Što želimo nakon ljetovanja? Da što više ljudi primijeti kako nam je dobro bilo - neki to broje lajkovima, drugi naprosto pričaju. Treći, suptilno i kao da ih nije briga, pokazuju preplanuli ten u ležernim kombinacijama za posao. 

Samo što u toj priči ništa nije ležerno. 1. Hladan tuš

Naravno da ne mora biti leden kako bi se nijansa koju imate zalijapila za vas, ali tuširanje mlakom ili hladnijom vodom sigurno čini manje štete površini kože. 3. Više vode

Neki smatraju kako i veće količine vode mogu pomoći u održavanju svježeg, sjajnog tena. Isto vrijedi, dakako, za uravnoteženu prehranu, a naročito u tome, kažu stručnjaci, pomažu namirnice bogate beta karotenom poput mrkve, manga i batata. U danima kad vam je cilj pokazati sjaj i preplanulost, pobrinite se da vašem tijelu ne nedostaje vode.

4. Mali trik za kraj

Ako i niste ljubitelj umjetno preplanulog tena u bočici, dovoljna će biti i obična ulja. Ona sa sjajnim česticama su, dakako, najbolja, a dodaju lijepu, preplanulu nijansu u roku od nekoliko trenutaka. Posebnu pažnju podarite dekolteu, podlakticama i ramenima, a ne zaboravite dobro oprati ruke nakon nanošenja i pustiti da se ulje upije u kožu - ne želite mrlje na odjeći.

Što želimo nakon ljetovanja? Da što više ljudi primijeti kako nam je dobro bilo - neki to broje lajkovima, drugi naprosto pričaju. Treći, suptilno i kao da ih nije briga, pokazuju preplanuli ten u ležernim kombinacijama za posao. 

Samo što u toj priči ništa nije ležerno. Bile to strateški raskopčane bijele košulje, tanki zlatni nakit ili zagasite, maslinastozelene nijanse, znamo sve trikove koji odaju dojam da smo se tek vratili s plaže. Pa i nagužvana kosa, neuredne lokne, malo highlightera na jagodicama i bronzer umjesto rumenila.

Da se nas pita, morski bi ten trajao čitavu zimu.

No ne potraje često ni do Dana nezavisnosti. I to zahvaljujući nama samima, greškama u obliku njege tijela i preskakanja određenih koraka koji nam pomažu da preplanulost održimo malo dulje. Sigurno ste ih čuli nebrojeno puta, možda ih na samome kraju ljeta, pa i onog babljeg, tražite da utvrdite gradivo... Jer, ovi "trikovi" provjereno pomažu.

1. Hladan tuš

Naravno da ne mora biti leden kako bi se nijansa koju imate zalijapila za vas, ali tuširanje mlakom ili hladnijom vodom sigurno čini manje štete površini kože. Ono u vrućoj vodi ne samo da je isušuje, već dovodi do bržeg guljenja površinskog sloja. Kako ne biste kožu lišili njenih prirodnih ulja, savjetuje se pranje u nježnom gelu, poželjno na uljnoj bazi i bez sapuna.

Ovih dana, preskočite piling. Ili barem u njemu ne pretjerujte. Osim, naravno, ako nanoste preparat za samotamnjenje, u tom slučaju eksfolijacija je nužna.

2. Hidratizirajte kožu 

Nemojte preskakati nanošenje hranjivog mlijeka za tijelo. Jednom kad se koža osuši, a ljuštenje započne, malo je toga čime ćete moći spriječiti daljnji gubitak preplanulosti. Birajte bogate formule, super hranjiva ulja i maslace za tijelo, a preskočite lagane balzame i losione, savjetuje Vogue.

Osim toga, na tržištu postoji i čitav niz proizvoda koji garantiraju produljenje preplanulosti. Uložite u kvalitetnu kremu koju ćete nanositi u ovome prijelaznome periodu.

3. Više vode

Neki smatraju kako i veće količine vode mogu pomoći u održavanju svježeg, sjajnog tena. Isto vrijedi, dakako, za uravnoteženu prehranu, a naročito u tome, kažu stručnjaci, pomažu namirnice bogate beta karotenom poput mrkve, manga i batata. U danima kad vam je cilj pokazati sjaj i preplanulost, pobrinite se da vašem tijelu ne nedostaje vode.

4. Mali trik za kraj

Ako i niste ljubitelj umjetno preplanulog tena u bočici, dovoljna će biti i obična ulja. Ona sa sjajnim česticama su, dakako, najbolja, a dodaju lijepu, preplanulu nijansu u roku od nekoliko trenutaka. Posebnu pažnju podarite dekolteu, podlakticama i ramenima, a ne zaboravite dobro oprati ruke nakon nanošenja i pustiti da se ulje upije u kožu - ne želite mrlje na odjeći.

Kako što dulje zadržati preplanulost? Postoji nekoliko pravila koja pomažu očuvanju ljetnog tena, provjereno pomažu

Što želimo nakon ljetovanja? Da što više ljudi primijeti kako nam je dobro bilo - neki to broje lajkovima, drugi naprosto pričaju. Treći, suptilno i kao da ih nije briga, pokazuju preplanuli ten u ležernim kombinacijama za posao. 

Samo što u toj priči ništa nije ležerno. Bile to strateški raskopčane bijele košulje, tanki zlatni nakit ili zagasite, maslinastozelene nijanse, znamo sve trikove koji odaju dojam da smo se tek vratili s plaže. Pa i nagužvana kosa, neuredne lokne, malo highlightera na jagodicama i bronzer umjesto rumenila.

Da se nas pita, morski bi ten trajao čitavu zimu.

No ne potraje često ni do Dana nezavisnosti. I to zahvaljujući nama samima, greškama u obliku njege tijela i preskakanja određenih koraka koji nam pomažu da preplanulost održimo malo dulje. Sigurno ste ih čuli nebrojeno puta, možda ih na samome kraju ljeta, pa i onog babljeg, tražite da utvrdite gradivo... Jer, ovi "trikovi" provjereno pomažu.

Pa, ponovimo.

1. Hladan tuš

Naravno da ne mora biti leden kako bi se nijansa koju imate zalijapila za vas, ali tuširanje mlakom ili hladnijom vodom sigurno čini manje štete površini kože. Ono u vrućoj vodi ne samo da je isušuje, već dovodi do bržeg guljenja površinskog sloja. Kako ne biste kožu lišili njenih prirodnih ulja, savjetuje se pranje u nježnom gelu, poželjno na uljnoj bazi i bez sapuna.

Ovih dana, preskočite piling. Ili barem u njemu ne pretjerujte. Osim, naravno, ako nanoste preparat za samotamnjenje, u tom slučaju eksfolijacija je nužna.

2. Hidratizirajte kožu 

Nemojte preskakati nanošenje hranjivog mlijeka za tijelo. Jednom kad se koža osuši, a ljuštenje započne, malo je toga čime ćete moći spriječiti daljnji gubitak preplanulosti. Birajte bogate formule, super hranjiva ulja i maslace za tijelo, a preskočite lagane balzame i losione, savjetuje Vogue.

Osim toga, na tržištu postoji i čitav niz proizvoda koji garantiraju produljenje preplanulosti. Uložite u kvalitetnu kremu koju ćete nanositi u ovome prijelaznome periodu.

3. Više vode

Neki smatraju kako i veće količine vode mogu pomoći u održavanju svježeg, sjajnog tena. Isto vrijedi, dakako, za uravnoteženu prehranu, a naročito u tome, kažu stručnjaci, pomažu namirnice bogate beta karotenom poput mrkve, manga i batata. U danima kad vam je cilj pokazati sjaj i preplanulost, pobrinite se da vašem tijelu ne nedostaje vode.

A i inače...

4. Mali trik za kraj

Ako i niste ljubitelj umjetno preplanulog tena u bočici, dovoljna će biti i obična ulja. Ona sa sjajnim česticama su, dakako, najbolja, a dodaju lijepu, preplanulu nijansu u roku od nekoliko trenutaka. Posebnu pažnju podarite dekolteu, podlakticama i ramenima, a ne zaboravite dobro oprati ruke nakon nanošenja i pustiti da se ulje upije u kožu - ne želite mrlje na odjeći.
