Vitamin C postao je prava zvijezda među proizvodima za njegu kože, baš kao što je to bio u zdravstvenoj industriji dok smo bili djeca kad su nas roditelji tjerali da pijemo čajeve s limunom ili ga uzimamo kao dodatak prehrani smatrajući da liječi gotovo sve. S kožom je stvar trenutno vrlo slična, pa pomaže kod hiperpigmentacije, umora i stresa kože prouzročenog vanjskim faktorima. Uz njega se odnedavno pojavio još jedan proizvod koji polako, ali sigurno napreduje prema istom statusu. Riječ je o niacinamidu koji je posebno popularan upravo u kombinaciji s C vitaminom s obzirom na to da se odlično nadopunjuju.
Vitamin C i niacinamid zapravo imaju neke sličnosti što se tiče prednosti koje donose koži. Oba sastojka igraju važnu ulogu u zaštiti kože od vanjskih agresora s kojima se susrećemo tijekom dana. Zasebno, niacinamid se ističe u pružanju čvrstoće vanjskom sloju kože, a vitamin C je izvrstan u prevenciji i omekšavanju tankih linija i bora.
Prednosti zajedničke upotrebe vitamina C i niacinamida

Argumenti protiv zajedničke upotrebe vitamina C i niacinamida
Kao i uvijek kada se počnu koristiti dva aktivna proizvoda istovremeno može to biti preveliko opterećenje za kožu. Vitamin C postao je prava zvijezda među proizvodima za njegu kože, baš kao što je to bio u zdravstvenoj industriji dok smo bili djeca kad su nas roditelji tjerali da pijemo čajeve s limunom ili ga uzimamo kao dodatak prehrani smatrajući da liječi gotovo sve. S kožom je stvar trenutno vrlo slična, pa pomaže kod hiperpigmentacije, umora i stresa kože prouzročenog vanjskim faktorima. Uz njega se odnedavno pojavio još jedan proizvod koji polako, ali sigurno napreduje prema istom statusu. Riječ je o niacinamidu koji je posebno popularan upravo u kombinaciji s C vitaminom s obzirom na to da se odlično nadopunjuju.
Vitamin C i niacinamid zapravo imaju neke sličnosti što se tiče prednosti koje donose koži. Oba sastojka igraju važnu ulogu u zaštiti kože od vanjskih agresora s kojima se susrećemo tijekom dana. Zasebno, niacinamid se ističe u pružanju čvrstoće vanjskom sloju kože, a vitamin C je izvrstan u prevenciji i omekšavanju tankih linija i bora.
Prednosti zajedničke upotrebe vitamina C i niacinamida
S obzirom na to da ova dva proizvoda imaju neke sličnosti u djelovanju nameće se pitanje je li potrebno koristiti oba. Stručnjaci kažu da se njihovo djelovanje ne poništava već upotpunjuje i pojačava zaštitu kože.
Uz to će niacinamid pomoći u smanjenju suhoće, iritacije i ojačati elastičnost kože. Obavezno pripazite kod postotka koji odabirete ovisno o svom tipu kože tj. količini sebuma koja vaša koža prirodno izlučuje jer ga niacinamid kontrolira tj. smanjuje.
Argumenti protiv zajedničke upotrebe vitamina C i niacinamida
Kao i uvijek kada se počnu koristiti dva aktivna proizvoda istovremeno može to biti preveliko opterećenje za kožu. Iako je niacinamid općenito dobar za one koji imaju jako osjetljivu kožu sklonu iritacijama, ako se naglo uvede više proizvoda može doći do crvenila i nadraženosti. Ključno je zato početi s proizvodima s manjim postotkom i polako ga povećavati kako bi se koža imala vremena prilagoditi. Ako primijetite bilo kakvu suhoću ili iritaciju vratite se na formulu koja vam je pasala. Svačija koža je drugačija, neovisno o tipu kože koji imate možda će vam individualno odgovarati nešto drugačije od onoga što vam se sugerira prema njemu.
