Dva visoka bora koja su se nalazila na zelenoj površini podno Tvrđave Gripe u Glagoljaškoj ulici u četvrtak su “platila glavom”.

Sve do temelja, posječena su na zgražanje stanovnika kotara Lučac - Manuš koji su nas nazvali nemoćni pred još jednom devastacijom ono malo zelenila što nam je preostalo u gradu.

- Situacija je sve dramatičnija jer ovi zaštićeni borovi naočigled nestaju! Ovo je zaista tužno, a mi ne možemo ništa učiniti. Nas stanare udaljene desetak metara nitko nije obavijestio ni o čemu, a ovdje bager ruje već mjesecima i uništava sve pred sobom. Čuli smo da se tu planira izgradnja stambene zgrade skupih kvadrata, investitor je čak kucao nekima na vrata tražeći neke parcele, ali ništa službeno ne znamo - kazala nam je jedna od stanovnica tog kotara koja nam je poslala fotografije stabala.

Legalna sječa

Na njezinu žalost, sječu stabala odobrio je Upravni odjel za komunalno gospodarstvo Grada Splita koji je uz Konzervatorski odjel, kontaktirala tvrtka “Cacao”, tražeći suglasnost za uklanjanje drveća koje “onemogućava nastavak istraživanja i prezentaciju sjeverozapadnog bastiona”.

- Odjel je suglasan uz obveznu supstituciju sadnje najmanje duplog broja sadnica prsnog promjera 20 centimetara i što bliže okolišu obavljene sječe - stoji u odgovoru gradskoga komunalnog odjela.

Nakon što su nas krajem rujna prošle godine kontaktirali stanari ulica podno Tvrđave Gripe zbog pojave bagera na zelenoj površini u Glagoljaškoj ulici, izišli smo na teren i u razgovoru s arheolozima koje smo tamo zatekli, doznali kako je riječ o istraživanju ostataka sjeverozapadnog bastiona Tvrđave Gripe koji je svojedobno srušen.

Na upit vezan uz sumnje okolnih stanara je li u pitanju možda trasiranje terena zbog buduće gradnje kakvog stambenog objekta na toj atraktivnoj lokaciji, arheolozi su odmahnuli rukom, uvjeravajući nas kako nema govora o novogradnji. Potvrdili su nam to i prije nekoliko dana kada su potvrdili da su naišli na očekivano - ostatke nedovršenog bastiona tvrđave i to u solidnom stanju.

- Ostaci izgledaju impozantno iako su na nekim dijelovima prekinuti tijekom starih intervencija. Čak su i neke cijevi tu provučene, a vrijeme će pokazati kako sve to izgleda. U konačnici, resorno Ministarstvo će odlučiti što će s tim ostacima, no, mišljenja smo da bi ih bilo lijepo prezentirati javnosti - kazao nam je tada arheolog iz tvrtke “Kaukal” koji vodi istraživanje pod paskom konzervatora.

O nekakvoj zgradi, hotelu ili sličnom - ni riječi, sve dok nismo došli do simulacije trokutastog objekta koji bi svojim izgledom mogao “glumiti” arheološku senzaciju, odnosno bastion.

Novi stambeni kvadrati

Znate kako to već ide - potencijalni kupci interesiraju se za nove kvadrate na atraktivnim lokacijama, pa je tako jednom od njih stigla i skica trokatnice s prizemljem upravo na mjestu srušenih stabala, odnosno sjeverozapadnog dijela bastiona Tvrđave Gripe iz 17. stoljeća.

- Lokacija sjajna, kvadrat će bit između 3800 i 5000 eura - kaže potencijalni kupac koji još uvijek sanja stan u novogradnji jer uvidom u službenu evidenciju Upravnog odjela za prostorno planiranje, uređenje i zaštitu okoliša Grada Splita, utvrđeno je da nije zatražena građevinska niti lokacijska dozvola na katastarskoj čestici zemljišta 5949 k.o. Split, kako su nam i kazali iz navedenog odjela.

Prema aktualnim podacima iz Zemljišnika, vlasnica polovine zemljišta na kojem se provode istraživanja je tvrtka “Cacao” iza koje stoji Katarina Kraljević, suinvestitorica i suvlasnica velike vile na Lučcu, na razmeđi Ulica kneza Mislava i Rokove, koja nije “sjela” susjedima, ali ni struci koja je kritizirala “ubacivanje” toliko velike suvremene forme u još uvijek pretežito okruženje kamenih kuća nekadašnjega težačkog kvarta.

Druga polovina parcele, ukupne površine 1050 kvadrata, još uvijek se vodi u “pretpotopnom” statusu općenarodne imovine, i to s pravom upravljanja koje glasi na Gradski narodni odbor, pravnog prethodnika kasnije općine, a današnjega Grada Splita. Po GUP-u, parcela se nalazi u zoni isključive stambene namjene. E sad, što će na kraju niknuti na toj parceli - živi bili pa vidili.

Dva visoka bora koja su se nalazila na zelenoj površini podno Tvrđave Gripe u Glagoljaškoj ulici u četvrtak su “platila glavom”.

Sve do temelja, posječena su na zgražanje stanovnika kotara Lučac - Manuš koji su nas nazvali nemoćni pred još jednom devastacijom ono malo zelenila što nam je preostalo u gradu.

- Situacija je sve dramatičnija jer ovi zaštićeni borovi naočigled nestaju! Ovo je zaista tužno, a mi ne možemo ništa učiniti. Nas stanare udaljene desetak metara nitko nije obavijestio ni o čemu, a ovdje bager ruje već mjesecima i uništava sve pred sobom. Čuli smo da se tu planira izgradnja stambene zgrade skupih kvadrata, investitor je čak kucao nekima na vrata tražeći neke parcele, ali ništa službeno ne znamo - kazala nam je jedna od stanovnica tog kotara koja nam je poslala fotografije stabala.

Legalna sječa

Na njezinu žalost, sječu stabala odobrio je Upravni odjel za komunalno gospodarstvo Grada Splita koji je uz Konzervatorski odjel, kontaktirala tvrtka “Cacao”, tražeći suglasnost za uklanjanje drveća koje “onemogućava nastavak istraživanja i prezentaciju sjeverozapadnog bastiona”.

- Odjel je suglasan uz obveznu supstituciju sadnje najmanje duplog broja sadnica prsnog promjera 20 centimetara i što bliže okolišu obavljene sječe - stoji u odgovoru gradskoga komunalnog odjela.

Nakon što su nas krajem rujna prošle godine kontaktirali stanari ulica podno Tvrđave Gripe zbog pojave bagera na zelenoj površini u Glagoljaškoj ulici, izišli smo na teren i u razgovoru s arheolozima koje smo tamo zatekli, doznali kako je riječ o istraživanju ostataka sjeverozapadnog bastiona Tvrđave Gripe koji je svojedobno srušen.

Na upit vezan uz sumnje okolnih stanara je li u pitanju možda trasiranje terena zbog buduće gradnje kakvog stambenog objekta na toj atraktivnoj lokaciji, arheolozi su odmahnuli rukom, uvjeravajući nas kako nema govora o novogradnji. Potvrdili su nam to i prije nekoliko dana kada su potvrdili da su naišli na očekivano - ostatke nedovršenog bastiona tvrđave i to u solidnom stanju.

- Ostaci izgledaju impozantno iako su na nekim dijelovima prekinuti tijekom starih intervencija. Čak su i neke cijevi tu provučene, a vrijeme će pokazati kako sve to izgleda. U konačnici, resorno Ministarstvo će odlučiti što će s tim ostacima, no, mišljenja smo da bi ih bilo lijepo prezentirati javnosti - kazao nam je tada arheolog iz tvrtke “Kaukal” koji vodi istraživanje pod paskom konzervatora.

O nekakvoj zgradi, hotelu ili sličnom - ni riječi, sve dok nismo došli do simulacije trokutastog objekta koji bi svojim izgledom mogao “glumiti” arheološku senzaciju, odnosno bastion.

Novi stambeni kvadrati

Znate kako to već ide - potencijalni kupci interesiraju se za nove kvadrate na atraktivnim lokacijama, pa je tako jednom od njih stigla i skica trokatnice s prizemljem upravo na mjestu srušenih stabala, odnosno sjeverozapadnog dijela bastiona Tvrđave Gripe iz 17. stoljeća.

- Lokacija sjajna, kvadrat će bit između 3800 i 5000 eura - kaže potencijalni kupac koji još uvijek sanja stan u novogradnji jer uvidom u službenu evidenciju Upravnog odjela za prostorno planiranje, uređenje i zaštitu okoliša Grada Splita, utvrđeno je da nije zatražena građevinska niti lokacijska dozvola na katastarskoj čestici zemljišta 5949 k.o. Split, kako su nam i kazali iz navedenog odjela.

Prema aktualnim podacima iz Zemljišnika, vlasnica polovine zemljišta na kojem se provode istraživanja je tvrtka “Cacao” iza koje stoji Katarina Kraljević, suinvestitorica i suvlasnica velike vile na Lučcu, na razmeđi Ulica kneza Mislava i Rokove, koja nije “sjela” susjedima, ali ni struci koja je kritizirala “ubacivanje” toliko velike suvremene forme u još uvijek pretežito okruženje kamenih kuća nekadašnjega težačkog kvarta.

Druga polovina parcele, ukupne površine 1050 kvadrata, još uvijek se vodi u “pretpotopnom” statusu općenarodne imovine, i to s pravom upravljanja koje glasi na Gradski narodni odbor, pravnog prethodnika kasnije općine, a današnjega Grada Splita. Po GUP-u, parcela se nalazi u zoni isključive stambene namjene. E sad, što će na kraju niknuti na toj parceli - živi bili pa vidili.

Splittajni plan?

Na mjestu posječenih borova kod Tvrđave Gripe niče zgrada?! Do jednog Splićanina došla skica, susjedi su ogorčeni, već se spominje i cijena kvadrata

Dva visoka bora koja su se nalazila na zelenoj površini podno Tvrđave Gripe u Glagoljaškoj ulici u četvrtak su “platila glavom”.

Sve do temelja, posječena su na zgražanje stanovnika kotara Lučac - Manuš koji su nas nazvali nemoćni pred još jednom devastacijom ono malo zelenila što nam je preostalo u gradu.

- Situacija je sve dramatičnija jer ovi zaštićeni borovi naočigled nestaju! Ovo je zaista tužno, a mi ne možemo ništa učiniti. Nas stanare udaljene desetak metara nitko nije obavijestio ni o čemu, a ovdje bager ruje već mjesecima i uništava sve pred sobom. Čuli smo da se tu planira izgradnja stambene zgrade skupih kvadrata, investitor je čak kucao nekima na vrata tražeći neke parcele, ali ništa službeno ne znamo - kazala nam je jedna od stanovnica tog kotara koja nam je p...
