Jedan nam s eroditelj javio s dopisom koji HZZO Zadar šalje svim koji su ostali bez pedijatra, pročitajte:

- Ovo je dopis koji HZZO Zadar šalje svima onima koji su ostali bez pedijatra, a kojim poziva roditelje i skrbnike da se opredijele za doktora zdravstvene zaštite predškolske djece. 

Roditelji se u nedostatku pedijatara u Zadarskoj županiji pa i u samom gradu Zadru upućuju na liječnike obiteljske medicine koji mogu odbiti upis novih pacijenata u koliko im broj pacijenata prelazi maksimalno propisan broj od strane HZZOa što uglavnom i je slučaj jer je i taj sustav pred kolapsom zbog nedostatka liječnika.

Toliko o pravu na izbora liječnika i pravu na adekvatnu zdravstvenu skrb.

Odgovorni u Zadru nisu naučili da dijete nije umanjeni odrasli i da specijalizacije iz pedijatrije postoje sa razlogom. 

Što je sljedeće? Kada bude deficit bolničkih pedijatara što je također izvjesno, djecu će se sa pedijatrije upućivati na OHBP ili će ih liječiti neurolozi, urolozi možda i psihijatri, jer eto i oni su završili medicinu pa mogu pogledati malo dijete koje ima na primjer temperaturu. 

Možda ih je sve najbolje uputiti nekome od doktora u Grad Zadar ili u Zadarsku županiju, koliko ih je tamo nebi se trebalo dugo čekati na red.

Ako je predškolsko dijete u širem smislu ono od dvije do sedam godina starosti, tada ono ni kada je zdravo i kada je samo na sistematskom pregledu ili redovnom cijepljenju nema što raditi u ambulanti obiteljske medicine sa odraslima, a posebno ne kada je bolesno i kada je izvor opasnosti za starije,  imunokompromitirane ljude sa teškim dijagnozama i kada su ti ljudi opasnost za dijete zbog mogućnosti da nisu u svoje vrijeme cijepljeni protiv bolesti za koje se danas cijepi odnosno da imaju bolesti za koje dijete još nije dobilo cijepivo, a koje za odraslu osobu nisu opasne no za dijete mogu biti i te kako ozbiljne. 

Kronični bolesnici koji su zbog svoje bolesti imunokompromitirani i često u bolnici, tamo mogu pokupiti rezistentne bolničke infekcije koje onda u ambulanti obiteljske medicine mogu prenijeti onima najmlađima koji imaju najmanje razvijen imunitet.

Ovakvim dopisima se djeca, ali i liječnici obiteljske medicine, dovode pred gotov čin i bilo bi zanimljivo pitati liječnike obiteljske medicine i KOHOM što misle o ovome.

Maloj djeci jednostavno nije mjesto u ambulantama u kojima se liječe odrasli, a specijalizacija iz pedijatrije je nešto što postoji jer je nužnost ali i standard - stoji u pismu roditelja.

Jedan nam s eroditelj javio s dopisom koji HZZO Zadar šalje svim koji su ostali bez pedijatra, pročitajte:

- Ovo je dopis koji HZZO Zadar šalje svima onima koji su ostali bez pedijatra, a kojim poziva roditelje i skrbnike da se opredijele za doktora zdravstvene zaštite predškolske djece. 

Roditelji se u nedostatku pedijatara u Zadarskoj županiji pa i u samom gradu Zadru upućuju na liječnike obiteljske medicine koji mogu odbiti upis novih pacijenata u koliko im broj pacijenata prelazi maksimalno propisan broj od strane HZZOa što uglavnom i je slučaj jer je i taj sustav pred kolapsom zbog nedostatka liječnika.

Toliko o pravu na izbora liječnika i pravu na adekvatnu zdravstvenu skrb.

Odgovorni u Zadru nisu naučili da dijete nije umanjeni odrasli i da specijalizacije iz pedijatrije postoje sa razlogom. 

Što je sljedeće? Kada bude deficit bolničkih pedijatara što je također izvjesno, djecu će se sa pedijatrije upućivati na OHBP ili će ih liječiti neurolozi, urolozi možda i psihijatri, jer eto i oni su završili medicinu pa mogu pogledati malo dijete koje ima na primjer temperaturu. 

Možda ih je sve najbolje uputiti nekome od doktora u Grad Zadar ili u Zadarsku županiju, koliko ih je tamo nebi se trebalo dugo čekati na red.

Ako je predškolsko dijete u širem smislu ono od dvije do sedam godina starosti, tada ono ni kada je zdravo i kada je samo na sistematskom pregledu ili redovnom cijepljenju nema što raditi u ambulanti obiteljske medicine sa odraslima, a posebno ne kada je bolesno i kada je izvor opasnosti za starije,  imunokompromitirane ljude sa teškim dijagnozama i kada su ti ljudi opasnost za dijete zbog mogućnosti da nisu u svoje vrijeme cijepljeni protiv bolesti za koje se danas cijepi odnosno da imaju bolesti za koje dijete još nije dobilo cijepivo, a koje za odraslu osobu nisu opasne no za dijete mogu biti i te kako ozbiljne. 

Kronični bolesnici koji su zbog svoje bolesti imunokompromitirani i često u bolnici, tamo mogu pokupiti rezistentne bolničke infekcije koje onda u ambulanti obiteljske medicine mogu prenijeti onima najmlađima koji imaju najmanje razvijen imunitet.

Ovakvim dopisima se djeca, ali i liječnici obiteljske medicine, dovode pred gotov čin i bilo bi zanimljivo pitati liječnike obiteljske medicine i KOHOM što misle o ovome.

Maloj djeci jednostavno nije mjesto u ambulantama u kojima se liječe odrasli, a specijalizacija iz pedijatrije je nešto što postoji jer je nužnost ali i standard - stoji u pismu roditelja.

Jedan nam s eroditelj javio s dopisom koji HZZO Zadar šalje svim koji su ostali bez pedijatra, pročitajte:

- Ovo je dopis koji HZZO Zadar šalje svima onima koji su ostali bez pedijatra, a kojim poziva roditelje i skrbnike da se opredijele za doktora zdravstvene zaštite predškolske djece. 

Roditelji se u nedostatku pedijatara u Zadarskoj županiji pa i u samom gradu Zadru upućuju na liječnike obiteljske medicine koji mogu odbiti upis novih pacijenata u koliko im broj pacijenata prelazi maksimalno propisan broj od strane HZZOa što uglavnom i je slučaj jer je i taj sustav pred kolapsom zbog nedostatka liječnika.

Toliko o pravu na izbora liječnika i pravu na adekvatnu zdravstvenu skrb.

Odgovorni u Zadru nisu naučili da dijete nije umanjeni odrasli i da specijalizacije iz pedijatrije postoje sa razlogom. 

Što je sljedeće? Kada bude deficit bolničkih pedijatara što je također izvjesno, djecu će se sa pedijatrije upućivati na OHBP ili će ih liječiti neurolozi, urolozi možda i psihijatri, jer eto i oni su završili medicinu pa mogu pogledati malo dijete koje ima na primjer temperaturu. 

Možda ih je sve najbolje uputiti nekome od doktora u Grad Zadar ili u Zadarsku županiju, koliko ih je tamo nebi se trebalo dugo čekati na red.
