Hrvatski sabor u ponedjeljak je većinom od 115 glasova donio zakon prema kojem će od početka iduće godine oko 20,000 građana starijih od 65 godina moći računati na nacionalnu naknadu u iznosu od 800 kuna mjesečno.
Donošenjem Zakona o nacionalnoj naknadi za starije osobe tu naknadu sljedeće bi godine trebali dobiti građani stariji od 65 godina koji za života nisu skupili 15 godina mirovinskog staža, žive neprekidno barem 20 godina u Hrvatskoj ili u kućanstvu gdje su prihodi po članu obitelji manji od 800 kuna mjesečno.
Procjena je da će u idućoj godini za tu namjenu država trebati isplatiti 134 milijuna kuna, a godinu kasnije 184 milijuna kuna.
Silvano Hrelja (HSU) uoči glasovanja kritizirao je taj zakon ustvrdivši da nije provediv jer od građana koji primaju male obiteljske mirovine traži da odustanu od mirovne kako bi dobili nacionalu naknadu što, kako kaže, nije moguće.
Sabor je dopunio i Zakon o obveznim mirovinskim fondovima (OMF) čime se osigurava pravovremeno postupanje Hrvatske agencije za nadzor financijskih usluga (Hanfa) zbog posebnih okolnosti izazvanih pandemijom Covida-19.
Dopunama zakona se među ostalim proširuje spektar dopuštenih ulaganja mirovinskih fondova i na depozite kod Hrvatske narodne banke (HNB) i Europske središnje banke (ECB).
Zbog posebnih okolnosti izazvanih koronavirusm izmijenjen je i Zakon o osiguranju kojima se prilagođavaju rokovi za dostavu izvještaja Hrvatskoj agenciji za nadzor financijskih usluga.
Izmijenjen je također Zakon o slobodnim zonama u cilju unapređenja gospodarskog okruženja za poslovanje slobodnih zona u Hrvatskoj kojim se ukida obveza plaćanja naknade za koncesiju za osnivanje slobodnih zona.
Zastupnici su izglasali i dopune Zakon o zaštiti i očuvanju kulturnih dobara o obustavi plaćanja spomeničke rente dok traju posebne okolnosti izazvane epidemijom koronavirusa.
Spomenička renta plaća se mjesečno od jedne do četiri kune po četvornom metru korisne površine poslovnog prostora, koji se nalazi u nepokretnom kulturnom dobru ili na području kulturno-povijesne cjeline.
Donesena su i dva zakona iz sektora prometa kojima se zakonodavstvo usklađuje s s pravnom stečevinom Europske unije, te izmijenjen Zakona o Hrvatskom registru brodova (HRB), javne ustanove koja obavlja poslove u vezi sa zaštitom života i imovine na moru i unutarnjim plovnim putovima.
Potvrđen je također Ugovor o zajmu između Republike Hrvatske i Međunarodne banke za obnovu i razvoj za projekt učinkovitog pravosuđa za bolje poslovno okruženje.
Hrvatski sabor je odobrio i sudjelovanje pripadnika Oružanih snaga RH u operaciji Europske unije ”EUNAVFOR MED IRINI".

Hrvatski sabor u ponedjeljak je većinom od 115 glasova donio zakon prema kojem će od početka iduće godine oko 20,000 građana starijih od 65 godina moći računati na nacionalnu naknadu u iznosu od 800 kuna mjesečno.
Donošenjem Zakona o nacionalnoj naknadi za starije osobe tu naknadu sljedeće bi godine trebali dobiti građani stariji od 65 godina koji za života nisu skupili 15 godina mirovinskog staža, žive neprekidno barem 20 godina u Hrvatskoj ili u kućanstvu gdje su prihodi po članu obitelji manji od 800 kuna mjesečno.
Procjena je da će u idućoj godini za tu namjenu država trebati isplatiti 134 milijuna kuna, a godinu kasnije 184 milijuna kuna.
Silvano Hrelja (HSU) uoči glasovanja kritizirao je taj zakon ustvrdivši da nije provediv jer od građana koji primaju male obiteljske mirovine traži da odustanu od mirovne kako bi dobili nacionalu naknadu što, kako kaže, nije moguće.
Sabor je dopunio i Zakon o obveznim mirovinskim fondovima (OMF) čime se osigurava pravovremeno postupanje Hrvatske agencije za nadzor financijskih usluga (Hanfa) zbog posebnih okolnosti izazvanih pandemijom Covida-19.
Dopunama zakona se među ostalim proširuje spektar dopuštenih ulaganja mirovinskih fondova i na depozite kod Hrvatske narodne banke (HNB) i Europske središnje banke (ECB).
Zbog posebnih okolnosti izazvanih koronavirusm izmijenjen je i Zakon o osiguranju kojima se prilagođavaju rokovi za dostavu izvještaja Hrvatskoj agenciji za nadzor financijskih usluga.
Izmijenjen je također Zakon o slobodnim zonama u cilju unapređenja gospodarskog okruženja za poslovanje slobodnih zona u Hrvatskoj kojim se ukida obveza plaćanja naknade za koncesiju za osnivanje slobodnih zona.
Zastupnici su izglasali i dopune Zakon o zaštiti i očuvanju kulturnih dobara o obustavi plaćanja spomeničke rente dok traju posebne okolnosti izazvane epidemijom koronavirusa.
Spomenička renta plaća se mjesečno od jedne do četiri kune po četvornom metru korisne površine poslovnog prostora, koji se nalazi u nepokretnom kulturnom dobru ili na području kulturno-povijesne cjeline.
Donesena su i dva zakona iz sektora prometa kojima se zakonodavstvo usklađuje s s pravnom stečevinom Europske unije, te izmijenjen Zakona o Hrvatskom registru brodova (HRB), javne ustanove koja obavlja poslove u vezi sa zaštitom života i imovine na moru i unutarnjim plovnim putovima.
Potvrđen je također Ugovor o zajmu između Republike Hrvatske i Međunarodne banke za obnovu i razvoj za projekt učinkovitog pravosuđa za bolje poslovno okruženje.
Hrvatski sabor je odobrio i sudjelovanje pripadnika Oružanih snaga RH u operaciji Europske unije ”EUNAVFOR MED IRINI".
