Ličko- senjska policija ispitala je Borisa Perića, supruga HDZ-ove saborske zastupnice u drugom mandatu i predsjednice saborskog odbora za financije Grozdane Perić zbog incidenta koji se prošle nedjelje dogodio u Baškim Oštarijama, na terasi istoimenog hostela.

Kako su nam u srijedu potvrdili u policiji, Perić je dobio prekršajnu prijavu iz članka 71. Zakona o nabavi i posjedovanju oružja građana, točnije, zbog pokazivanja oružja na javnom mjestu čime je uznemirio druge građane. Za ovaj prekršaj platit će novčanu kaznu od iznosu od tri do 15 tisuća kuna.

Za sada je to jedini epilog priče u kojoj je 36-godišnji A.B. iz Gospića optužio Perića kako je vidno alkoholiziran naciljao lovačku pušku u njega i njegovu trudnu suprugu samo zato što su ga zamolili da smiri svog psa.

- Kad smo završili s večerom i krenuli prema svom automobilu, vidio sam tog istog gospodina kako ide za mnom ubrzanim korakom. Moja supruga je već sjedila u autu. Zaustavio se na parkingu i sa zadnjeg sjedišta svog parkiranog auta izvadio karabin, repetirao ga i naciljao u nas! Bio sam uvjeren da će pucati. Supruga je od šoka sagnula glavu među noge da se zaštiti, ja sam uletio u auto i ful gasom doslovno pobjegao odande- ispričao nam je A.B. koji je odmah nakon događaja pozvao gospićku policiju, međutim, odgovoreno mu je kako “nema dovoljno patrola da dođu na mjesto događaja”.

Perić je ispitan tek nakon što smo od policije tražili odgovore na pitanja o ovom događaju, između ostalog i to zašto nisu odmah reagirali na prijavu prijetnje. Službeni odgovor bio je kako A.B. “nije rekao da mu je Perić prijetio” iako je prijavio da je u njega naciljao pušku. Taj dio trenutno je na državnom odvjetništvu koje će odlučiti hoće li Perić biti procesuiran i za prijetnju jer ga je A.B. naknadno prijavio i za to.

Perić nam je, pak, preko svoje supruge poručio kako je, kao savjestan lovac, prije puta kući, na parkingu izvadio pušku iz automobila da bi je očistio kako mu metak ne bi ostao u cijevi.

- On se tim ljudima uopće nije obratio, niti je s njima progovorio jednu riječ, kamoli da bi pušku u njih uperio ili im na bilo koji način naštetio. Nikakve zle namjere s njegove strane nije bilo, zato sam šokirana kako su ljudi to shvatili- kazala nam je Grozdana Perić dan nakon incidenta.

Ličko- senjska policija ispitala je Borisa Perića, supruga HDZ-ove saborske zastupnice u drugom mandatu i predsjednice saborskog odbora za financije Grozdane Perić zbog incidenta koji se prošle nedjelje dogodio u Baškim Oštarijama, na terasi istoimenog hostela.

Kako su nam u srijedu potvrdili u policiji, Perić je dobio prekršajnu prijavu iz članka 71. Zakona o nabavi i posjedovanju oružja građana, točnije, zbog pokazivanja oružja na javnom mjestu čime je uznemirio druge građane. Za ovaj prekršaj platit će novčanu kaznu od iznosu od tri do 15 tisuća kuna.

Za sada je to jedini epilog priče u kojoj je 36-godišnji A.B. iz Gospića optužio Perića kako je vidno alkoholiziran naciljao lovačku pušku u njega i njegovu trudnu suprugu samo zato što su ga zamolili da smiri svog psa.

- Kad smo završili s večerom i krenuli prema svom automobilu, vidio sam tog istog gospodina kako ide za mnom ubrzanim korakom. Moja supruga je već sjedila u autu. Zaustavio se na parkingu i sa zadnjeg sjedišta svog parkiranog auta izvadio karabin, repetirao ga i naciljao u nas! Bio sam uvjeren da će pucati. Supruga je od šoka sagnula glavu među noge da se zaštiti, ja sam uletio u auto i ful gasom doslovno pobjegao odande- ispričao nam je A.B. koji je odmah nakon događaja pozvao gospićku policiju, međutim, odgovoreno mu je kako “nema dovoljno patrola da dođu na mjesto događaja”.

Perić je ispitan tek nakon što smo od policije tražili odgovore na pitanja o ovom događaju, između ostalog i to zašto nisu odmah reagirali na prijavu prijetnje. Službeni odgovor bio je kako A.B. “nije rekao da mu je Perić prijetio” iako je prijavio da je u njega naciljao pušku. Taj dio trenutno je na državnom odvjetništvu koje će odlučiti hoće li Perić biti procesuiran i za prijetnju jer ga je A.B. naknadno prijavio i za to.

Perić nam je, pak, preko svoje supruge poručio kako je, kao savjestan lovac, prije puta kući, na parkingu izvadio pušku iz automobila da bi je očistio kako mu metak ne bi ostao u cijevi.

- On se tim ljudima uopće nije obratio, niti je s njima progovorio jednu riječ, kamoli da bi pušku u njih uperio ili im na bilo koji način naštetio. Nikakve zle namjere s njegove strane nije bilo, zato sam šokirana kako su ljudi to shvatili- kazala nam je Grozdana Perić dan nakon incidenta.

Epilog slučaja Baške Oštarije: suprug saborske zastupnice Grozdane Perić zaradio novčanu kaznu zbog javnog pokazivanja oružja i uznemiravanja građana

Ličko- senjska policija ispitala je Borisa Perića, supruga HDZ-ove saborske zastupnice u drugom mandatu i predsjednice saborskog odbora za financije Grozdane Perić zbog incidenta koji se prošle nedjelje dogodio u Baškim Oštarijama, na terasi istoimenog hostela.

Kako su nam u srijedu potvrdili u policiji, Perić je dobio prekršajnu prijavu iz članka 71. Zakona o nabavi i posjedovanju oružja građana, točnije, zbog pokazivanja oružja na javnom mjestu čime je uznemirio druge građane. Za ovaj prekršaj platit će novčanu kaznu od iznosu od tri do 15 tisuća kuna.

Za sada je to jedini epilog priče u kojoj je 36-godišnji A.B. iz Gospića optužio Perića kako je vidno alkoholiziran naciljao lovačku pušku u njega i njegovu trudnu suprugu samo zato što su ga zamolili da smiri svog psa.

- Kad smo završili s večerom i krenuli prema svom automobilu, vidio sam tog istog gospodina kako ide za mnom ubrzanim korakom. Moja supruga je već sjedila u autu. Zaustavio se na parkingu i sa zadnjeg sjedišta svog parkiranog auta izvadio karabin, repetirao ga i naciljao u nas! Bio sam uvjeren da će pucati. Supruga je od šoka sagnula glavu među noge da se zaštiti, ja sam uletio u auto i ful gasom doslovno pobjegao odande- ispričao nam je A.B. koji je odmah nakon događaja pozvao gospićku policiju, međutim, odgovoreno mu je kako “nema dovoljno patrola da dođu na mjesto događaja”.

Perić je ispitan tek nakon što smo od policije tražili odgovore na pitanja o ovom događaju, između ostalog i to zašto nisu odmah reagirali na prijavu prijetnje. Službeni odgovor bio je kako A.B. “nije rekao da mu je Perić prijetio” iako je prijavio da je u njega naciljao pušku. Taj dio trenutno je na državnom odvjetništvu koje će odlučiti hoće li Perić biti procesuiran i za prijetnju jer ga je A.B. naknadno prijavio i za to.

Perić nam je, pak, preko svoje supruge poručio kako je, kao savjestan lovac, prije puta kući, na parkingu izvadio pušku iz automobila da bi je očistio kako mu metak ne bi ostao u cijevi.

- On se tim ljudima uopće nije obratio, niti je s njima progovorio jednu riječ, kamoli da bi pušku u njih uperio ili im na bilo koji način naštetio. Nikakve zle namjere s njegove strane nije bilo, zato sam šokirana kako su ljudi to shvatili- kazala nam je Grozdana Perić dan nakon incidenta.
