Osvješteniji kupci hrane radije kupuju organske proizvode pod etiketom bio jer se smatra da su oni organski uzgojeni pa tako i zdraviji.

Budući da su ti proizvodi skuplji, kupuju ih kupci koji si to mogu priuštiti. Ali moglo bi se dogoditi da u njihovim hranjivim svojstvima može uživati širi krug potrošača.

Takav je trend na njemačkome tržištu. Organsko mlijeko, organski maslac ili organska mozzarella u maloprodaji se sada prodaju jeftinije od konvencionalnih proizvoda.

Mnogi Nijemci štede na organskoj prehrani zbog visokih cijena i inflacije. Organske trgovine prodale su znatno manje proizvoda u prva tri mjeseca ove godine, u siječnju za gotovo deset posto, a u ožujku za više od 18 posto. Sličan je trend i u veleprodaji, pišu njemački mediji, prenosi Fenix-magazin.

Njemačka Udruga proizvođača organske hrane upozorava da je sada upitan vladin plan povećanja udjela organskih proizvoda sa sadašnjih 10 posto na 30 posto do 2030. godine.

Iz udruge su pokušali dokučiti što je razlog pada njihove prodaje, koja je u pandemiji rasla, a sada pada. Zaključeno je da, pod dojmom inflacije, rastućih troškova i rata u Ukrajini, potrošači trenutno više pažnje obraćaju na cijene.

Iz njemačke Udruge proizvođača organske hrane pozivaju Vladu na ukidanje PDV-a za organsku hranu, voće i povrće, kao i na niži porez na mliječne i mesne prerađevine.

Međutim, tvrtka za istraživanje tržišta GfK tvrdi da je pad prodaje u ekološkom sektoru bio manji nego u prodaji robe široke potrošnje. Iz GfK-a potvrđuju da je pad organskih proizvoda 11 posto, dok porast prodaje robnih marki iznosi devet posto, piše Fenix-magazin.

Potvrda je to da kriza mijenja potrošačke navike. Neki ih ne kupuju zato što naprosto nemaju novca za njih, dok drugi razmišljaju dugoročno. Znajući da kriza ne traje jedan tjedan niti mjesec, čuvaju svaki euro znajući da će onaj ušteđen na organskoj prehrani dobro doći za plaćanje energenata.

Osvješteniji kupci hrane radije kupuju organske proizvode pod etiketom bio jer se smatra da su oni organski uzgojeni pa tako i zdraviji.

Budući da su ti proizvodi skuplji, kupuju ih kupci koji si to mogu priuštiti. Ali moglo bi se dogoditi da u njihovim hranjivim svojstvima može uživati širi krug potrošača.

Takav je trend na njemačkome tržištu. Organsko mlijeko, organski maslac ili organska mozzarella u maloprodaji se sada prodaju jeftinije od konvencionalnih proizvoda.

Mnogi Nijemci štede na organskoj prehrani zbog visokih cijena i inflacije. Organske trgovine prodale su znatno manje proizvoda u prva tri mjeseca ove godine, u siječnju za gotovo deset posto, a u ožujku za više od 18 posto. Sličan je trend i u veleprodaji, pišu njemački mediji, prenosi Fenix-magazin.

Njemačka Udruga proizvođača organske hrane upozorava da je sada upitan vladin plan povećanja udjela organskih proizvoda sa sadašnjih 10 posto na 30 posto do 2030. godine.

Iz udruge su pokušali dokučiti što je razlog pada njihove prodaje, koja je u pandemiji rasla, a sada pada. Zaključeno je da, pod dojmom inflacije, rastućih troškova i rata u Ukrajini, potrošači trenutno više pažnje obraćaju na cijene.

Iz njemačke Udruge proizvođača organske hrane pozivaju Vladu na ukidanje PDV-a za organsku hranu, voće i povrće, kao i na niži porez na mliječne i mesne prerađevine.

Međutim, tvrtka za istraživanje tržišta GfK tvrdi da je pad prodaje u ekološkom sektoru bio manji nego u prodaji robe široke potrošnje. Iz GfK-a potvrđuju da je pad organskih proizvoda 11 posto, dok porast prodaje robnih marki iznosi devet posto, piše Fenix-magazin.

Potvrda je to da kriza mijenja potrošačke navike. Neki ih ne kupuju zato što naprosto nemaju novca za njih, dok drugi razmišljaju dugoročno. Znajući da kriza ne traje jedan tjedan niti mjesec, čuvaju svaki euro znajući da će onaj ušteđen na organskoj prehrani dobro doći za plaćanje energenata.
