Rogozničko Općinsko vijeće prihvatilo je godišnje izvješće o izvršenju proračuna za prošlu godinu. Prihodi i primici u 2019. godini ostavareni su u iznosu od 25,8 milijuna kuna ili 95,23 posto od planiranog.

Prošla godina bila je financijski uspješna, ostvaren je višak prihoda od poslovanja u iznosu od čak 9,4 milijuna kuna, konac godine zaključili su sa 6,5 miljuna kuna nenaplaćenih potraživanja, a općinske obveze prema dobavljačima bitno su manje i iznose 1,7 milijuna kuna. Preneseni višak iz prethodnih godina iznosi 14,6 milijuna kuna. Proračun se najviše punili općinski porezi čak 56,42 posto, te adminstrativne pristojbe 31,65 posto.

Prihodi od poreza na promet nekretninama ostvareni su u iznosu od 8,1 milijun kuna, što je ipak za 1,6 milijuna kuna manje nego u 2018, ali su zato rasli prihodi od poreza i prireza na dohodak i to za 900 tisuća kuna.

Na žalost, rekla je rogoznička načelnica Sandra Jakelić, zbog korona-krize ova godina neće biti ni približno tako dobra, pa su se optimistični financijski planovi za 2020. morali rebalansirati.

Novi financijski plan umanjen je za trećinu ili za 7 milijuna kuna i sada iznosi 19,7 miljuna kuna. Zato se odustalo od uređenja plaže u Ražnju u što je trebalo uložiti oko tri milijuna kuna, kao i od gradnje dijela groblja u Dvornicama, a neće biti ni novih nerazvrstanh cesta i puteva. Od velikih kapitalnih projekata ipak se nije odustalo pa je Općinsko vijeće donjelo povijesnu odluku:

Općina Rogoznica od svog osnutka 1997. prvi put se zadužuje kod poslovnih banaka u iznosu od 25 milijuna kuna. Novac je namjenjen za drugu fazu uređenja rogozničke rive i za gradnju sportske dovorane. Rok korištenja kredita je do konca iduće godine, a kamatna stopa iznosi 1,50 posto.

Vijeće je donjelo odluku o odgodi plaćanja i otpisu komunalne naknade za poduzeća i obrte koji nisu mogli raditi zbog epidemije COVID-19 virusa i odluka Stožera civilne zaštite. Onima koji su ipak mogli raditi, ali otežano, odgađa se plaćanje komunalne naknade za godinu dana i to za ožujak, travanj i svibanj, a onima koji nisu mogli raditi za ta tri mjeseca otpisuju se dugovi.

Ugostiteljima i drugim korisnicima javne povrišine koji su u razdoblju od 1. ožujka do 31. svibnja imali zatvorene svoje lokale i štandove neće se naplatiti korištenje javne površine, a ostatak godine cijena štekata će im se prepoloviti.

Rogozničko Općinsko vijeće prihvatilo je godišnje izvješće o izvršenju proračuna za prošlu godinu. Prihodi i primici u 2019. godini ostavareni su u iznosu od 25,8 milijuna kuna ili 95,23 posto od planiranog.

Prošla godina bila je financijski uspješna, ostvaren je višak prihoda od poslovanja u iznosu od čak 9,4 milijuna kuna, konac godine zaključili su sa 6,5 miljuna kuna nenaplaćenih potraživanja, a općinske obveze prema dobavljačima bitno su manje i iznose 1,7 milijuna kuna. Preneseni višak iz prethodnih godina iznosi 14,6 milijuna kuna. Proračun se najviše punili općinski porezi čak 56,42 posto, te adminstrativne pristojbe 31,65 posto.

Prihodi od poreza na promet nekretninama ostvareni su u iznosu od 8,1 milijun kuna, što je ipak za 1,6 milijuna kuna manje nego u 2018, ali su zato rasli prihodi od poreza i prireza na dohodak i to za 900 tisuća kuna.

Na žalost, rekla je rogoznička načelnica Sandra Jakelić, zbog korona-krize ova godina neće biti ni približno tako dobra, pa su se optimistični financijski planovi za 2020. morali rebalansirati.

Novi financijski plan umanjen je za trećinu ili za 7 milijuna kuna i sada iznosi 19,7 miljuna kuna. Zato se odustalo od uređenja plaže u Ražnju u što je trebalo uložiti oko tri milijuna kuna, kao i od gradnje dijela groblja u Dvornicama, a neće biti ni novih nerazvrstanh cesta i puteva. Od velikih kapitalnih projekata ipak se nije odustalo pa je Općinsko vijeće donjelo povijesnu odluku:

Općina Rogoznica od svog osnutka 1997. prvi put se zadužuje kod poslovnih banaka u iznosu od 25 milijuna kuna. Novac je namjenjen za drugu fazu uređenja rogozničke rive i za gradnju sportske dovorane. Rok korištenja kredita je do konca iduće godine, a kamatna stopa iznosi 1,50 posto.

Vijeće je donjelo odluku o odgodi plaćanja i otpisu komunalne naknade za poduzeća i obrte koji nisu mogli raditi zbog epidemije COVID-19 virusa i odluka Stožera civilne zaštite. Onima koji su ipak mogli raditi, ali otežano, odgađa se plaćanje komunalne naknade za godinu dana i to za ožujak, travanj i svibanj, a onima koji nisu mogli raditi za ta tri mjeseca otpisuju se dugovi.

Ugostiteljima i drugim korisnicima javne povrišine koji su u razdoblju od 1. ožujka do 31. svibnja imali zatvorene svoje lokale i štandove neće se naplatiti korištenje javne površine, a ostatak godine cijena štekata će im se prepoloviti.

Rogozničko Općinsko vijeće prihvatilo je godišnje izvješće o izvršenju proračuna za prošlu godinu. Prihodi i primici u 2019. godini ostavareni su u iznosu od 25,8 milijuna kuna ili 95,23 posto od planiranog.

Prošla godina bila je financijski uspješna, ostvaren je višak prihoda od poslovanja u iznosu od čak 9,4 milijuna kuna, konac godine zaključili su sa 6,5 miljuna kuna nenaplaćenih potraživanja, a općinske obveze prema dobavljačima bitno su manje i iznose 1,7 milijuna kuna. Preneseni višak iz prethodnih godina iznosi 14,6 milijuna kuna. Proračun se najviše punili općinski porezi čak 56,42 posto, te adminstrativne pristojbe 31,65 posto.

Prihodi od poreza na promet nekretninama ostvareni su u iznosu od 8,1 milijun kuna, što je ipak za 1,6 milijuna kuna manje nego u 2018, ali su zato rasli prihodi od poreza i prireza na dohodak i to za 900 tisuća kuna.

Na žalost, rekla je rogoznička načelnica Sandra Jakelić, zbog korona-krize ova godina neće biti ni približno tako dobra, pa su se optimistični financijski planovi za 2020. morali rebalansirati.

Novi financijski plan umanjen je za trećinu ili za 7 milijuna kuna i sada iznosi 19,7 miljuna kuna. Zato se odustalo od uređenja plaže u Ražnju u što je trebalo uložiti oko tri milijuna kuna, kao i od gradnje dijela groblja u Dvornicama, a neće biti ni novih nerazvrstanh cesta i puteva. Od velikih kapitalnih projekata ipak se nije odustalo pa je Općinsko vijeće donjelo povijesnu odluku:

Općina Rogoznica od svog osnutka 1997. prvi put se zadužuje kod poslovnih banaka u iznosu od 25 milijuna kuna. Novac je namjenjen za drugu fazu uređenja rogozničke rive i za gradnju sportske dovorane. Rok korištenja kredita je do konca iduće godine, a kamatna stopa iznosi 1,50 posto.

Vijeće je donjelo odluku o odgodi plaćanja i otpisu komunalne naknade za poduzeća i obrte koji nisu mogli raditi zbog epidemije COVID-19 virusa i odluka Stožera civilne zaštite. Onima koji su ipak mogli raditi, ali otežano, odgađa se plaćanje komunalne naknade za godinu dana i to za ožujak, travanj i svibanj, a onima koji nisu mogli raditi za ta tri mjeseca otpisuju se dugovi.

Ugostiteljima i drugim korisnicima javne povrišine koji su u razdoblju od 1. ožujka do 31. svibnja imali zatvorene svoje lokale i štandove neće se naplatiti korištenje javne površine, a ostatak godine cijena štekata će im se prepoloviti.
