Prijedlog zakona kojim bi se titula Vladimira Putina preimenovala iz predsjednika u vladara Ruske Federacije ('Pravitela') upućena je ruskome parlamentu, državnoj Dumi – objavila je ruska agencija RIA Novosti.

Formalni podnositelj zakona je ruska ultranacionalistička Liberalno-demokratska stranka, čiji je osnivač bio Vladimir Žirinovski, aktivni sudionik u srpskoj opsadi Sarajeva. Žirinovski je umro u travnju ove godine, no nije i njegov duh 'Putinova Šešelja' koji kroz stranku radi isključivo ono što gazda ne želi sam.

U prijedlogu zakona se otvoreno tvrdi da titula 'predsjednika' sramoti Rusiju jer je porijeklom – američka. Pojašnjavaju da je termin predsjednik u smislu šefa državne izvršne vlasti po prvi put upotrijebljen u Sjedinjenim Američkim Državama krajem 18. stoljeća, odakle se kasnije proširio po cijelom svijetu.

„Po ruskim povijesnim mjerilima to je još uvijek generalno nova riječ i dok se potpuno ne ukorijeni može se sigurno i bez većih problema zamijeniti boljom i adekvatnijom“, uvjereni su sljedbenici pokojnog Žirinovskog u Liberalno demokratskoj stranci.

O ovom odsudnom pitanju u trenutku dok od Putinovih granata u Ukrajini svakodnevno umire više desetaka nevinih ljudi donji dom ruskog parlamenta raspravljati će već danas, i vjerojatno usvojiti promjenu titule šefa rata. Zanimljivo je da će Putin time otvoriti jasnu analogiju s pokojnim dr. Franjom Tuđmanom, kojemu se u jednom trenutku opsesivnosti svojom povijesnom ulogom riječ 'predsjednik' također učinila previše otrcanom i banalnom, pa je poželio preimenovati u titulu 'Vrhovnik'.

Ruska promjena naziva šefa države dolazi na vrhuncu moskovske histerije protiv Zapada i svih zapadnjačkih utjecaja. Na djelu je prava lavina ruskih pokušaja da u zemlji zamijene zapadnjačke nazive i riječi, brendove, kao i proizvode kojih uglavnom nema nakon uvedenih im sankcija. I u ratom zahvaćenoj Hrvatskoj je svojedobno bilo na djelu slično silovanje jezika, kao demonstracijski otklon od srpskih jezičnih i drugih utjecaja, pa smo svjedočili i pokušajima vraćanja korijenskoga pravopisa. No, u Rusiji koja je despotskim hirom svog vođe prva mučki napala i potpuno razorila susjednu zemlju, poubijala desetke tisuća ljudi te milijune poslala u progonstvo, taj trend djeluje još karikaturalnije.

Putinovi režimski jezikoslovci već po medijima naveliko tumače kako je titula 'Pravitel' (Vladar) puno imanentnija Rusiji jer ima slavenske korijene, a i da bolje pristaje Putinovoj historijskoj ulozi. Ističu kako je po svom sadržaju najbliža pojmu 'cara', čime se Putina otvoreno uspoređuje s dinastijom Romanov. 

Do Mihaila Gorbačova, kojega se Rusi mahom srame, nijedan ruski državnik nije imao naziv predsjednika, obrazlažu Putinovi batleri unikatnost svojega lidera. Vođe SSSR-a su svojedobno bili titulirani kao ‘generalni sekretari‘ ili 'predsjednici predsjedništva', dok današnjoj feudalnoj Rusiji s Putinom i njegovim basnoslovno bogatim oligarsima, te milijunskim topovskim mesom za njegove imperijalne ratove, navodno puno bolje pristaje naziv 'vladar'. 

Čaplinovska titula 'Velikog Diktatora' bi mu pristajala gotovo idealno, pogotovo u kontekstu činjenice da 'vladar' sve teže vlada situacijom i u zemlji i na ukrajinskome frontu.

Prijedlog zakona kojim bi se titula Vladimira Putina preimenovala iz predsjednika u vladara Ruske Federacije ('Pravitela') upućena je ruskome parlamentu, državnoj Dumi – objavila je ruska agencija RIA Novosti.

Formalni podnositelj zakona je ruska ultranacionalistička Liberalno-demokratska stranka, čiji je osnivač bio Vladimir Žirinovski, aktivni sudionik u srpskoj opsadi Sarajeva. Žirinovski je umro u travnju ove godine, no nije i njegov duh 'Putinova Šešelja' koji kroz stranku radi isključivo ono što gazda ne želi sam.

U prijedlogu zakona se otvoreno tvrdi da titula 'predsjednika' sramoti Rusiju jer je porijeklom – američka. Pojašnjavaju da je termin predsjednik u smislu šefa državne izvršne vlasti po prvi put upotrijebljen u Sjedinjenim Američkim Državama krajem 18. stoljeća, odakle se kasnije proširio po cijelom svijetu.

„Po ruskim povijesnim mjerilima to je još uvijek generalno nova riječ i dok se potpuno ne ukorijeni može se sigurno i bez većih problema zamijeniti boljom i adekvatnijom“, uvjereni su sljedbenici pokojnog Žirinovskog u Liberalno demokratskoj stranci.

O ovom odsudnom pitanju u trenutku dok od Putinovih granata u Ukrajini svakodnevno umire više desetaka nevinih ljudi donji dom ruskog parlamenta raspravljati će već danas, i vjerojatno usvojiti promjenu titule šefa rata. Zanimljivo je da će Putin time otvoriti jasnu analogiju s pokojnim dr. Franjom Tuđmanom, kojemu se u jednom trenutku opsesivnosti svojom povijesnom ulogom riječ 'predsjednik' također učinila previše otrcanom i banalnom, pa je poželio preimenovati u titulu 'Vrhovnik'.

Ruska promjena naziva šefa države dolazi na vrhuncu moskovske histerije protiv Zapada i svih zapadnjačkih utjecaja. Na djelu je prava lavina ruskih pokušaja da u zemlji zamijene zapadnjačke nazive i riječi, brendove, kao i proizvode kojih uglavnom nema nakon uvedenih im sankcija. I u ratom zahvaćenoj Hrvatskoj je svojedobno bilo na djelu slično silovanje jezika, kao demonstracijski otklon od srpskih jezičnih i drugih utjecaja, pa smo svjedočili i pokušajima vraćanja korijenskoga pravopisa. No, u Rusiji koja je despotskim hirom svog vođe prva mučki napala i potpuno razorila susjednu zemlju, poubijala desetke tisuća ljudi te milijune poslala u progonstvo, taj trend djeluje još karikaturalnije.

Putinovi režimski jezikoslovci već po medijima naveliko tumače kako je titula 'Pravitel' (Vladar) puno imanentnija Rusiji jer ima slavenske korijene, a i da bolje pristaje Putinovoj historijskoj ulozi. Ističu kako je po svom sadržaju najbliža pojmu 'cara', čime se Putina otvoreno uspoređuje s dinastijom Romanov. 

Do Mihaila Gorbačova, kojega se Rusi mahom srame, nijedan ruski državnik nije imao naziv predsjednika, obrazlažu Putinovi batleri unikatnost svojega lidera. Vođe SSSR-a su svojedobno bili titulirani kao ‘generalni sekretari‘ ili 'predsjednici predsjedništva', dok današnjoj feudalnoj Rusiji s Putinom i njegovim basnoslovno bogatim oligarsima, te milijunskim topovskim mesom za njegove imperijalne ratove, navodno puno bolje pristaje naziv 'vladar'. 

Čaplinovska titula 'Velikog Diktatora' bi mu pristajala gotovo idealno, pogotovo u kontekstu činjenice da 'vladar' sve teže vlada situacijom i u zemlji i na ukrajinskome frontu.
