'Lai ba', što je slobodni Google prijevod našeg 'Ajme' - mogao je razočarano uzviknuti radnik kineske tvrtke China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC), koja je gradila 2.404 metara dug Pelješki most, nakon što mu je jednog dana u trenutku nepažnje u more ispala žuta zaštitna kaciga. Možda je tada građevinar kineske tvrtke, čiji su radnici većinom bili iz pokrajine Hubei, u kojoj je glavni grad Wuhan, osupnut rekao i nešto drugo, no 'Lai ba' bi sada sigurno zgranuto ponovio kada bi shvatio da je njegovo izgubljeno pokrivalo završilo u – piramidi!

Kao izložbeni eksponat žutu kinesku kacigu s Pelješkog mosta na počasno mjesto je postavio 61-godišnji umjetnik i građevinar Vedran Petešić, no ne u Egiptu, već u masliniku njegove matere u mjestu Sali na Dugom otoku gdje je izgradio piramide.

- Pronašao sam je nedavno u uvalici kraj Sali u svojoj uobičajenoj ruti. Došla je s jugom, a mislim se sada pojti s njom na otvaranje mosta. Već me duže vrijeme to golica jer sam bio tamo kad se most počeo graditi. Ne bi bilo loše simbolično predati kacigu, jer to je jedna zanimljiva priča. Nadam se da nije nitko doživio ništa loše zbog njezinog gubitka. No kod mene je na počasnom mjestu jer je došla u moj morski poštanski pretinac – kaže ovaj saljski umjetnik koji već gotovo dva desetljeća od morskih naplavina radi umjetnička djela. Sve to izlaže u piramidama, a dosad ih je izgradio - tri!

- Piramida je neka druga energija, unutra su posebne silnice, to je poseban prostor. Zamislio sam ta mjesta piramida kao mali etno muzej dugootočke baštine. Uvijek sam sanjao da napravim tako nešto i sada imam tamo više od 400 mojih umjetničkih djela. Napravljena su od kamena, drva, odnosno naplavina, svega što mi more donese i što godinama skupljam - opisuje Vedran.

Osim po najneobičnijem otočnom izložbenom mjestu, Vedran je poznat i kao strastveni skupljač poruka u boci. Dosad ih je u svojoj karijeri 'morskog poštara' skupio čak - 69! Prvu poruku u boci je izvadio iz mora kad je imao samo 13 godina. .

- Tragam za njima kao pas za tartufima. Dolaze kao i kaciga u moj poštanski pretinac u moru specifične težine. Doduše, danas u vrijeme mobitela morska pošta slabije ide. Ove godine sam pronašao tek dvije boce s porukom. Recimo, u 2000. godini bila je manija pisanja ljubavnih poruka u bocama. Sada poruke u boci uglavnom ostavljaju nautičari s datumom i pozdravima - govori saljski umjetnik, te dodaje kako je kod slanja poruke najbitinije da se na poruci napiše datum kada je boca bačena i da bude u dobroj ambalaži.

- Mora to biti staklena boca, ne plastična. Boce trebaju biti dobro zabrtvljene, a poruka se mora napisati grafitnom olovkom, jer sve drugo izblijedi. Drugačije se koncentrira vlaga. Sunce sve rastoči kroz prizmu svjetla, a grafit je otporan - kaže ovaj 'morski poštar' koji i dalje svakodnevno obilazi svoj 'poštanski pretinac' na obali u Salima na Dugom otoku.

'Lai ba', što je slobodni Google prijevod našeg 'Ajme' - mogao je razočarano uzviknuti radnik kineske tvrtke China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC), koja je gradila 2.404 metara dug Pelješki most, nakon što mu je jednog dana u trenutku nepažnje u more ispala žuta zaštitna kaciga. Možda je tada građevinar kineske tvrtke, čiji su radnici većinom bili iz pokrajine Hubei, u kojoj je glavni grad Wuhan, osupnut rekao i nešto drugo, no 'Lai ba' bi sada sigurno zgranuto ponovio kada bi shvatio da je njegovo izgubljeno pokrivalo završilo u – piramidi!

Kao izložbeni eksponat žutu kinesku kacigu s Pelješkog mosta na počasno mjesto je postavio 61-godišnji umjetnik i građevinar Vedran Petešić, no ne u Egiptu, već u masliniku njegove matere u mjestu Sali na Dugom otoku gdje je izgradio piramide.

- Pronašao sam je nedavno u uvalici kraj Sali u svojoj uobičajenoj ruti. Došla je s jugom, a mislim se sada pojti s njom na otvaranje mosta. Već me duže vrijeme to golica jer sam bio tamo kad se most počeo graditi. Ne bi bilo loše simbolično predati kacigu, jer to je jedna zanimljiva priča. Nadam se da nije nitko doživio ništa loše zbog njezinog gubitka. No kod mene je na počasnom mjestu jer je došla u moj morski poštanski pretinac – kaže ovaj saljski umjetnik koji već gotovo dva desetljeća od morskih naplavina radi umjetnička djela. Sve to izlaže u piramidama, a dosad ih je izgradio - tri!

- Piramida je neka druga energija, unutra su posebne silnice, to je poseban prostor. Zamislio sam ta mjesta piramida kao mali etno muzej dugootočke baštine. Uvijek sam sanjao da napravim tako nešto i sada imam tamo više od 400 mojih umjetničkih djela. Napravljena su od kamena, drva, odnosno naplavina, svega što mi more donese i što godinama skupljam - opisuje Vedran.

Osim po najneobičnijem otočnom izložbenom mjestu, Vedran je poznat i kao strastveni skupljač poruka u boci. Dosad ih je u svojoj karijeri 'morskog poštara' skupio čak - 69! Prvu poruku u boci je izvadio iz mora kad je imao samo 13 godina. .

- Tragam za njima kao pas za tartufima. Dolaze kao i kaciga u moj poštanski pretinac u moru specifične težine. Doduše, danas u vrijeme mobitela morska pošta slabije ide. Ove godine sam pronašao tek dvije boce s porukom. Recimo, u 2000. godini bila je manija pisanja ljubavnih poruka u bocama. Sada poruke u boci uglavnom ostavljaju nautičari s datumom i pozdravima - govori saljski umjetnik, te dodaje kako je kod slanja poruke najbitinije da se na poruci napiše datum kada je boca bačena i da bude u dobroj ambalaži.

- Mora to biti staklena boca, ne plastična. Boce trebaju biti dobro zabrtvljene, a poruka se mora napisati grafitnom olovkom, jer sve drugo izblijedi. Drugačije se koncentrira vlaga. Sunce sve rastoči kroz prizmu svjetla, a grafit je otporan - kaže ovaj 'morski poštar' koji i dalje svakodnevno obilazi svoj 'poštanski pretinac' na obali u Salima na Dugom otoku.
