Ravnatelj beogradske Klinike za ginekologiju u Višegradskoj, prof. dr. Aleksandar Stefanović, i anesteziologinja dr. Žana Ivković ispričali su za Blic detalje velikog uspjeha liječničkog tima koji je uspio iz 22-godišnje djevojke izvaditi tumor inicijalnog promjera oko 70 centimetara. Pritom je tumorska masa težila čak 25 kilograma, prenosi Jutarnji list.
Prema riječima liječnika, djevojku su u Beograd poslali iz jedne bolnice iz unutrašnjosti zbog teške kliničke slike. Osim velike tumorske mase i početka sepse, bila je pozitivna na covid-19.
Anesteziologinja dr. Žana Ivković istaknula je da je cijeli tim anesteziologa morao voditi ovaj slučaj.
- Primljena je sa simptomima sepse, svi vitalni organi bili su ugroženi. Moram naglasiti da je riječ o vrlo mladoj i ekstremno pretiloj djevojci, koja je devet dana imala simptome covida. U kratkom vremenu napravljene su sve pretrage i bila je spremna za operaciju, rekla je dr. Ivković.
Profesor dr. Aleksandar Stevanović rekao je da je u pitanju jedan od većih tumora koje je ikad vidio.
- Susrećemo se s takvim tumorima, ali ne baš često. Zvao me liječnik iz Sremske Mitrovice, koji je bio pomalo uplašen zbog takvog stanja pacijentice. Mi smo ginekolozi koji se bave kirurgijom, cijeli tim stoji iza toga, rekao je dr. Stevanović.
Istaknuo je da se vodilo računa da djevojci, iz koje je izvađen ogroman tumor, budu očuvani reproduktivni organi.
- Napravili smo ogroman rez. Nismo mogli izvaditi tumor koliko je bio veliki. Čak 25 kg i 70-ak centimetara, to je jedan od većih tumora koje sam vidio. Tumor je pritiskao sve organe, a zahvatio je lijevi jajnik. Morali smo izvaditi sve s tim lijevim jajnikom. Maternica i desni jajnik su netaknuti, ustvrdio je dr. Stevanović.
Na pitanje kako djevojka nije primijetila da ima tako nešto veliko u stomaku, odgovorila je da je samo osjećala da postoji nešto "tvrdo", prenosi liječnik.
- Treba puno vremena da naraste takav tumor. Krenula je sepsa, to bi se sigurno loše završilo - rekao je dr. Stevanović za "Pink" TV, prenosi Jutarnji list.
Operacija je trajala tri sata, dodao je dr. Stefanović, a kirurzi su najprije morali punktirati više od 10 litara vode iz tumora, kako bi na kraju mogli i pored velikog reza izvaditi i čvrsti dio tumora čija je inicijalna veličina bila oko 70 centimetara i ukupne težine 25 kilograma.
Prema riječima anesteziologinje Žane Ivković, pacijenticu su uspješno probudili iz narkoze i ona se nastavlja oporavljati.

Ravnatelj beogradske Klinike za ginekologiju u Višegradskoj, prof. dr. Aleksandar Stefanović, i anesteziologinja dr. Žana Ivković ispričali su za Blic detalje velikog uspjeha liječničkog tima koji je uspio iz 22-godišnje djevojke izvaditi tumor inicijalnog promjera oko 70 centimetara. Pritom je tumorska masa težila čak 25 kilograma, prenosi Jutarnji list.
Prema riječima liječnika, djevojku su u Beograd poslali iz jedne bolnice iz unutrašnjosti zbog teške kliničke slike. Osim velike tumorske mase i početka sepse, bila je pozitivna na covid-19.
Anesteziologinja dr. Žana Ivković istaknula je da je cijeli tim anesteziologa morao voditi ovaj slučaj.
- Primljena je sa simptomima sepse, svi vitalni organi bili su ugroženi. Moram naglasiti da je riječ o vrlo mladoj i ekstremno pretiloj djevojci, koja je devet dana imala simptome covida. U kratkom vremenu napravljene su sve pretrage i bila je spremna za operaciju, rekla je dr. Ivković.
Profesor dr. Aleksandar Stevanović rekao je da je u pitanju jedan od većih tumora koje je ikad vidio.
- Susrećemo se s takvim tumorima, ali ne baš često. Zvao me liječnik iz Sremske Mitrovice, koji je bio pomalo uplašen zbog takvog stanja pacijentice. Mi smo ginekolozi koji se bave kirurgijom, cijeli tim stoji iza toga, rekao je dr. Stevanović.
Istaknuo je da se vodilo računa da djevojci, iz koje je izvađen ogroman tumor, budu očuvani reproduktivni organi.
- Napravili smo ogroman rez. Nismo mogli izvaditi tumor koliko je bio veliki. Čak 25 kg i 70-ak centimetara, to je jedan od većih tumora koje sam vidio. Tumor je pritiskao sve organe, a zahvatio je lijevi jajnik. Morali smo izvaditi sve s tim lijevim jajnikom. Maternica i desni jajnik su netaknuti, ustvrdio je dr. Stevanović.
Na pitanje kako djevojka nije primijetila da ima tako nešto veliko u stomaku, odgovorila je da je samo osjećala da postoji nešto "tvrdo", prenosi liječnik.
- Treba puno vremena da naraste takav tumor. Krenula je sepsa, to bi se sigurno loše završilo - rekao je dr. Stevanović za "Pink" TV, prenosi Jutarnji list.
Operacija je trajala tri sata, dodao je dr. Stefanović, a kirurzi su najprije morali punktirati više od 10 litara vode iz tumora, kako bi na kraju mogli i pored velikog reza izvaditi i čvrsti dio tumora čija je inicijalna veličina bila oko 70 centimetara i ukupne težine 25 kilograma.
Prema riječima anesteziologinje Žane Ivković, pacijenticu su uspješno probudili iz narkoze i ona se nastavlja oporavljati.
