Rogozničko komunalno poduzeće 'Škovacin' i dalje muku muči s divljim odlagalištima. Komunalci tvrde da ih redovito uklanjaju, međutim uz skrovite puteve i u tuđe ograde svakodnevno se bacaju nove količine glomaznog i građevinskog otpada. Posebno je problematičan građevinski otpad kojeg izvođači radova naplate investitoru, ali umjesto na deponiju    završi negdje uz bijeli put.

Iz 'Škovacina' javno mole građane da to ne rade, traže od građana da ih se pozove i oni će na propisan način zbrinuti svaki otpad. Ovako odloženo smeće velika je šteta turističkoj općini, a i opasno je i za zdravlje ljudi.

Odluka o divljim deponijama koja je dekretom Vlade RH brzinskim postupkom donesena  još 2018. godine sadrži niz mjera koje bi trebale spriječiti i ukloniti divlja odlagališta, a općina je prema toj trebala trebala raditi i na edukaciji stanovništva. Jedinice lokalne samouprave dužne su uspostaviti sustav za primanje obavijesti o nelegalno deponiranom otpadu, evidenciju i nadzor lokacija na kojima je otpad odbačen.

Dužni su redovito provoditi nadzor svoga područja, postaviti znakove upozorenja i provesti sve izobrazno-informativne aktivnosti o gospodarenju s otpadom. 

Ukoliko se ne pronađe onečišćivač okoliša i ne zna se  vlasnik zemljišta otpad nakon proteka zakonskog roka mora ukloniti općina, ako pak vlasnik ili posjednik ne dozvoljava uklanjanje otpada, a komunalni redar procijeni da se radi o opasnom otpadu općina mora zatražiti asistenciju policije i sudske naloge.

Prema ovoj odluci Općina, a ne komunalno poduzeće 'Škovacin', dužna je sanirati  divlja odlagališta. Na području Općine Rogoznica svo smeće bačeno izvan kućnih kanti i zelenih otoka je divlje odlagalište. Općini Rogoznica, a ne komunalnom poduzeću 'Škovacin', zakonski je ostavljena mogućnost i pravo na naknadu troškova uklanjanja divljih deponija, naravno ako se pronađe počinitelj. Općinska Odluka o komunalnom redu koja ima zakonsku snagu za zagađivače okoliša i uništavanje  zaštićenog zelenila propisuje visoke kazne  i to do 10 tisuća kuna. Njih ne može naplati komunalno poduzeće 'Škovacin', ali može Općina. 

Propisno zbrinjavanja otpada je očito kompleksan posao i nikako ne može biti isključivo briga lokalne komunalne tvrtke koja zakonski ne može ispisivati kazne. Svatko treba odraditi svoj dio posla. Potrebna je točna i potpuna evidencija korisnika usluga, ne može 700 kuća ne plaćati odvoz smeće, tako se gube milijuni. I za nerazvrstavanja otpada zakonskom regulativom i odlukama o komunalnom redu predviđene su  novčane sankcije, treba ih naplati. Uostalom to su direktive EU, a mi smo dio  te Europske unije.

Rogozničko komunalno poduzeće 'Škovacin' i dalje muku muči s divljim odlagalištima. Komunalci tvrde da ih redovito uklanjaju, međutim uz skrovite puteve i u tuđe ograde svakodnevno se bacaju nove količine glomaznog i građevinskog otpada. Posebno je problematičan građevinski otpad kojeg izvođači radova naplate investitoru, ali umjesto na deponiju    završi negdje uz bijeli put.

Iz 'Škovacina' javno mole građane da to ne rade, traže od građana da ih se pozove i oni će na propisan način zbrinuti svaki otpad. Ovako odloženo smeće velika je šteta turističkoj općini, a i opasno je i za zdravlje ljudi.

Odluka o divljim deponijama koja je dekretom Vlade RH brzinskim postupkom donesena  još 2018. godine sadrži niz mjera koje bi trebale spriječiti i ukloniti divlja odlagališta, a općina je prema toj trebala trebala raditi i na edukaciji stanovništva. Jedinice lokalne samouprave dužne su uspostaviti sustav za primanje obavijesti o nelegalno deponiranom otpadu, evidenciju i nadzor lokacija na kojima je otpad odbačen.

Dužni su redovito provoditi nadzor svoga područja, postaviti znakove upozorenja i provesti sve izobrazno-informativne aktivnosti o gospodarenju s otpadom. 

Ukoliko se ne pronađe onečišćivač okoliša i ne zna se  vlasnik zemljišta otpad nakon proteka zakonskog roka mora ukloniti općina, ako pak vlasnik ili posjednik ne dozvoljava uklanjanje otpada, a komunalni redar procijeni da se radi o opasnom otpadu općina mora zatražiti asistenciju policije i sudske naloge.

Prema ovoj odluci Općina, a ne komunalno poduzeće 'Škovacin', dužna je sanirati  divlja odlagališta. Na području Općine Rogoznica svo smeće bačeno izvan kućnih kanti i zelenih otoka je divlje odlagalište. Općini Rogoznica, a ne komunalnom poduzeću 'Škovacin', zakonski je ostavljena mogućnost i pravo na naknadu troškova uklanjanja divljih deponija, naravno ako se pronađe počinitelj. Općinska Odluka o komunalnom redu koja ima zakonsku snagu za zagađivače okoliša i uništavanje  zaštićenog zelenila propisuje visoke kazne  i to do 10 tisuća kuna. Njih ne može naplati komunalno poduzeće 'Škovacin', ali može Općina. 

Propisno zbrinjavanja otpada je očito kompleksan posao i nikako ne može biti isključivo briga lokalne komunalne tvrtke koja zakonski ne može ispisivati kazne. Svatko treba odraditi svoj dio posla. Potrebna je točna i potpuna evidencija korisnika usluga, ne može 700 kuća ne plaćati odvoz smeće, tako se gube milijuni. I za nerazvrstavanja otpada zakonskom regulativom i odlukama o komunalnom redu predviđene su  novčane sankcije, treba ih naplati. Uostalom to su direktive EU, a mi smo dio  te Europske unije.

Zašto Rogozničani stvaraju ilegalna odlagališta otpada i ugrožavaju turizam? Komunalci na mukama, Općina može naplatiti masne kazne

Rogozničko komunalno poduzeće 'Škovacin' i dalje muku muči s divljim odlagalištima. Komunalci tvrde da ih redovito uklanjaju, međutim uz skrovite puteve i u tuđe ograde svakodnevno se bacaju nove količine glomaznog i građevinskog otpada. Posebno je problematičan građevinski otpad kojeg izvođači radova naplate investitoru, ali umjesto na deponiju    završi negdje uz bijeli put.

Iz 'Škovacina' javno mole građane da to ne rade, traže od građana da ih se pozove i oni će na propisan način zbrinuti svaki otpad. Ovako odloženo smeće velika je šteta turističkoj općini, a i opasno je i za zdravlje ljudi.

Odluka o divljim deponijama koja je dekretom Vlade RH brzinskim postupkom donesena  još 2018. godine sadrži niz mjera koje bi trebale spriječiti i ukloniti divlja odlagališta, a općina je prema toj trebala trebala raditi i na edukaciji stanovništva. Jedinice lokalne samouprave dužne su uspostaviti sustav za primanje obavijesti o nelegalno deponiranom otpadu, evidenciju i nadzor lokacija na kojima je otpad odbačen.

Dužni su redovito provoditi nadzor svoga područja, postaviti znakove upozorenja i provesti sve izobrazno-informativne aktivnosti o gospodarenju s otpadom. 

Ukoliko se ne pronađe onečišćivač okoliša i ne zna se  vlasnik zemljišta otpad nakon proteka zakonskog roka mora ukloniti općina, ako pak vlasnik ili posjednik ne dozvoljava uklanjanje otpada, a komunalni redar procijeni da se radi o opasnom otpadu općina mora zatražiti asistenciju policije i sudske naloge.

Prema ovoj odluci Općina, a ne komunalno poduzeće 'Škovacin', dužna je sanirati  divlja odlagališta. Na području Općine Rogoznica svo smeće bačeno izvan kućnih kanti i zelenih otoka je divlje odlagalište. Općini Rogoznica, a ne komunalnom poduzeću 'Škovacin', zakonski je ostavljena mogućnost i pravo na naknadu troškova uklanjanja divljih deponija, naravno ako se pronađe počinitelj. Općinska Odluka o komunalnom redu koja ima zakonsku snagu za zagađivače okoliša i uništavanje  zaštićenog zelenila propisuje visoke kazne  i to do 10 tisuća kuna. Njih ne može naplati komunalno poduzeće 'Škovacin', ali može Općina. 

Propisno zbrinjavanja otpada je očito kompleksan posao i nikako ne može biti isključivo briga lokalne komunalne tvrtke koja zakonski ne može ispisivati kazne. Svatko treba odraditi svoj dio posla.
