Gosti nam stižu, ali veliki su gradovi i dalje daleko od predpandemijskih brojki. Razlog? Nema dovoljno avionskih linija, a upravo se zrakoplovima, posebno onima niskotarifnih kompanija, najboljih turističkih godina stizalo u Dubrovnik, Split, Zadar, Šibenik... Kad se tomu pridodaju kruzeri na mrtvom vezu i prorijeđene autobusne i željezničke linije iz dalekih destinacija, jasno je zašto dvije trećine smještajnih kapaciteta kad su privatni iznajmljivači u obalnim gradovima u pitanju, zjapi prazno.

I zato se vodi očajnička bitka za svakog turista, za svako noćenje. Velika konkurencija privatnim iznajmljivačima su hotelijeri i vlasnici kampova, koji ove sezone gostima nude više za manje novca. Posebno su pogodni obiteljski paket aranžmani.

- Goste jedino imaju oni koji su ozbiljno spustili cijene. Ako pristanete na to da vam noćenje stoji tridesetak eura, još nekako ćete i doći do gostiju, u protivnom se možete pozdraviti sa sezonom - kaže Daniel Radeta, predsjednik udruge koja okuplja zadarske privatne iznajmljivače i detektira glavni problem.

- Problem je u cijeni PCR testova na koronavirus. Primjerice, oni u Nizozemskoj stoje 100 eura, pa četveročlana obitelj mora za njih izdvojiti osamsto eura, četiristo na dolasku i četiristo na odlasku iz Hrvatske, što mnoge odbija od putovanja jer ruši kućni budžet predviđen za ljetovanje - kaže Radeta i apostrofira Grčku koja je riješila ovaj problem i tako nam postala ozbiljna konkurencija.

- Grci besplatno testiraju turiste na koronavirus. Tako su ih lišili troška i brige za zdravlje i pozvali ih da sigurno ljetuju u njihovoj zemlji. Zašto isto ne bi napravili i naši? - pita Radeta, i objašnjava gdje "nestaju" svi ti turisti koji se posljednjih tjedana gužvaju na graničnim prijelazima i na ulazu na autocestu Zagreb - Split u Lučkom.

- Riječ je o gostima koji odsjedaju u manjim mjestima, na turističkim rivijerama, a ne u gradovima. Oni na odmor, za razliku od turista koji posjećuju obalne gradove, stižu automobilima - veli Radeta.

Na djelu je i fenomen spuštanja cijena, koje su u prosjeku pale dvadesetak posto. No, gosti koji se interesiraju za smještaj, uporno traže dodatne popuste. Na trenutke iznajmljivači i posrednici u prodaji smještaja imaju osjećaj da se radi o avanturistima, a ne o turistima, jer su njihovi zahtjevi, malo je reći, suludi.

Traže, primjerice, da im se za par stotina eura ustupe luksuzne vile za odmor na mjesec dana, da ih se besplatno prevozi po Hrvatskoj ili pod istim uvjetima ustupi automobil ili brod, te da u studio apartmanu za dvoje, noći njih šestero! Gotovo da nema upita u kojem se ne inzistira na gratis noćenjima ili večerama i ručkovima dobrodošlice, a kad se takvi neumjereni zahtjevi odbiju, potencijalni gosti znaju biti prilično neugodni.

Interesantno je da je među njima veliki broj onih koji ranije nisu putovali, pa sada, u turistički kompleksnoj godini poput ove, žele nadoknaditi propušteno, ali isključivo po uvjetima koje oni diktiraju, nimalo ne hajući za drugu stranu. Na takvo što pristaju samo oni iznajmljivači kojima je za vratom kreditna omča pa se rukovode onom "daj što daš, samo da štogod uhvatim".

Gosti nam stižu, ali veliki su gradovi i dalje daleko od predpandemijskih brojki. Razlog? Nema dovoljno avionskih linija, a upravo se zrakoplovima, posebno onima niskotarifnih kompanija, najboljih turističkih godina stizalo u Dubrovnik, Split, Zadar, Šibenik... Kad se tomu pridodaju kruzeri na mrtvom vezu i prorijeđene autobusne i željezničke linije iz dalekih destinacija, jasno je zašto dvije trećine smještajnih kapaciteta kad su privatni iznajmljivači u obalnim gradovima u pitanju, zjapi prazno.

I zato se vodi očajnička bitka za svakog turista, za svako noćenje. Velika konkurencija privatnim iznajmljivačima su hotelijeri i vlasnici kampova, koji ove sezone gostima nude više za manje novca. Posebno su pogodni obiteljski paket aranžmani.

- Goste jedino imaju oni koji su ozbiljno spustili cijene. Ako pristanete na to da vam noćenje stoji tridesetak eura, još nekako ćete i doći do gostiju, u protivnom se možete pozdraviti sa sezonom - kaže Daniel Radeta, predsjednik udruge koja okuplja zadarske privatne iznajmljivače i detektira glavni problem.

- Problem je u cijeni PCR testova na koronavirus. Primjerice, oni u Nizozemskoj stoje 100 eura, pa četveročlana obitelj mora za njih izdvojiti osamsto eura, četiristo na dolasku i četiristo na odlasku iz Hrvatske, što mnoge odbija od putovanja jer ruši kućni budžet predviđen za ljetovanje - kaže Radeta i apostrofira Grčku koja je riješila ovaj problem i tako nam postala ozbiljna konkurencija.

- Grci besplatno testiraju turiste na koronavirus. Tako su ih lišili troška i brige za zdravlje i pozvali ih da sigurno ljetuju u njihovoj zemlji. Zašto isto ne bi napravili i naši? - pita Radeta, i objašnjava gdje "nestaju" svi ti turisti koji se posljednjih tjedana gužvaju na graničnim prijelazima i na ulazu na autocestu Zagreb - Split u Lučkom.

- Riječ je o gostima koji odsjedaju u manjim mjestima, na turističkim rivijerama, a ne u gradovima. Oni na odmor, za razliku od turista koji posjećuju obalne gradove, stižu automobilima - veli Radeta.

Na djelu je i fenomen spuštanja cijena, koje su u prosjeku pale dvadesetak posto. No, gosti koji se interesiraju za smještaj, uporno traže dodatne popuste. Na trenutke iznajmljivači i posrednici u prodaji smještaja imaju osjećaj da se radi o avanturistima, a ne o turistima, jer su njihovi zahtjevi, malo je reći, suludi.

Traže, primjerice, da im se za par stotina eura ustupe luksuzne vile za odmor na mjesec dana, da ih se besplatno prevozi po Hrvatskoj ili pod istim uvjetima ustupi automobil ili brod, te da u studio apartmanu za dvoje, noći njih šestero! Gotovo da nema upita u kojem se ne inzistira na gratis noćenjima ili večerama i ručkovima dobrodošlice, a kad se takvi neumjereni zahtjevi odbiju, potencijalni gosti znaju biti prilično neugodni.

Interesantno je da je među njima veliki broj onih koji ranije nisu putovali, pa sada, u turistički kompleksnoj godini poput ove, žele nadoknaditi propušteno, ali isključivo po uvjetima koje oni diktiraju, nimalo ne hajući za drugu stranu. Na takvo što pristaju samo oni iznajmljivači kojima je za vratom kreditna omča pa se rukovode onom "daj što daš, samo da štogod uhvatim".
