Dječak nad kojim su, sudskom odlukom, skrbništvo preuzeli liječnici nakon što su se njegovi roditelji antivakseri usprotivili tome da dijete tijekom nužne operacije primi krv cijepljenih osoba, uspješno je operiran, potvrdili su odvjetnici njegovih roditelja, piše Guardian.

Vijest je potvrdila odvjetnica Sue Grey u petak popodne te kazala kako je dječak, nazvan samo ‘baby W‘ imao operaciju na srcu koja je prošla dobro te da se dijete uspješno oporavlja.

U srijedu je Visoki sud Novog Zelanda donio odluku o dodjeli skrbništva nad djetetom zdravstvenim vlastima kako bi se u bolnici u Aucklandu mogla obaviti operacija srca, prenosi Jutarnji.

Dječak star šest mjeseci zbog urođene srčane mane ne bi preživio bez operacije. Njegovu su se roditelji opirali operaciji osim ako u slučaju da im se zagarantira da će dijete tijekom operacije primiti samo krv necijepljenih osoba.

Odlukom Visokog suda skrbništvo je predano u ruke dječakovog kardiokirurga i operacija se mogla obaviti. Skrbništvo će trajati sve dok se dijete ne oporavi od operacije, odnosno otprilike do mjeseca siječnja 2023. godine. Roditelji su zadržali skrbništvo i pravo odlučivanja u svim drugim pitanjima.

U četvrtak ujutro su roditelji preko odvjetnice poručili da se neće žaliti na odluku o dodjeli skrbništva, već da će umjesto toga ‘provesti sa svojim djetetom mirno vrijeme prije operacije i podržavati ga tijekom zahvata‘.

No kasnije toga dana, sudac Ian Gaoult naložio je roditeljima da puste liječnike da obave pripreme za operaciju, nakon što su zdravstveni djelatnici rekli da ih roditelji ometaju u obavljanju krvnih testova, rendgenskog snimanja i priprema za anesteziju.

Gault je istaknuo da sama operacija nikad nije došla u pitanje, no da se roditelji ‘očito protive predoperativnim procedurama i testovima‘ te da zbog toga mora izdati novu uredbu kako bi se pripreme za operaciju mogle nastaviti.

Ovaj slučaj predstavlja presedan i očekuje se da će imati široke posljedice, privući globalnu pozornost i postati središnje točka prosvjeda protivnika cijepljenja. U petak ujutro nekoliko desetaka prosvjednika protiv cijepljenja i pristaša roditelja okupilo se ispred bolnice.

Dječak nad kojim su, sudskom odlukom, skrbništvo preuzeli liječnici nakon što su se njegovi roditelji antivakseri usprotivili tome da dijete tijekom nužne operacije primi krv cijepljenih osoba, uspješno je operiran, potvrdili su odvjetnici njegovih roditelja, piše Guardian.

Vijest je potvrdila odvjetnica Sue Grey u petak popodne te kazala kako je dječak, nazvan samo ‘baby W‘ imao operaciju na srcu koja je prošla dobro te da se dijete uspješno oporavlja.

U srijedu je Visoki sud Novog Zelanda donio odluku o dodjeli skrbništva nad djetetom zdravstvenim vlastima kako bi se u bolnici u Aucklandu mogla obaviti operacija srca, prenosi Jutarnji.

Dječak star šest mjeseci zbog urođene srčane mane ne bi preživio bez operacije. Njegovu su se roditelji opirali operaciji osim ako u slučaju da im se zagarantira da će dijete tijekom operacije primiti samo krv necijepljenih osoba.

Odlukom Visokog suda skrbništvo je predano u ruke dječakovog kardiokirurga i operacija se mogla obaviti. Skrbništvo će trajati sve dok se dijete ne oporavi od operacije, odnosno otprilike do mjeseca siječnja 2023. godine. Roditelji su zadržali skrbništvo i pravo odlučivanja u svim drugim pitanjima.

U četvrtak ujutro su roditelji preko odvjetnice poručili da se neće žaliti na odluku o dodjeli skrbništva, već da će umjesto toga ‘provesti sa svojim djetetom mirno vrijeme prije operacije i podržavati ga tijekom zahvata‘.

No kasnije toga dana, sudac Ian Gaoult naložio je roditeljima da puste liječnike da obave pripreme za operaciju, nakon što su zdravstveni djelatnici rekli da ih roditelji ometaju u obavljanju krvnih testova, rendgenskog snimanja i priprema za anesteziju.

Gault je istaknuo da sama operacija nikad nije došla u pitanje, no da se roditelji ‘očito protive predoperativnim procedurama i testovima‘ te da zbog toga mora izdati novu uredbu kako bi se pripreme za operaciju mogle nastaviti.

Dječak nad kojim su, sudskom odlukom, skrbništvo preuzeli liječnici nakon što su se njegovi roditelji antivakseri usprotivili tome da dijete tijekom nužne operacije primi krv cijepljenih osoba, uspješno je operiran, potvrdili su odvjetnici njegovih roditelja, piše Guardian.

Vijest je potvrdila odvjetnica Sue Grey u petak popodne te kazala kako je dječak, nazvan samo ‘baby W‘ imao operaciju na srcu koja je prošla dobro te da se dijete uspješno oporavlja.

U srijedu je Visoki sud Novog Zelanda donio odluku o dodjeli skrbništva nad djetetom zdravstvenim vlastima kako bi se u bolnici u Aucklandu mogla obaviti operacija srca, prenosi Jutarnji.
