Mala zajednica u talijanskoj Apuliji nastoji spriječiti iseljavanje ljudi i svima koji se žele doseliti u gradić Presicce u jugoistočnoj Italiji nudi bonus u iznosu od 30.000 eura, piše Fenix magazin.

Kako piše na internetskim stranicama grada, provedba plana bi trebala započeti za samo nekoliko tjedana. Kako bi nagovorio stanovnike da ostanu, grad od 5.000 stanovnika je već pokrenuo programe poput poreznih olakšica za tvrtke i bonusa za obitelji.

– Šteta je vidjeti kako naše stare četvrti pune povijesti, prekrasne arhitekture i umjetnosti polako odumiru, rekao je gradski vijećnik Alfredo Palese u intervjuu za “CNN Travel”.

Kako bi ostvarili pravo na bonus, pridošlice se moraju službeno prijaviti u općini. S druge strane, moraju kupiti jednu od kuća ili stanova u povijesnom dijelu grada. Većina tih nekretnina izgrađena je prije 1991. godine, a mnoge su sada prazne. Palese kaže kako se cijene kuća kreću od 500 eura po četvornom metru. Oko 25.000 eura trebalo bi biti dovoljno za stan od 50 četvornih metara koji treba popraviti.

– Ukupan iznos bonusa bit će podijeljen na dva dijela: jedan će ići za kupnju stana, a drugi za njegovo preuređenje ako bude potrebno, kaže Palese.

Uglavnom su mladi ljudi ti koji napuštaju ruralno područje i sele se u veći grad zbog svoje profesionalne budućnosti, a gradske vlasti nastoje učiniti sve kako bi ih od toga odgovorili, piše Fenix magazin.

Mala zajednica u talijanskoj Apuliji nastoji spriječiti iseljavanje ljudi i svima koji se žele doseliti u gradić Presicce u jugoistočnoj Italiji nudi bonus u iznosu od 30.000 eura, piše Fenix magazin.

Kako piše na internetskim stranicama grada, provedba plana bi trebala započeti za samo nekoliko tjedana. Kako bi nagovorio stanovnike da ostanu, grad od 5.000 stanovnika je već pokrenuo programe poput poreznih olakšica za tvrtke i bonusa za obitelji.

– Šteta je vidjeti kako naše stare četvrti pune povijesti, prekrasne arhitekture i umjetnosti polako odumiru, rekao je gradski vijećnik Alfredo Palese u intervjuu za “CNN Travel”.

Kako bi ostvarili pravo na bonus, pridošlice se moraju službeno prijaviti u općini. S druge strane, moraju kupiti jednu od kuća ili stanova u povijesnom dijelu grada. Većina tih nekretnina izgrađena je prije 1991. godine, a mnoge su sada prazne. Palese kaže kako se cijene kuća kreću od 500 eura po četvornom metru. Oko 25.000 eura trebalo bi biti dovoljno za stan od 50 četvornih metara koji treba popraviti.

– Ukupan iznos bonusa bit će podijeljen na dva dijela: jedan će ići za kupnju stana, a drugi za njegovo preuređenje ako bude potrebno, kaže Palese.

Uglavnom su mladi ljudi ti koji napuštaju ruralno područje i sele se u veći grad zbog svoje profesionalne budućnosti, a gradske vlasti nastoje učiniti sve kako bi ih od toga odgovorili, piše Fenix magazin.
