Teško se prisjetiti neke Hajdukove utakmice koju je odlučio kazneni udarac, a da nakon nje nije bilo sudačkih repova. Još je teže prisjetiti se derbija koji je Hajduk izgubio na račun kaznenog udarca, a da se nakon nje suca nije spominjalo kao jednog od "ključnih igrača protivničke momčadi".

Ruka Filipa Krovinovića i pogodak Nike Jankovića s bijele točke odveli su Rijeku na prvo mjesto HNL-a prije reprezentativne stanke, a Bijele ponovno bacili u depresiju prije dvotjedne pauze. No, odluku Patrika Kolarića nakon pregleda snimke nitko zapravo nije preispitivao.

Jadranski derbi na Rujevici tako nam je na neki način i dokazao da su prijelomne odluke i kardinalne greške sudaca (pritom naglašavam da Kolarić nije pogriješio) često zapravo manji problem i sporedni razlog pojave narativa o pristranosti sudaca.

Najveći problem kod predstava djelitelja pravde u HNL-u su oni sitni prekršaji i "nebitne" situacije,  one koje ne završe u analizama na HRT-u, MAXSportu i ostalim medijima. Drugim riječima, najviše su sporni neujednačeni sudački kriteriji kod onih sitnih 50/50 situacija.

- Moram reći da je sudac bio loš. Svaka odluka na 50/50 je bila za njih. Možda sam srušio neke kriterije, ali eto. Gledao sam Tottenham - Liverpool, velika pogreška se dogodila, ali došla su gospoda Englezi i rekli: "Bili smo loši". Ovdje nitko neće reći bili smo loši - kazao je trener Bijelih nakon derbija s Dinamom.

Hajduk je u tom susretu pobijedio, a Igor Pajač nije imao nijednu kardinalnu pogrešku. Čak je i HRT-ov stručnjak za suđenje, "spin doktor" Marijo Strahonja, rekao da je sudac iz Sv. Ivana Zeline (mjesta udaljenog oko 25 kilometara od Zagreba) "jako dobro" odsudio susret ekipa iz Splita i Zagreba.

Kako to obično biva, nije bilo kardinalnih grešaka i odmah je suđenje "jako dobro". Komisija sudaca HNS-a još nije ni objavila svoju analizu 10. kola, ali ni u njoj vjerojatno neće biti spomena Pajača, jer nije bilo propuštenog ili krivo dosuđenog kaznenog udarca, a ni crvenog kartona.

Nitko od njih zapravo ne analizira cjelokupnu predstavu suca, odnosno njegov kriterij, a upravo je to najveći problem zbog kojeg su praktički svi klubovi u ligi nezadovoljni i sporadično rigaju vatru. Ono što je u 30. minuti prekršaj za žuti karton, tom istom sucu u 55. neće biti povod niti da stavi zviždaljku u usta. O ujednačenosti kriterija jednog suca na različitim utakmicama ne trebamo ni maštati, a kamoli još o jednakom tumačenju identičnih situacija od različitih djelitelja pravde.

Zbog toga naši suci u Europi nastupaju rijetko, a na najvećim natjecanjima nisu dijelili pravdu od hrvatske samostalnosti. Ivan Bebek je kao četvrti sudac na Euru 2008. ostao upamćen po upozorenju Massimu Busacci da stiže oluja i da se pripremi, na kojem mu je Švicarac "zahvalio" riječima:

- Ne razumijem te, o čemu pričaš ti? To nije moj problem, šuti. Koncentriraj se Ivane, ne pričaj bez veze.

Kolarić je susret prvoplasirane i drugoplasirane momčadi lige odsudio praktički bez zamjerki, iako se radilo o tvrdoj utakmici s puno duela. Na ukupno 28 prekršaja dodijelio je samo jedan žuti karton, a osim situacije u kojoj je pao na glumu Tonija Fruka, nije imao propusta. Kriterij mu je bio ujednačen, a svoj autoritet nije pokušavao nametnuti razbacivanjem javnim opomenama, što je inače jedan od omiljenih "alata" hrvatskih sudaca.

Jadranski derbi na Rujevici primjer je kako bi trebalo izgledati dobro suđenje, ali je ujedno i poruka Brunu Mariću i ostalima da "kmečavci s juga" mogu prihvatiti i poraz na račun kaznenog udarca kada je utakmica odsuđena dobro, a djelitelj pravde ne djeluje tendenciozno.

Vidjeli smo što se dogodilo pretprošlog vikenda na susretu Tottenhama i Liverpoola. Loša komunikacija između sudaca rezultirala je time da Redsima nije priznat čisti pogodak, iako su se svi u VAR sobi složili da gol treba biti priznat. Nakon što je Premier liga objavila snimku onoga što se događalo u tim trenutcima, sve je dobilo nadrealnu notu.

Poanta svega je da se čak i takve neshvatljive greške mogu dogoditi, ali ih je lakše prihvatiti kada javnost vidi i čuje što stoji u njihovoj pozadini. Zbog toga HNS ozbiljno treba razmisliti o uspostavljanju nekakve komunikacije s javnosti koja se ne ogleda samo u suhoparnim analizama koje se ne objavljuju redovito i nakon kojih u pravilu ostaje više pitanja nego odgovora.

A ono što je još važnije za promjenu percepcije javnosti jest osvrt na te sitne sudačke odluke koje same po sebi nisu presudne, ali koje nakupljene na hrpu itekako mogu imati utjecaj na konačni rezultat. Jer dok Marićeva komisija stavlja na hlađenje suce zbog neslaganja s njihovim kriterijem, a s javnosti uopće ne komunicira o tim kriterijima, nezadovoljstva i sumnji uvijek će biti.

Teško se prisjetiti neke Hajdukove utakmice koju je odlučio kazneni udarac, a da nakon nje nije bilo sudačkih repova. Još je teže prisjetiti se derbija koji je Hajduk izgubio na račun kaznenog udarca, a da se nakon nje suca nije spominjalo kao jednog od "ključnih igrača protivničke momčadi".

Ruka Filipa Krovinovića i pogodak Nike Jankovića s bijele točke odveli su Rijeku na prvo mjesto HNL-a prije reprezentativne stanke, a Bijele ponovno bacili u depresiju prije dvotjedne pauze. No, odluku Patrika Kolarića nakon pregleda snimke nitko zapravo nije preispitivao.

Jadranski derbi na Rujevici tako nam je na neki način i dokazao da su prijelomne odluke i kardinalne greške sudaca (pritom naglašavam da Kolarić nije pogriješio) često zapravo manji problem i sporedni razlog pojave narativa o pristranosti sudaca.

Najveći problem kod predstava djelitelja pravde u HNL-u su oni sitni prekršaji i "nebitne" situacije,  one koje ne završe u analizama na HRT-u, MAXSportu i ostalim medijima. Drugim riječima, najviše su sporni neujednačeni sudački kriteriji kod onih sitnih 50/50 situacija.

- Moram reći da je sudac bio loš. Svaka odluka na 50/50 je bila za njih. Možda sam srušio neke kriterije, ali eto. Gledao sam Tottenham - Liverpool, velika pogreška se dogodila, ali došla su gospoda Englezi i rekli: "Bili smo loši". Ovdje nitko neće reći bili smo loši - kazao je trener Bijelih nakon derbija s Dinamom.

Hajduk je u tom susretu pobijedio, a Igor Pajač nije imao nijednu kardinalnu pogrešku. Čak je i HRT-ov stručnjak za suđenje, "spin doktor" Marijo Strahonja, rekao da je sudac iz Sv. Ivana Zeline (mjesta udaljenog oko 25 kilometara od Zagreba) "jako dobro" odsudio susret ekipa iz Splita i Zagreba.

Kako to obično biva, nije bilo kardinalnih grešaka i odmah je suđenje "jako dobro". Komisija sudaca HNS-a još nije ni objavila svoju analizu 10. kola, ali ni u njoj vjerojatno neće biti spomena Pajača, jer nije bilo propuštenog ili krivo dosuđenog kaznenog udarca, a ni crvenog kartona.

Nitko od njih zapravo ne analizira cjelokupnu predstavu suca, odnosno njegov kriterij, a upravo je to najveći problem zbog kojeg su praktički svi klubovi u ligi nezadovoljni i sporadično rigaju vatru. Ono što je u 30. minuti prekršaj za žuti karton, tom istom sucu u 55. neće biti povod niti da stavi zviždaljku u usta. O ujednačenosti kriterija jednog suca na različitim utakmicama ne trebamo ni maštati, a kamoli još o jednakom tumačenju identičnih situacija od različitih djelitelja pravde.

Zbog toga naši suci u Europi nastupaju rijetko, a na najvećim natjecanjima nisu dijelili pravdu od hrvatske samostalnosti. Ivan Bebek je kao četvrti sudac na Euru 2008. ostao upamćen po upozorenju Massimu Busacci da stiže oluja i da se pripremi, na kojem mu je Švicarac "zahvalio" riječima:

- Ne razumijem te, o čemu pričaš ti? To nije moj problem, šuti. Koncentriraj se Ivane, ne pričaj bez veze.

Kolarić je susret prvoplasirane i drugoplasirane momčadi lige odsudio praktički bez zamjerki, iako se radilo o tvrdoj utakmici s puno duela. Na ukupno 28 prekršaja dodijelio je samo jedan žuti karton, a osim situacije u kojoj je pao na glumu Tonija Fruka, nije imao propusta. Kriterij mu je bio ujednačen, a svoj autoritet nije pokušavao nametnuti razbacivanjem javnim opomenama, što je inače jedan od omiljenih "alata" hrvatskih sudaca.

Jadranski derbi na Rujevici primjer je kako bi trebalo izgledati dobro suđenje, ali je ujedno i poruka Brunu Mariću i ostalima da "kmečavci s juga" mogu prihvatiti i poraz na račun kaznenog udarca kada je utakmica odsuđena dobro, a djelitelj pravde ne djeluje tendenciozno.

Vidjeli smo što se dogodilo pretprošlog vikenda na susretu Tottenhama i Liverpoola. Loša komunikacija između sudaca rezultirala je time da Redsima nije priznat čisti pogodak, iako su se svi u VAR sobi složili da gol treba biti priznat. Nakon što je Premier liga objavila snimku onoga što se događalo u tim trenutcima, sve je dobilo nadrealnu notu.

Poanta svega je da se čak i takve neshvatljive greške mogu dogoditi, ali ih je lakše prihvatiti kada javnost vidi i čuje što stoji u njihovoj pozadini. Zbog toga HNS ozbiljno treba razmisliti o uspostavljanju nekakve komunikacije s javnosti koja se ne ogleda samo u suhoparnim analizama koje se ne objavljuju redovito i nakon kojih u pravilu ostaje više pitanja nego odgovora.

A ono što je još važnije za promjenu percepcije javnosti jest osvrt na te sitne sudačke odluke koje same po sebi nisu presudne, ali koje nakupljene na hrpu itekako mogu imati utjecaj na konačni rezultat. Jer dok Marićeva komisija stavlja na hlađenje suce zbog neslaganja s njihovim kriterijem, a s javnosti uopće ne komunicira o tim kriterijima, nezadovoljstva i sumnji uvijek će biti.
