Tijekom jučerašnjeg posjeta zadarskoj gradskoj upravi ministara Branko Bačić održao je sastanak iza zatvorenih vrata s gradonačelnikom Brankom Dukićem i suradnicama na kojem se razgovaralo o dvije teme. Prvo, Grad je zainteresiran za državno zemljište kako bi proširio projekt stambenog zbrinjavanja mladih na području Crnog, te drugo, Grad želi nastaviti  izgradnju POS-ovih zgrada na Smiljevcu.

Kao što je poznato, Grad Zadar je izgradnjom prometnice koja će "otključati" 25 parcela za buduće obiteljske kuće, započeo s projektom stambenog zbrinjavanja mladih u Crnom. Zemljište za kuće prodavat će se po pristupačnim cijenama, a u Gradu "bruse" dokument s uvjetima po kojima će se netko moći javiti na natječaj.

U produžetku tih parcela nalazi se još jedno manje zemljište u vlasništvu Grada za koje se sada projektira pristupna cesta. Izgradnja druge pristupne ceste omogućila bi izgradnju dodatnih 15 obiteljskih kuća. Nastavno na taj dio nalazi se površina na kojoj je moguće graditi 60 obiteljskih kuća. Međutim, na toj površini Grad ima oko 40 posto vlasništva zemlje, dok je ostatak površine u vlasništvu države, a Grad Zadar je zainteresiran upravo za to državno zemljište. Kada bi mu država mogla ustupiti zemljište, Grad Zadar treba pokrenuti izmjene prostornog plana.

Druga tema sastanka je moguća izgradnja POS-ovih zgrada na Smiljevcu. Grad trenutno za tu česticu rješava imovinsko-pravne odnose. Naime, čestica koju grad ima u svom vlasništvu je nepravilnog oblika te ima "usjek" od nekih tisuću kvadrata u vlasništvu privatnih osoba. Kako je i vlasnicima i Gradu želja da imaju čestice pravilnijeg oblika, na kojma se može neometano graditi, Grad će s privatnim vlasnicima provesti zamjenu zemljišta. Gradsko bi zemljište nakon parcelacije dobilo dovoljno prostora za zgradu od stotinjak stanova.

Prema prostornoj planskoj dokumentaciji na tom je području moguća gradnja objekta s pet podzemnih etaža, prizemljem i devet nadzemnih etaža, maksimalne visine od 30 metara.

Grad bi htio jedan dio stanova dati u najam po principu "najam uz otkup", no za to su pak potrebne izmjene zakona koje je ministar Bačić i najavio, jer APN ne poznaje takav vid prodaje.

Tijekom jučerašnjeg posjeta zadarskoj gradskoj upravi ministara Branko Bačić održao je sastanak iza zatvorenih vrata s gradonačelnikom Brankom Dukićem i suradnicama na kojem se razgovaralo o dvije teme. Prvo, Grad je zainteresiran za državno zemljište kako bi proširio projekt stambenog zbrinjavanja mladih na području Crnog, te drugo, Grad želi nastaviti  izgradnju POS-ovih zgrada na Smiljevcu.

Kao što je poznato, Grad Zadar je izgradnjom prometnice koja će "otključati" 25 parcela za buduće obiteljske kuće, započeo s projektom stambenog zbrinjavanja mladih u Crnom. Zemljište za kuće prodavat će se po pristupačnim cijenama, a u Gradu "bruse" dokument s uvjetima po kojima će se netko moći javiti na natječaj.

U produžetku tih parcela nalazi se još jedno manje zemljište u vlasništvu Grada za koje se sada projektira pristupna cesta. Izgradnja druge pristupne ceste omogućila bi izgradnju dodatnih 15 obiteljskih kuća. Nastavno na taj dio nalazi se površina na kojoj je moguće graditi 60 obiteljskih kuća. Međutim, na toj površini Grad ima oko 40 posto vlasništva zemlje, dok je ostatak površine u vlasništvu države, a Grad Zadar je zainteresiran upravo za to državno zemljište. Kada bi mu država mogla ustupiti zemljište, Grad Zadar treba pokrenuti izmjene prostornog plana.

Druga tema sastanka je moguća izgradnja POS-ovih zgrada na Smiljevcu. Grad trenutno za tu česticu rješava imovinsko-pravne odnose. Naime, čestica koju grad ima u svom vlasništvu je nepravilnog oblika te ima "usjek" od nekih tisuću kvadrata u vlasništvu privatnih osoba. Kako je i vlasnicima i Gradu želja da imaju čestice pravilnijeg oblika, na kojma se može neometano graditi, Grad će s privatnim vlasnicima provesti zamjenu zemljišta. Gradsko bi zemljište nakon parcelacije dobilo dovoljno prostora za zgradu od stotinjak stanova.

Prema prostornoj planskoj dokumentaciji na tom je području moguća gradnja objekta s pet podzemnih etaža, prizemljem i devet nadzemnih etaža, maksimalne visine od 30 metara.

O čemu je ministar Bačić iza zatvorenih vrata razgovarao s gradonačelnikom Dukićem: novi stanovi i POS po principu "najam uz otkup"!

Tijekom jučerašnjeg posjeta zadarskoj gradskoj upravi ministara Branko Bačić održao je sastanak iza zatvorenih vrata s gradonačelnikom Brankom Dukićem i suradnicama na kojem se razgovaralo o dvije teme. Prvo, Grad je zainteresiran za državno zemljište kako bi proširio projekt stambenog zbrinjavanja mladih na području Crnog, te drugo, Grad želi nastaviti  izgradnju POS-ovih zgrada na Smiljevcu.

Kao što je poznato, Grad Zadar je izgradnjom prometnice koja će "otključati" 25 parcela za buduće obiteljske kuće, započeo s projektom stambenog zbrinjavanja mladih u Crnom. Zemljište za kuće prodavat će se po pristupačnim cijenama, a u Gradu "bruse" dokument s uvjetima po kojima će se netko moći javiti na natječaj.

U produžetku tih parcela nalazi se još jedno manje zemljište u vlasništvu Grada za koje se sada projektira pristupna cesta. Izgradnja druge pristupne ceste omogućila bi izgradnju dodatnih 15 obiteljskih kuća. Nastavno na taj dio nalazi se površina na kojoj je moguće graditi 60 obiteljskih kuća. Međutim, na toj površini Grad ima oko 40 posto vlasništva zemlje, dok je ostatak površine u vlasništvu države, a Grad Zadar je zainteresiran upravo za to državno zemljište. Kada bi mu država mogla ustupiti zemljište, Grad Zadar treba pokrenuti izmjene prostornog plana.

Druga tema sastanka je moguća izgradnja POS-ovih zgrada na Smiljevcu. Grad trenutno za tu česticu rješava imovinsko-pravne odnose. Naime, čestica koju grad ima u svom vlasništvu je nepravilnog oblika te ima "usjek" od nekih tisuću kvadrata u vlasništvu privatnih osoba. Kako je i vlasnicima i Gradu želja da imaju čestice pravilnijeg oblika, na kojma se može neometano graditi, Grad će s privatnim vlasnicima provesti zamjenu zemljišta. Gradsko bi zemljište nakon parcelacije dobilo dovoljno prostora za zgradu od stotinjak stanova.

Prema prostornoj planskoj dokumentaciji na tom je području moguća gradnja objekta s pet podzemnih etaža, prizemljem i devet nadzemnih etaža, maksimalne visine od 30 metara.
