Dok se otapamo na visokim temperaturama i čeznemo za putovanjima, lakše je nego ikad upasti u rutinu, a to naročito vrijedi kad je priprema obroka u pitanju. Zaboravite na sendviče i tjesteninu, bit će vremena i za krumpir i meso. Odvažite se na pripremu zasitne fattoush salate.

Odnosno, ako nije jedini sastojak, kruh je onaj glavni. I to ne bilo kakav. Pita kruh, naročito popuaran na Bliskome istoku, možete umiješati kod kuće. Priprema je lakša od palačinki, tortilla ili pak običnoga kruha, sve što vam treba malo kvasca, soli, vode i brašna. Pa počnimo, od pite.

Sastojci za pita kruh:

- voda

- kvasac

- šećer

- sol

- brašno

- maslinovo ulje

Priprema:

U zdjelu ulijte dvije šalice tople vode i dodajte kvasac te žličicu šećera. Dobro izmiješajte i pričekajte da kvasac djeluje. Nakon 15ak minuta dodajte žlicu do dvije maslinova ulja te polako dodajite brašno (oko 4 šalice) dok ne dobijete kuglu ljepljivog tijesta. Premažite ga maslinovim uljem i pustite da odstoji oko 1 sat.

Podijelite tijesto u 8 odvojenih kuglica koje ćete izvaljati valjkom jako tanko, na debljinu od svega par milimetara. Svoje pita kruščiće možete peći u tavi uz nekoliko kapi maslinova ulja, oko 30 sekundi sa svake strane - dok se mjehurići ne počnu formirati.

Priprema:

Svo povrće narežite na manje komade ili ploškice i dobro izmiješajte. Na kraju dodajte pita kruh koji će biti u funkciji krutona - razlomite ga na što manje komadiće i dodajte svojoj salati.

Tajna je u dresingu

Klasičnu fattoush salatu karakterizira bogati preljev. Pomiješajte sok jednog limuna s nekoliko žlica maslinova ulja, solju i paprom. Dodajte, ukoliko ga imate, mljeveni sumak, a i prstohvat mljevenog cimeta, kurkume i muškatnog oraščića.

Mnogi preljevu dodaju i jogurt, ili pak u salatu stavljaju feta sir i mediteranske začine, no ukoliko izbjegavate mliječne proizvode, slobodno preskočite.

Obrok koji izgleda kao Mediteran na tanjuru, miriše kao ljetovanje u Grčkoj, a okusom je egzotičan kao svi začini Bliskog istoka zajedno zvuči vam, u ovom trenutku, primamljivo?

Dok se otapamo na visokim temperaturama i čeznemo za putovanjima, lakše je nego ikad upasti u rutinu, a to naročito vrijedi kad je priprema obroka u pitanju. Zaboravite na sendviče i tjesteninu, bit će vremena i za krumpir i meso. Odvažite se na pripremu zasitne fattoush salate.

Ako je voditi se komentarima s društvenih mreža, u posljednje je vrijeme naročito popularna. Njena zanimljivost? Ovo je, u stvari, salata od - kruha.

Odnosno, ako nije jedini sastojak, kruh je onaj glavni. I to ne bilo kakav. Pita kruh, naročito popuaran na Bliskome istoku, možete umiješati kod kuće. Priprema je lakša od palačinki, tortilla ili pak običnoga kruha, sve što vam treba malo kvasca, soli, vode i brašna. Pa počnimo, od pite.

Sastojci za pita kruh:

- voda

- kvasac

- šećer

- sol

- brašno

- maslinovo ulje

Priprema:

U zdjelu ulijte dvije šalice tople vode i dodajte kvasac te žličicu šećera. Dobro izmiješajte i pričekajte da kvasac djeluje. Nakon 15ak minuta dodajte žlicu do dvije maslinova ulja te polako dodajite brašno (oko 4 šalice) dok ne dobijete kuglu ljepljivog tijesta. Premažite ga maslinovim uljem i pustite da odstoji oko 1 sat.

Podijelite tijesto u 8 odvojenih kuglica koje ćete izvaljati valjkom jako tanko, na debljinu od svega par milimetara. Svoje pita kruščiće možete peći u tavi uz nekoliko kapi maslinova ulja, oko 30 sekundi sa svake strane - dok se mjehurići ne počnu formirati.

- 2 pita kruščića (može i stari kruh, po njegovu nazivu "fatta", salata je i dobila ime)

- maslinovo ulje

- 1 glavica zelene salate

- 1 krastavac

Priprema:

Svo povrće narežite na manje komade ili ploškice i dobro izmiješajte. Na kraju dodajte pita kruh koji će biti u funkciji krutona - razlomite ga na što manje komadiće i dodajte svojoj salati.

Tajna je u dresingu

Klasičnu fattoush salatu karakterizira bogati preljev. Pomiješajte sok jednog limuna s nekoliko žlica maslinova ulja, solju i paprom. Dodajte, ukoliko ga imate, mljeveni sumak, a i prstohvat mljevenog cimeta, kurkume i muškatnog oraščića.

Mnogi preljevu dodaju i jogurt, ili pak u salatu stavljaju feta sir i mediteranske začine, no ukoliko izbjegavate mliječne proizvode, slobodno preskočite.

Obrok koji izgleda kao Mediteran na tanjuru, miriše kao ljetovanje u Grčkoj, a okusom je egzotičan kao svi začini Bliskog istoka zajedno zvuči vam, u ovom trenutku, primamljivo?

Dok se otapamo na visokim temperaturama i čeznemo za putovanjima, lakše je nego ikad upasti u rutinu, a to naročito vrijedi kad je priprema obroka u pitanju. Zaboravite na sendviče i tjesteninu, bit će vremena i za krumpir i meso. Odvažite se na pripremu zasitne fattoush salate.

Ako je voditi se komentarima s društvenih mreža, u posljednje je vrijeme naročito popularna. Njena zanimljivost? Ovo je, u stvari, salata od - kruha.

Odnosno, ako nije jedini sastojak, kruh je onaj glavni. I to ne bilo kakav. Pita kruh, naročito popuaran na Bliskome istoku, možete umiješati kod kuće. Priprema je lakša od palačinki, tortilla ili pak običnoga kruha, sve što vam treba malo kvasca, soli, vode i brašna. Pa počnimo, od pite.

Sastojci za pita kruh:

- voda

- kvasac

- šećer

- sol

- brašno

- maslinovo ulje

Priprema:

U zdjelu ulijte dvije šalice tople vode i dodajte kvasac te žličicu šećera. Dobro izmiješajte i pričekajte da kvasac djeluje. Nakon 15ak minuta dodajte žlicu do dvije maslinova ulja te polako dodajite brašno (oko 4 šalice) dok ne dobijete kuglu ljepljivog tijesta. Premažite ga maslinovim uljem i pustite da odstoji oko 1 sat.

Podijelite tijesto u 8 odvojenih kuglica koje ćete izvaljati valjkom jako tanko, na debljinu od svega par milimetara. Svoje pita kruščiće možete peći u tavi uz nekoliko kapi maslinova ulja, oko 30 sekundi sa svake strane - dok se mjehurići ne počnu formirati.

Sastojci za fattoush salatu:

- 2 pita kruščića (može i stari kruh, po njegovu nazivu "fatta", salata je i dobila ime)

- maslinovo ulje

- sol i papar

- 1 glavica zelene salate

- 1 krastavac

- 5 rajčica

- 5 glavica mladog luka

- 5 rotkvica

- peršin

- menta

Priprema:

Svo povrće narežite na manje komade ili ploškice i dobro izmiješajte. Na kraju dodajte pita kruh koji će biti u funkciji krutona - razlomite ga na što manje komadiće i dodajte svojoj salati.

Tajna je u dresingu

Klasičnu fattoush salatu karakterizira bogati preljev. Pomiješajte sok jednog limuna s nekoliko žlica maslinova ulja, solju i paprom. Dodajte, ukoliko ga imate, mljeveni sumak, a i prstohvat mljevenog cimeta, kurkume i muškatnog oraščića.

Mnogi preljevu dodaju i jogurt, ili pak u salatu stavljaju feta sir i mediteranske začine, no ukoliko izbjegavate mliječne proizvode, slobodno preskočite.
