Priča dvogodišnje Elze, crne kuje koja je u Sukošanu izgladnjivana do smrti, u ponedjeljak je potresla velik broj naših čitatelja. No, njezina je priča ipak došla i do onih kojih je trebala: institucija. Promptno su nakon našeg prvog teksta reagirali veterinarski inspektori te su u već u utorak izašli na teren provjeriti Elzinog vlasnika. Prema neslužbenim informacijama do kojih smo došli u utorak kasno poslijepodne, inspektori su na terenu zatekli kompliciraniju situaciju nego što su na prvu očekivali. Stoga se njihovo službeno izvješće može očekivati tek za dan, dva.
Podsjetimo, djevojke iz zadarskog azila i same su otišle već u ponedjeljak slučaj prijaviti zadarskoj policiji, gdje su ih dočekali s nezainteresiranošću.
- Kad smo rekle o čemu se radi, policajac je samo zakolutao očima i izvadio blokić. Odmah sam znala da me nije ozbiljno doživio. Nakon što sam mu sve ispričala, nije me pitao niti ime osobe koja je psa dovela do ovog stanja nit broj čipa nesretnog psa. Ja sam bila ta koja mu predložila da bi bilo možda pametno da to zapiše. Ne znam što da vam kažem. Iz tog razloga mi nemamo vjere u nikoga - priznala nam je volonterka zadarskog azila.
Nazvali smo glasnogovornicu policije Ivanu Grbin koja je kratko potvrdila kako su policijski službenici ipak preuzeli slučaj te da se utvrđuju sve okolnosti kaznenog djela i poduzimaju sve potrebne mjere.
Tražili smo od volonterki komentar na razvoj cijele situacije i evo što su nam rekle:
- Da nadležne institucije rade svoj posao do ovog uopće ne bi ni došlo! Počevši od komunalnog redara koji bi trebao provjeravati ove stvari prije nego se dogode, pa sve do veterinarske inspekcije koja bi trebala provoditi zakon kako spada. Za njezinu smrt nije kriv samo taj “vlasnik”, krivi su u svi u tom lancu odgovornosti.

Ona nije jedini slučaj, ovoga ima još puno, ma i previše, i to sve događa nama ispred očiju. Ljudi čak i kad žele pomoći nemaju se kome obratiti. Ne znaju kome se trebaju obratiti, tko je taj tko odmah treba izaći na teren. Većinom svi iz tih birokratskih institucija prebacuju loptu s jednog na drugog. Čovjek koji je i htio napraviti dobro djelo u konačnici jednostavno odustane od komplikacija s protokolima – govore nam volonterke zadarskog azila te se iskreno nadaju da će ovaj put stvarno nešto biti poduzeto, da će konačno netko odgovarati.
- Dopustile smo si ovaj put malo vjere u institucije, no prije svega zahvaljujući vama medijima. Nadam se da nas ovaj put neće razočarati. Da neće razočarati Elzu i da će njena smrt možda biti spasenje za sve pse koji bi mogli imati istu sudbinu – istaknule su volonterke dodavši kako Elzu nikad neće zaboraviti. - Iako je bila naša svega par sati, zauvijek ćemo ju pamtiti.
- Otkad je umrla samo o njoj pričamo i nosimo ju u mislima. Zamišljamo kako sada konačno slobodna negdje trči i kako joj je napokon lijepo, onako kako joj nikad u životu nije bilo. Nadamo se da je sada sretna... - zaključile su ove nesebične djevojke.

Priča dvogodišnje Elze, crne kuje koja je u Sukošanu izgladnjivana do smrti, u ponedjeljak je potresla velik broj naših čitatelja. No, njezina je priča ipak došla i do onih kojih je trebala: institucija. Promptno su nakon našeg prvog teksta reagirali veterinarski inspektori te su u već u utorak izašli na teren provjeriti Elzinog vlasnika. Prema neslužbenim informacijama do kojih smo došli u utorak kasno poslijepodne, inspektori su na terenu zatekli kompliciraniju situaciju nego što su na prvu očekivali. Stoga se njihovo službeno izvješće može očekivati tek za dan, dva.
Podsjetimo, djevojke iz zadarskog azila i same su otišle već u ponedjeljak slučaj prijaviti zadarskoj policiji, gdje su ih dočekali s nezainteresiranošću.
- Kad smo rekle o čemu se radi, policajac je samo zakolutao očima i izvadio blokić. Odmah sam znala da me nije ozbiljno doživio. Nakon što sam mu sve ispričala, nije me pitao niti ime osobe koja je psa dovela do ovog stanja nit broj čipa nesretnog psa. Ja sam bila ta koja mu predložila da bi bilo možda pametno da to zapiše. Ne znam što da vam kažem. Iz tog razloga mi nemamo vjere u nikoga - priznala nam je volonterka zadarskog azila.
Nazvali smo glasnogovornicu policije Ivanu Grbin koja je kratko potvrdila kako su policijski službenici ipak preuzeli slučaj te da se utvrđuju sve okolnosti kaznenog djela i poduzimaju sve potrebne mjere.
Tražili smo od volonterki komentar na razvoj cijele situacije i evo što su nam rekle:
- Da nadležne institucije rade svoj posao do ovog uopće ne bi ni došlo! Počevši od komunalnog redara koji bi trebao provjeravati ove stvari prije nego se dogode, pa sve do veterinarske inspekcije koja bi trebala provoditi zakon kako spada. Za njezinu smrt nije kriv samo taj “vlasnik”, krivi su u svi u tom lancu odgovornosti.

Ona nije jedini slučaj, ovoga ima još puno, ma i previše, i to sve događa nama ispred očiju. Ljudi čak i kad žele pomoći nemaju se kome obratiti. Ne znaju kome se trebaju obratiti, tko je taj tko odmah treba izaći na teren. Većinom svi iz tih birokratskih institucija prebacuju loptu s jednog na drugog. Čovjek koji je i htio napraviti dobro djelo u konačnici jednostavno odustane od komplikacija s protokolima – govore nam volonterke zadarskog azila te se iskreno nadaju da će ovaj put stvarno nešto biti poduzeto, da će konačno netko odgovarati.
- Dopustile smo si ovaj put malo vjere u institucije, no prije svega zahvaljujući vama medijima. Nadam se da nas ovaj put neće razočarati. Da neće razočarati Elzu i da će njena smrt možda biti spasenje za sve pse koji bi mogli imati istu sudbinu – istaknule su volonterke dodavši kako Elzu nikad neće zaboraviti. - Iako je bila naša svega par sati, zauvijek ćemo ju pamtiti.
- Otkad je umrla samo o njoj pričamo i nosimo ju u mislima. Zamišljamo kako sada konačno slobodna negdje trči i kako joj je napokon lijepo, onako kako joj nikad u životu nije bilo. Nadamo se da je sada sretna... - zaključile su ove nesebične djevojke.
