Županiji ima tko da piše, a to je Javna ustanova za upravljanje park-šumom Marjan.

Kako nam je potvrdio Stipe Mušura, v.d. ravnatelja Javne ustanove, poslat će županijskoj nadležnoj službi optužni prijedlog koji su već uputili Prekršajnom sudu u Splitu protiv koncesionara na Benama tvrtke "National" i odgovorne osobe Ante Vukorepe.

Kerumova zeta i njegovu tvrtku Javna ustanova tereti za kršenje Zakona o zaštiti prirode i nepoštovanje uvjeta iz odluke o dodjeli koncesije koju je 2018. dobio od Županije.

Koncesionara Javna ustanova optužuje za hortikulturalnu neuređenost, zapuštenu urbanu opremu, da su mu naprave za igru za djecu bez atesta, kao i za to što nije dostavljen plan korištenja koncesionarskog područja zajedno s certifikatima, a što je trebalo biti napravljeno u roku od 30 dana od dobivanja koncesije.

Matea Dorčić, pročelnica županijskog Upravnog odjela za turizam i pomorstvo, izjavila je za "Slobodnu" kako nemaju povoda za postupanje protiv koncesionara na Benama, između ostalog, i zato što nisu dobili "nikakav podnesak od Javne ustanove za upravljanje park-šumom Marjan u kojemu upozoravaju na nepridržavanje uvjeta iz Odluke o davanju koncesije".

Jučer smo pitali Mušuru jesu li poštu uputili Županiji. On nam je odgovorio da ne zna, jer nije u uredu. Danas smo ga opet upitali, a on je potvrdio da će Županija dobiti njihovo pismo.

Zapuštena komunalna oprema na Benama

– Provjerio sam u arhivi, išlo je prema Prekršajnom sudu. Dao sam nalog čuvaru prirode da sve što piše u optužnom prijedlogu pošalje pismenim otpravkom na adresu Županije, odnosno resorne pročelnice – kazao nam je Stipe Mušura.

U Odluci kojom je koncesija dodijeljena do 2033. godine stoji da koncesionar treba 30 dana od potpisivanja ugovora dostaviti Plan o korištenju koncesioniranog područja, u kojem će jasno navesti mikrolokacije sprava za igru djece sa svim odgovarajućim certifikatima sukladno pravilima struke.

Također, stoji da je koncesionar dužan cijelo područje održavati, uključujući hortikulturu i urbanu opremu te prikupljati smeće.

Županiji ima tko da piše, a to je Javna ustanova za upravljanje park-šumom Marjan.

Kako nam je potvrdio Stipe Mušura, v.d. ravnatelja Javne ustanove, poslat će županijskoj nadležnoj službi optužni prijedlog koji su već uputili Prekršajnom sudu u Splitu protiv koncesionara na Benama tvrtke "National" i odgovorne osobe Ante Vukorepe.

Kerumova zeta i njegovu tvrtku Javna ustanova tereti za kršenje Zakona o zaštiti prirode i nepoštovanje uvjeta iz odluke o dodjeli koncesije koju je 2018. dobio od Županije.

Koncesionara Javna ustanova optužuje za hortikulturalnu neuređenost, zapuštenu urbanu opremu, da su mu naprave za igru za djecu bez atesta, kao i za to što nije dostavljen plan korištenja koncesionarskog područja zajedno s certifikatima, a što je trebalo biti napravljeno u roku od 30 dana od dobivanja koncesije.

Matea Dorčić, pročelnica županijskog Upravnog odjela za turizam i pomorstvo, izjavila je za "Slobodnu" kako nemaju povoda za postupanje protiv koncesionara na Benama, između ostalog, i zato što nisu dobili "nikakav podnesak od Javne ustanove za upravljanje park-šumom Marjan u kojemu upozoravaju na nepridržavanje uvjeta iz Odluke o davanju koncesije".

Jučer smo pitali Mušuru jesu li poštu uputili Županiji. On nam je odgovorio da ne zna, jer nije u uredu. Danas smo ga opet upitali, a on je potvrdio da će Županija dobiti njihovo pismo.

– Provjerio sam u arhivi, išlo je prema Prekršajnom sudu. Dao sam nalog čuvaru prirode da sve što piše u optužnom prijedlogu pošalje pismenim otpravkom na adresu Županije, odnosno resorne pročelnice – kazao nam je Stipe Mušura.

U Odluci kojom je koncesija dodijeljena do 2033. godine stoji da koncesionar treba 30 dana od potpisivanja ugovora dostaviti Plan o korištenju koncesioniranog područja, u kojem će jasno navesti mikrolokacije sprava za igru djece sa svim odgovarajućim certifikatima sukladno pravilima struke.

Također, stoji da je koncesionar dužan cijelo područje održavati, uključujući hortikulturu i urbanu opremu te prikupljati smeće.
