Raščinjeni jeromonah (37), kojemu grčki portali ne donose ime, u srijedu je kobaltovim sulfatom, koji nazivaju i crvenim vitriolom, nabavljenim preko Interneta, polio po licu i rukama sedmoricu mitropolita Grčke pravoslavne crkve, netom su mu odbili priziv na presudu kojom je raščinjen, to jest lišen kleričkih činova i sveden u laički status, piše Jutarnji list. 

Trojica mitropolita (crkvenih dužnosnika u rangu katoličkih nadbiskupa) zadržana su na bolničkom liječenju, a četvorica su otpuštena u svoje rezidencije u svrhu kućne njege.

Obje presude, u prvome i u drugom stupnju, donesene su jer je taj jeromonah (kaluđer sa svećeničkim činom) 2018 uhvaćen u posjedu 1,8 grama kokaina, koji je skrivao ispod mantije, "u predjelu genitalija", citiraju portali grčkih listova Ta Néa i Dīmokratía. Osuđen je i u civilnome sudskom procesu, gdje mu nije pomogla tvrdnja da je drogu posjedovao samo za osobnu uporabu".

Neuravnotežen?

Napadnuti mitropoliti - čija su sijela Kīfisiá, Glyfáda, Edirne (Jedrene, Drinopolje), Árta, Kassandreía, Zakýnthos, odnosno Īgoumenítsa - sudili su atentatoru kao drugostupanjski crkveni sud.

Napadač je bio zajedno s njima, u zgradi Svetoga arhijerejskog sinoda Grčke pravoslavne crkve, u sklopu kompleksa Manastira svetih bestjelesnih taksiarha (taj se naziv koristi za arhanđele Mihovila i Gabrijela, a u suvremenome grčkome za brigadne generale), zvanoga i Petrákīs.

Atentator je očekivao da će njegova žalba biti odbačena. Pod mantijom je ponio razornu kiselinu kao kaznu za suce.

Kako kaže njegov bivši odvjetnik Geṓrgios Tzīkas, koji je također lakše ozlijeđen s još dvojicom civila, raščinjeni jeromonah je dvaput mirno pitao mitropolite u sudskom vijeću je li ih podgovorio mitropolit Vérije. Na njihov drugi uzastopan negativan odgovor izvadio je ispod mantije dvije boce i počeo zalijevati.

"Preplavio me bijes. Imao sam dokaze da nisam kriv. Toliko se stvari događa, a opet su me kaznili", navodno je rekao policiji kad ga je onemogućila.

Opća osuda

Kako piše Dīmokratía, na Facebooku je pisao: "neću govoriti riječima, nego djelima" i: "sva će Crkva biti potresena". Isti portal prenosi riječi njegova odvjetnika A. Theodōrópoulosa da je bivši jeromonah pokušao samoubojstvo prije mjesec i pô dana.

"Ne čini mi se da je razumio svoj čin", kaže Theodōrópoulos, očito sugerirajući da mu klijent nije pri zdravoj pameti.

Atentat vitriolom na mitropolite izazvao je zaprepaštenje i opću osudu u Grčkoj. Pridružila joj se i Katerína Sakellaropoúlou, predsjednica Grčke Republike, a predsjednik vlade Kyriákos Mītsotákīs izrazio je žaljenje i sućut izravno Ierṓnymosu II, arhiepiskopu atenskome i poglavaru autokefalne Grčke pravoslavne crkve.

Raščinjeni jeromonah (37), kojemu grčki portali ne donose ime, u srijedu je kobaltovim sulfatom, koji nazivaju i crvenim vitriolom, nabavljenim preko Interneta, polio po licu i rukama sedmoricu mitropolita Grčke pravoslavne crkve, netom su mu odbili priziv na presudu kojom je raščinjen, to jest lišen kleričkih činova i sveden u laički status, piše Jutarnji list. 

Trojica mitropolita (crkvenih dužnosnika u rangu katoličkih nadbiskupa) zadržana su na bolničkom liječenju, a četvorica su otpuštena u svoje rezidencije u svrhu kućne njege.

Obje presude, u prvome i u drugom stupnju, donesene su jer je taj jeromonah (kaluđer sa svećeničkim činom) 2018 uhvaćen u posjedu 1,8 grama kokaina, koji je skrivao ispod mantije, "u predjelu genitalija", citiraju portali grčkih listova Ta Néa i Dīmokratía. Osuđen je i u civilnome sudskom procesu, gdje mu nije pomogla tvrdnja da je drogu posjedovao samo za osobnu uporabu".

Neuravnotežen?

Napadnuti mitropoliti - čija su sijela Kīfisiá, Glyfáda, Edirne (Jedrene, Drinopolje), Árta, Kassandreía, Zakýnthos, odnosno Īgoumenítsa - sudili su atentatoru kao drugostupanjski crkveni sud.

Napadač je bio zajedno s njima, u zgradi Svetoga arhijerejskog sinoda Grčke pravoslavne crkve, u sklopu kompleksa Manastira svetih bestjelesnih taksiarha (taj se naziv koristi za arhanđele Mihovila i Gabrijela, a u suvremenome grčkome za brigadne generale), zvanoga i Petrákīs.

Atentator je očekivao da će njegova žalba biti odbačena. Pod mantijom je ponio razornu kiselinu kao kaznu za suce.

Kako kaže njegov bivši odvjetnik Geṓrgios Tzīkas, koji je također lakše ozlijeđen s još dvojicom civila, raščinjeni jeromonah je dvaput mirno pitao mitropolite u sudskom vijeću je li ih podgovorio mitropolit Vérije. Na njihov drugi uzastopan negativan odgovor izvadio je ispod mantije dvije boce i počeo zalijevati.

"Preplavio me bijes. Imao sam dokaze da nisam kriv. Toliko se stvari događa, a opet su me kaznili", navodno je rekao policiji kad ga je onemogućila.

Opća osuda

Kako piše Dīmokratía, na Facebooku je pisao: "neću govoriti riječima, nego djelima" i: "sva će Crkva biti potresena". Isti portal prenosi riječi njegova odvjetnika A. Theodōrópoulosa da je bivši jeromonah pokušao samoubojstvo prije mjesec i pô dana.

"Ne čini mi se da je razumio svoj čin", kaže Theodōrópoulos, očito sugerirajući da mu klijent nije pri zdravoj pameti.

Atentat vitriolom na mitropolite izazvao je zaprepaštenje i opću osudu u Grčkoj. Pridružila joj se i Katerína Sakellaropoúlou, predsjednica Grčke Republike, a predsjednik vlade Kyriákos Mītsotákīs izrazio je žaljenje i sućut izravno Ierṓnymosu II, arhiepiskopu atenskome i poglavaru autokefalne Grčke pravoslavne crkve.

Svećenik šokirao grčku javnost, kiselinom zalio sedmoricu mitropolita: crkveni sud brzo odlučio o njegovoj sudbini

Raščinjeni jeromonah (37), kojemu grčki portali ne donose ime, u srijedu je kobaltovim sulfatom, koji nazivaju i crvenim vitriolom, nabavljenim preko Interneta, polio po licu i rukama sedmoricu mitropolita Grčke pravoslavne crkve, netom su mu odbili priziv na presudu kojom je raščinjen, to jest lišen kleričkih činova i sveden u laički status, piše Jutarnji list. 

Trojica mitropolita (crkvenih dužnosnika u rangu katoličkih nadbiskupa) zadržana su na bolničkom liječenju, a četvorica su otpuštena u svoje rezidencije u svrhu kućne njege.

Obje presude, u prvome i u drugom stupnju, donesene su jer je taj jeromonah (kaluđer sa svećeničkim činom) 2018 uhvaćen u posjedu 1,8 grama kokaina, koji je skrivao ispod mantije, "u predjelu genitalija", citiraju portali grčkih listova Ta...
