o tome trebaju li gradski vijećnici uređivati odluke dok su one na javnoj raspravi, a ne tek kad se pojave na Gradskom vijeću. Pogotovo nakon što su na ovu točku uložena dva amandmana, onaj Akcije mladih u kojem se tražilo dodatno bodovanje osoba mlađih od 30 godina i nezavisnih vijećnika koji su tražili da se ne boduje nečija stručna sprema.
- Imali ste mjesec dana da utječete na odluku dok je bila na e-savjetovanju i mogli ste tada dati bilo kakve primjedbe, a ne čekati zadnji trenutak, kazao je HDZ-ov vijećnik Mate Marić.
- Gradski smo vijećnici u demokratskom društvu koje nam omogućuje da uložimo amandman. Ne vidim u čemu je problem, kazao je Roko Tadin (Akcija mladih).
Ante Rubeša (Akcija mladih) je kazao da je njihovo pravo da na sjednicama Gradskog vijeća uređuju odluku i kako on nije vidio u medijima da je e-savjetovanje, a dodao je i kako bi bilo dobro da Grad napravi zgradu gdje će mladi moći stan uzeti u najam s mogućnošću kupnje.
Irena Dragić (SDP) kazala je kako je to program koji Zadru treba pogotovo zbog cijena nekretnina koje su otišle u nebo.
- Kriteriji su dvosjekli mač, ali oni moraju postojati. Samo se nadam da će se oni provoditi i da nakon njihove prodaje nećemo imati nove afere, kazala je Dragić pitajući postoji li mogućnost da se stanovi koji nisu prodani Grad kupi i dodjeljuje socijalno ugroženim kategorijama?
Marko Vučetić poručuje da trebamo biti svjesni konteksta kako možemo donositi odluke i kako se nalazimo u maloj zemlji i malom gradu, te da trebamo skrbiti o gradu i o državi koja nestaje.
- Ona nestaje i po pitanju visokog ili niskog obrazovanja, kao i što nestaje i po onima koji imaju i nemaju invaliditete. Mi smo u definiranju kriterija stava da svi stanovi nisu odabrani i da treba sagledati i ono u što smo sad ušli, a to su divljanje cijena i recesija, ali i i sve ono što će nas u budućnosti opterećivati. Temeljni kriteriji kod kupnje jest kolika su mjesečna primanja. Planirao sam izgraditi kuću izvan Zadra, ali neću jer se cijena povećala za 100 posto. Ova situacija u kojoj mi ne možemo planirati život u nekom prostoru je situacija u kojoj nas nikakvo bodovanje neće dovesti da kupimo nekretninu. Koliko god poticali stanogradnju, u budućnosti neće biti onih koji će moći isplaćivati te svote dok god se borimo da cijena goriva ne prijeđe 20 kuna ili da ulje plaćamo i 30 kuna. Ulazimo u stanje neimaštine u kojoj će se pokušati limitirati cijena, a to dovodi do nestašice proizvoda.
Zbog toga sam za to sam da ove kriterije usvojimo i budemo svjesni gdje se nalazimo i da budemo svjesni da Zadru trebaju visokoobrazovani ljudi.
Prosječna plaća početnika u visokom obrazovanju je 1000 eura i mi se s tim ne možemo nositi. Nemojmo otvoriti aristokratski model jer nekoga promatramo kroz visokostručnu spremu. Predlažem da stanove damo roditeljima koji još uvijek žive sa svojom djecom.
Gradonačelnik Branko Dukić je kazao kako prihvaća amandman Akcije mladih, ali ne i amandman nezavisnih.

Rasprava vezana uz točku kojom su se definirali kriteriji za određivanje reda prvenstva za kupnju POS-ovih stanova pretvorila se u raspravu o tome trebaju li gradski vijećnici uređivati odluke dok su one na javnoj raspravi, a ne tek kad se pojave na Gradskom vijeću. Pogotovo nakon što su na ovu točku uložena dva amandmana, onaj Akcije mladih u kojem se tražilo dodatno bodovanje osoba mlađih od 30 godina i nezavisnih vijećnika koji su tražili da se ne boduje nečija stručna sprema.
- Imali ste mjesec dana da utječete na odluku dok je bila na e-savjetovanju i mogli ste tada dati bilo kakve primjedbe, a ne čekati zadnji trenutak, kazao je HDZ-ov vijećnik Mate Marić.
- Gradski smo vijećnici u demokratskom društvu koje nam omogućuje da uložimo amandman. Ne vidim u čemu je problem, kazao je Roko Tadin (Akcija mladih).
Ante Rubeša (Akcija mladih) je kazao da je njihovo pravo da na sjednicama Gradskog vijeća uređuju odluku i kako on nije vidio u medijima da je e-savjetovanje, a dodao je i kako bi bilo dobro da Grad napravi zgradu gdje će mladi moći stan uzeti u najam s mogućnošću kupnje.
Irena Dragić (SDP) kazala je kako je to program koji Zadru treba pogotovo zbog cijena nekretnina koje su otišle u nebo.
- Kriteriji su dvosjekli mač, ali oni moraju postojati. Samo se nadam da će se oni provoditi i da nakon njihove prodaje nećemo imati nove afere, kazala je Dragić pitajući postoji li mogućnost da se stanovi koji nisu prodani Grad kupi i dodjeljuje socijalno ugroženim kategorijama?
Marko Vučetić poručuje da trebamo biti svjesni konteksta kako možemo donositi odluke i kako se nalazimo u maloj zemlji i malom gradu, te da trebamo skrbiti o gradu i o državi koja nestaje.
- Ona nestaje i po pitanju visokog ili niskog obrazovanja, kao i što nestaje i po onima koji imaju i nemaju invaliditete. Mi smo u definiranju kriterija stava da svi stanovi nisu odabrani i da treba sagledati i ono u što smo sad ušli, a to su divljanje cijena i recesija, ali i i sve ono što će nas u budućnosti opterećivati. Temeljni kriteriji kod kupnje jest kolika su mjesečna primanja. Planirao sam izgraditi kuću izvan Zadra, ali neću jer se cijena povećala za 100 posto. Ova situacija u kojoj mi ne možemo planirati život u nekom prostoru je situacija u kojoj nas nikakvo bodovanje neće dovesti da kupimo nekretninu. Koliko god poticali stanogradnju, u budućnosti neće biti onih koji će moći isplaćivati te svote dok god se borimo da cijena goriva ne prijeđe 20 kuna ili da ulje plaćamo i 30 kuna. Ulazimo u stanje neimaštine u kojoj će se pokušati limitirati cijena, a to dovodi do nestašice proizvoda.
Zbog toga sam za to sam da ove kriterije usvojimo i budemo svjesni gdje se nalazimo i da budemo svjesni da Zadru trebaju visokoobrazovani ljudi.
Prosječna plaća početnika u visokom obrazovanju je 1000 eura i mi se s tim ne možemo nositi. Nemojmo otvoriti aristokratski model jer nekoga promatramo kroz visokostručnu spremu. Predlažem da stanove damo roditeljima koji još uvijek žive sa svojom djecom.
Gradonačelnik Branko Dukić je kazao kako prihvaća amandman Akcije mladih, ali ne i amandman nezavisnih.
