Španjolski košarkaši novi su prvaci Europe nakon što su u finalnom susretu, u Berlinu, pobijedili Francusku 88-76 (23-14, 24-23, 19-20, 22-19).

Bolji ulaz u finalni susret imali su Španjolci koji su prvenstveno odlično obavili obranu na Francuzima kroz cijelo prvo poluvrijeme. Zaustavili su vanjski šut Francuza i Goberta pod košem te posve limitirali kontru i atletski moćnog suparnika.

Isto tako, Španjolska se posve raspucala u drugoj četvrtini, pogotovo Juancho Hernangomez, koji je u tom dijelu finala razbio Francuze. Nakon prve četvrtine Španjolska je imala 23-14, a onda je krenula jedna za drugom trica Juancha čime se prednost Španjolske konstantno penjala.

Sredinom druge četvrtine bilo je 35-16, a brzo nakon toga dogodilo se i rekordnih 47-26. U tom trenutku je Španjolska stala. Uloge su se na parketu okrenule, a prvo poluvrijeme je završeno serijom Francuza 11-0 (47-37 za Španjolsku).

Sve je nastavljeno u trećoj četvrtini pa je Francuska vrlo brzo došla na mala tri poena zaostatka (46-49). Probudila se tada opet Španjolska. Napravila je niz od devet poena i opet je bila na dvoznamenkastoj prednosti od 58-46.

Drugi put Španjolci nisu napravili istu pogrešku. Od tada pa do kraja su držali suparnika na pristojnoj udaljenosti te su Francuzi ostali bez snage i moći za novi povratak.

Sjajnu je utakmicu odigrao Juancho Hernangomez koji je ubacio 27 poena uz 7-9 za tri poena. Odlične je epizode u igri, pogotovo u drugom poluvremenu, imao Lorenzo Brown koji je ubacio 14 poena uz 11 asistencija. Willy Hernangomez je dodao 14 uz osam skokova.

Prvi strijelac Francuske bio je Evan Fournier s 23 poena. Thomas Huertel je ubacio 16 uz sedam asistencija.

Žetva medalja španjolskih košarkaša krenula je od 2007. godine kada su kao domaćini bili srebrni. Potom su uslijedila tri zlata (2009., 2011., 2015.) i dvije bronce (2013., 2017.), a sve je zaokruženo novim zlatom u Berlinu. Španjolska sada na prvenstvima ima ukupno četiri zlata, šest srebra i četiri bronce.

Francuzi su, pak, osvojili treće srebro u povijesti, a uz to imaju jedno zlato (2013. godine) te šest brončanih medalja.

Ranije je domaćin Njemačka osvojila brončanu medalju nakon što je bila bolja od Poljske 82-69 (19-14, 17-9, 18-26, 28-20). Tom pobjedom Njemačka je kompletirala po jednu medalju u povijesti europskih prvenstava. Zlatna je bila 1993. godine, dok je srebro osvojila 2005. godine.

Španjolski košarkaši novi su prvaci Europe nakon što su u finalnom susretu, u Berlinu, pobijedili Francusku 88-76 (23-14, 24-23, 19-20, 22-19).

Bolji ulaz u finalni susret imali su Španjolci koji su prvenstveno odlično obavili obranu na Francuzima kroz cijelo prvo poluvrijeme. Zaustavili su vanjski šut Francuza i Goberta pod košem te posve limitirali kontru i atletski moćnog suparnika.

Isto tako, Španjolska se posve raspucala u drugoj četvrtini, pogotovo Juancho Hernangomez, koji je u tom dijelu finala razbio Francuze. Nakon prve četvrtine Španjolska je imala 23-14, a onda je krenula jedna za drugom trica Juancha čime se prednost Španjolske konstantno penjala.

Sredinom druge četvrtine bilo je 35-16, a brzo nakon toga dogodilo se i rekordnih 47-26. U tom trenutku je Španjolska stala. Uloge su se na parketu okrenule, a prvo poluvrijeme je završeno serijom Francuza 11-0 (47-37 za Španjolsku).

Sve je nastavljeno u trećoj četvrtini pa je Francuska vrlo brzo došla na mala tri poena zaostatka (46-49). Probudila se tada opet Španjolska. Napravila je niz od devet poena i opet je bila na dvoznamenkastoj prednosti od 58-46.

Drugi put Španjolci nisu napravili istu pogrešku. Od tada pa do kraja su držali suparnika na pristojnoj udaljenosti te su Francuzi ostali bez snage i moći za novi povratak.

Sjajnu je utakmicu odigrao Juancho Hernangomez koji je ubacio 27 poena uz 7-9 za tri poena. Odlične je epizode u igri, pogotovo u drugom poluvremenu, imao Lorenzo Brown koji je ubacio 14 poena uz 11 asistencija. Willy Hernangomez je dodao 14 uz osam skokova.

Prvi strijelac Francuske bio je Evan Fournier s 23 poena. Thomas Huertel je ubacio 16 uz sedam asistencija.

Žetva medalja španjolskih košarkaša krenula je od 2007. godine kada su kao domaćini bili srebrni. Potom su uslijedila tri zlata (2009., 2011., 2015.) i dvije bronce (2013., 2017.), a sve je zaokruženo novim zlatom u Berlinu. Španjolska sada na prvenstvima ima ukupno četiri zlata, šest srebra i četiri bronce.

Francuzi su, pak, osvojili treće srebro u povijesti, a uz to imaju jedno zlato (2013. godine) te šest brončanih medalja.

Ranije je domaćin Njemačka osvojila brončanu medalju nakon što je bila bolja od Poljske 82-69 (19-14, 17-9, 18-26, 28-20). Tom pobjedom Njemačka je kompletirala po jednu medalju u povijesti europskih prvenstava. Zlatna je bila 1993. godine, dok je srebro osvojila 2005. godine.

Četvrta kruna u povijesti španjolskih košarkaša

Španjolski košarkaši novi su prvaci Europe nakon što su u finalnom susretu, u Berlinu, pobijedili Francusku 88-76 (23-14, 24-23, 19-20, 22-19).

Bolji ulaz u finalni susret imali su Španjolci koji su prvenstveno odlično obavili obranu na Francuzima kroz cijelo prvo poluvrijeme. Zaustavili su vanjski šut Francuza i Goberta pod košem te posve limitirali kontru i atletski moćnog suparnika.

Isto tako, Španjolska se posve raspucala u drugoj četvrtini, pogotovo Juancho Hernangomez, koji je u tom dijelu finala razbio Francuze. Nakon prve četvrtine Španjolska je imala 23-14, a onda je krenula jedna za drugom trica Juancha čime se prednost Španjolske konstantno penjala.

Sredinom druge četvrtine bilo je 35-16, a brzo nakon toga dogodilo se i rekordnih 47-26. U tom trenutku je Španjolsk...
