Samo jedan ubod pčele bio je smrtonosan – Marku Buliću, 44-godišnjem Zadraninu, nije bilo spasa nakon pčelinjeg uboda iako mu je pomoć trenutačno bila pružena. U vozilu Hitne pomoći, unatoč pokušajima reanimacije, Marko Bulić je preminuo.
U zadarsku bolnicu primljen je bez vitalnih znakova, no pokušaj reanimacije je ponovljen i u bolnici. Liječnici su uočili i izvukli pčelinji žalac koji se nalazio na prijelazu obraza u vrat. Unatoč svim naporima, liječnici su konstatirali smrt Marka Bulića, a uzrok smrti je anafilaktična reakcija zbog uboda pčele.

– Svi smo jako potreseni. Na milijun ljudi jedan će tako stradati. Marka sam poznavao godinama, lani se počeo baviti pčelama, košnice je planirao odnijeti na Dugi otok, zbog kadulje…
Pa koliko puta je Marko bio kod mojih košnica, zajedno smo radili, pčele bi nas ubole na četiri, pet mjesta po tijelu i nikada nam nije bilo ništa, osim natečenog mjesta uboda. No prema ovome što se sada dogodilo, o čemu sam detaljno obaviješten, Marku nije bilo spasa jer mu je pčela ušla ispod zaštitnog šešira i ubola ga u vrat, u arteriju blizu uha.
Pčela neće ubosti ako nije ugrožena, a upravo se to, nažalost, dogodilo, ubola ga je jer je bila prignječena. Pčelinji otrov Marku je ušao direktno u krv i za nekoliko minuta mu je pozlilo – kaže

Marku Buliću tragedija se dogodila dok je pregledavao košnice s prijateljem
Zlatkom Elveđijem, također poznatim iskusnim pčelarom, koji vodi udrugu pčelara „Dalmatinka“. Elveđi je teško potresen smrću Marka, kojemu nije mogao pomoći.
– Marko je, kako su mi kazali, osjetio nešto pod šeširom, ali nije se moglo uočiti ništa, pčela se vjerojatno dobro uvukla ispod. Samo minutu, dvije nakon uboda Marko je kazao da mu nije dobro. Otežano je disao, gušilo ga je u prsima...
Uzaludna reanimacija
Hitna pomoć došla je za deset minuta, no u samo deset minuta Marko više nije mogao ni stajati ni sjediti. Ležao je, promijenjene boje kože, modar, natečen… I do dolaska Hitne pokušalo mu se pomoći reanimiranjem, u vozilu Hitne su ga oživljavali…
Uzalud... – kazao je Škorput. Zdravko Škorput je pčelar 35 godina, vodi udrugu u kojoj je više od 250 pčelara i kaže da mu nije poznato da se na ovom prostoru ikada dogodio takav slučaj.
Ipak, Škorput je upoznat s identičnim slučajem, ubodom pčele u arteriju i smrtnim ishodom, na području bivše države.

akutne alergijske reakcije
– Ako se radi u obodu insekta u vrat, reakcija nastaje vrlo brzo, to su teški slučajevi akutnih alergijskih reakcija i ti se pacijenti upućuju na hitan prijem. Kod nas na Odjelu za infektologiju tretiramo brojne druge ubode insekata, koji prenose i zarazne bolesti – kaže dr. Boris Dželalija.
Najčešći uzroci anafilaktičke reakcije, akutnog i za život opasnog sindroma, jesu neki lijekovi (najčešće antibiotici) i serumi, otrovi insekata (pčela, osa, stršljena, mrava), neki hormoni i enzimi, te određene prehrambene namirnice (orasi, brašno, mlijeko, riba, školjke, bjelance, kivi...).

Samo jedan ubod pčele bio je smrtonosan – Marku Buliću, 44-godišnjem Zadraninu, nije bilo spasa nakon pčelinjeg uboda iako mu je pomoć trenutačno bila pružena. U vozilu Hitne pomoći, unatoč pokušajima reanimacije, Marko Bulić je preminuo.
U zadarsku bolnicu primljen je bez vitalnih znakova, no pokušaj reanimacije je ponovljen i u bolnici. Liječnici su uočili i izvukli pčelinji žalac koji se nalazio na prijelazu obraza u vrat. Unatoč svim naporima, liječnici su konstatirali smrt Marka Bulića, a uzrok smrti je anafilaktična reakcija zbog uboda pčele.
Svi su potreseni
– Svi smo jako potreseni. Na milijun ljudi jedan će tako stradati. Marka sam poznavao godinama, lani se počeo baviti pčelama, košnice je planirao odnijeti na Dugi otok, zbog kadulje…
Pa koliko puta je Marko bio kod mojih košnica, zajedno smo radili, pčele bi nas ubole na četiri, pet mjesta po tijelu i nikada nam nije bilo ništa, osim natečenog mjesta uboda. No prema ovome što se sada dogodilo, o čemu sam detaljno obaviješten, Marku nije bilo spasa jer mu je pčela ušla ispod zaštitnog šešira i ubola ga u vrat, u arteriju blizu uha.
Pčela neće ubosti ako nije ugrožena, a upravo se to, nažalost, dogodilo, ubola ga je jer je bila prignječena. Pčelinji otrov Marku je ušao direktno u krv i za nekoliko minuta mu je pozlilo – kaže
Zdravko Škorput, dugogodišnji pčelar i predsjednik zadarske udruge pčelara „Velebit“.
Marku Buliću tragedija se dogodila dok je pregledavao košnice s prijateljem
Zlatkom Elveđijem, također poznatim iskusnim pčelarom, koji vodi udrugu pčelara „Dalmatinka“. Elveđi je teško potresen smrću Marka, kojemu nije mogao pomoći.
– Marko je, kako su mi kazali, osjetio nešto pod šeširom, ali nije se moglo uočiti ništa, pčela se vjerojatno dobro uvukla ispod. Samo minutu, dvije nakon uboda Marko je kazao da mu nije dobro. Otežano je disao, gušilo ga je u prsima...
Uzaludna reanimacija
Hitna pomoć došla je za deset minuta, no u samo deset minuta Marko više nije mogao ni stajati ni sjediti. Ležao je, promijenjene boje kože, modar, natečen… I do dolaska Hitne pokušalo mu se pomoći reanimiranjem, u vozilu Hitne su ga oživljavali…
Uzalud... – kazao je Škorput. Zdravko Škorput je pčelar 35 godina, vodi udrugu u kojoj je više od 250 pčelara i kaže da mu nije poznato da se na ovom prostoru ikada dogodio takav slučaj.
Ipak, Škorput je upoznat s identičnim slučajem, ubodom pčele u arteriju i smrtnim ishodom, na području bivše države.

akutne alergijske reakcije
– Ako se radi u obodu insekta u vrat, reakcija nastaje vrlo brzo, to su teški slučajevi akutnih alergijskih reakcija i ti se pacijenti upućuju na hitan prijem. Kod nas na Odjelu za infektologiju tretiramo brojne druge ubode insekata, koji prenose i zarazne bolesti – kaže dr. Boris Dželalija.
Najčešći uzroci anafilaktičke reakcije, akutnog i za život opasnog sindroma, jesu neki lijekovi (najčešće antibiotici) i serumi, otrovi insekata (pčela, osa, stršljena, mrava), neki hormoni i enzimi, te određene prehrambene namirnice (orasi, brašno, mlijeko, riba, školjke, bjelance, kivi...).
