Odluka Hrvatske prema kojoj će pet graničnih prijelaza s BiH biti neupotrebljivo za kamione čija nosivost prelazi 7,5 tona izazvala je lavinu oštrih reakcija u BiH, a, očekivano, najglasniji su prijevoznici, koji promišljaju o svojim sljedećim koracima, pa su na stolu, između ostalog, i blokade prometnica i granica, piše Dnevni Avaz.

Avaz piše kako je Hrvatska 20. svibnja donijela spornu odluku o prekategorizaciji svojih cesta, tako da graničnim prijelazima Ivanica - Gornji Brgat, Velika Kladuša - Maljevac, Brčko - Gunja, Strmica - Strmica i Osoje - Vinjani Gornji neće biti dozvoljen tranzitni promet većim teretnjacima, a ta odluka stupa na snagu osam dana nakon donošenja. 

Predsjednik Udruženja prijevoznika za međunarodni i unutrašnji transport RS, Nikola Grbić, rekao je da je za danas planiran sastanak prijevoznika.

- Organizirali smo sastanak i najavljujemo blokade, štrajkove, do konačnog rješenja. U pitanju su blokade graničnih prijelaza, carinskih terminala, puteva, dok se ne riješi problem - ističe Grbić za "Nezavisne novine".

Prema njegovim riječima, ovo je odluka koja je prijevoznike bacila na koljena, jer slijede ogromni gubici.

- Šteta je velika uslijed kilometraže koju moramo praviti zbog obilaska. Provodimo osam sati na graničnom prijelazu, iskucavamo sate vožnje, prelazimo u Hrvatsku i zaustavlja nas policija i kažnjava zbog prekoračenja sati vožnje. To je masovna pojava. Stanje je kaotično - rekao je Grbić.

Vojin Mitrović, ministar prometa i komunikacija BiH, očekuje da će problem biti riješen kada je u pitanju granični prijelaz u Velikoj Kladuši. Razgovarao je, kaže, s Olegom Butkovićem, hrvatskim resornim ministrom koji je izrazio spremnost da se ovaj problem riješi.

- Praktično, ovaj dio BiH ostaje slijepo crijevo i ekonomski prosperitet tog dijela dovodi se u pitanje ako to ostane na snazi - rekao je Mitrović.

Dodao je da će danas na sjednici Vijeća ministara BiH imati ovo pitanje na dnevnom redu. Istaknuo je da su poduzeli određene aktivnosti, prije svega putem Transportne zajednice, a onda putem Europske komisije, da ukažu na ovaj problem koji je izuzetno bitan, prije svega za područje USK, jer je situacija da praktično tranzit robe koji ide preko Hrvatske ne može ići preko Velike Kladuše, nego se usmjerava na Izačić i na Bosansku Gradišku, prenosi Dnevni Avaz.

Odluka Hrvatske prema kojoj će pet graničnih prijelaza s BiH biti neupotrebljivo za kamione čija nosivost prelazi 7,5 tona izazvala je lavinu oštrih reakcija u BiH, a, očekivano, najglasniji su prijevoznici, koji promišljaju o svojim sljedećim koracima, pa su na stolu, između ostalog, i blokade prometnica i granica, piše Dnevni Avaz.

Avaz piše kako je Hrvatska 20. svibnja donijela spornu odluku o prekategorizaciji svojih cesta, tako da graničnim prijelazima Ivanica - Gornji Brgat, Velika Kladuša - Maljevac, Brčko - Gunja, Strmica - Strmica i Osoje - Vinjani Gornji neće biti dozvoljen tranzitni promet većim teretnjacima, a ta odluka stupa na snagu osam dana nakon donošenja. 

Predsjednik Udruženja prijevoznika za međunarodni i unutrašnji transport RS, Nikola Grbić, rekao je da je za danas planiran sastanak prijevoznika.

- Organizirali smo sastanak i najavljujemo blokade, štrajkove, do konačnog rješenja. U pitanju su blokade graničnih prijelaza, carinskih terminala, puteva, dok se ne riješi problem - ističe Grbić za "Nezavisne novine".

Prema njegovim riječima, ovo je odluka koja je prijevoznike bacila na koljena, jer slijede ogromni gubici.

- Šteta je velika uslijed kilometraže koju moramo praviti zbog obilaska. Provodimo osam sati na graničnom prijelazu, iskucavamo sate vožnje, prelazimo u Hrvatsku i zaustavlja nas policija i kažnjava zbog prekoračenja sati vožnje. To je masovna pojava. Stanje je kaotično - rekao je Grbić.

Vojin Mitrović, ministar prometa i komunikacija BiH, očekuje da će problem biti riješen kada je u pitanju granični prijelaz u Velikoj Kladuši. Razgovarao je, kaže, s Olegom Butkovićem, hrvatskim resornim ministrom koji je izrazio spremnost da se ovaj problem riješi.

- Praktično, ovaj dio BiH ostaje slijepo crijevo i ekonomski prosperitet tog dijela dovodi se u pitanje ako to ostane na snazi - rekao je Mitrović.

Dodao je da će danas na sjednici Vijeća ministara BiH imati ovo pitanje na dnevnom redu. Istaknuo je da su poduzeli određene aktivnosti, prije svega putem Transportne zajednice, a onda putem Europske komisije, da ukažu na ovaj problem koji je izuzetno bitan, prije svega za područje USK, jer je situacija da praktično tranzit robe koji ide preko Hrvatske ne može ići preko Velike Kladuše, nego se usmjerava na Izačić i na Bosansku Gradišku, prenosi Dnevni Avaz.

Odluka Hrvatske prema kojoj će pet graničnih prijelaza s BiH biti neupotrebljivo za kamione čija nosivost prelazi 7,5 tona izazvala je lavinu oštrih reakcija u BiH, a, očekivano, najglasniji su prijevoznici, koji promišljaju o svojim sljedećim koracima, pa su na stolu, između ostalog, i blokade prometnica i granica, piše Dnevni Avaz.

Avaz piše kako je Hrvatska 20. svibnja donijela spornu odluku o prekategorizaciji svojih cesta, tako da graničnim prijelazima Ivanica - Gornji Brgat, Velika Kladuša - Maljevac, Brčko - Gunja, Strmica - Strmica i Osoje - Vinjani Gornji neće biti dozvoljen tranzitni promet većim teretnjacima, a ta odluka stupa na snagu osam dana nakon donošenja.
