Dvadeset i pet godina, što je već punih četvrt stoljeća, od uspostave Općine Pirovac, njezini će se uredi uskoro preseliti u novi prostor u centru mjesta.
Zbogom podstanarstvu
– Bit ćemo na taj način još dostupniji našim mještanima, investitorima, sve brojnijim pirovačkim gostima i svima onima koji po bilo kojem poslu navraćaju u našu općinu – kazao nam je pirovački načelnik Ivan Gulam.
Riječ je o prostoru stare ambulante i stana za liječnike, u centru mesta, koji je nakon izgradnje nove zdravstvene ustanove ostao prazan i neiskorišten, pa je Općina čitav taj kat iskoristila i prenamijenila u prostor za nove općinske urede.
– Zgrada je moderna, u potpunosti prilagođena invalidima, a dobit ćemo i opremljenu vijećnicu, koja će nam služiti za razne sastanke s mještanima, udrugama i potencijalnim investitorima – kazao je načelnik Ivan Gulam, sumirajući kako je u cijelu investiciju, zgradu i njezino opremanje utrošeno oko dva milijuna kuna. Značajna sredstva za realizaciju projekta Pirovčani su dobili nepovratno na natječaju, od resornog ministarstva, oko 350 tisuća kuna.
Ovim konačno Općina Pirovac prestaje biti i podstanar u neprimjerenom objektu za jednu instituciju. Riječ je, dakako, o prostoru koji je Općina dosad koristila, a koji je najprije bio u vlasništvu jednog beogradskog odmarališta, još prije Domovinskog rata, pa je u njemu bio MUP, a onda se u njega odmah nakon osnivanja 1997. godine uselila i novoutemeljena općinska uprava.
– Nadamo se da će useljenje uslijediti već krajem listopada, a nova općinska uprava bila je davna želja i svih dosadašnjih općinskih načelnika. No nije bilo mogućnosti jer je bilo puno važnijih i potrebnijih investicija, poput vrtića, crkve, ambulante, izgradnje novih društvenih domova u Putičanjima i Kašiću, koje smo dovršili prije nekoliko godina. Tek sada, nakon svega toga, došao je red i na općinske urede – kazao nam je mladi i agilni pirovački načelnik.
Moderno zdanje

Dvadeset i pet godina, što je već punih četvrt stoljeća, od uspostave Općine Pirovac, njezini će se uredi uskoro preseliti u novi prostor u centru mjesta.
Zbogom podstanarstvu
– Bit ćemo na taj način još dostupniji našim mještanima, investitorima, sve brojnijim pirovačkim gostima i svima onima koji po bilo kojem poslu navraćaju u našu općinu – kazao nam je pirovački načelnik Ivan Gulam.
Riječ je o prostoru stare ambulante i stana za liječnike, u centru mesta, koji je nakon izgradnje nove zdravstvene ustanove ostao prazan i neiskorišten, pa je Općina čitav taj kat iskoristila i prenamijenila u prostor za nove općinske urede.
– Zgrada je moderna, u potpunosti prilagođena invalidima, a dobit ćemo i opremljenu vijećnicu, koja će nam služiti za razne sastanke s mještanima, udrugama i potencijalnim investitorima – kazao je načelnik Ivan Gulam, sumirajući kako je u cijelu investiciju, zgradu i njezino opremanje utrošeno oko dva milijuna kuna. Značajna sredstva za realizaciju projekta Pirovčani su dobili nepovratno na natječaju, od resornog ministarstva, oko 350 tisuća kuna.
Ovim konačno Općina Pirovac prestaje biti i podstanar u neprimjerenom objektu za jednu instituciju. Riječ je, dakako, o prostoru koji je Općina dosad koristila, a koji je najprije bio u vlasništvu jednog beogradskog odmarališta, još prije Domovinskog rata, pa je u njemu bio MUP, a onda se u njega odmah nakon osnivanja 1997. godine uselila i novoutemeljena općinska uprava.
– Nadamo se da će useljenje uslijediti već krajem listopada, a nova općinska uprava bila je davna želja i svih dosadašnjih općinskih načelnika. No nije bilo mogućnosti jer je bilo puno važnijih i potrebnijih investicija, poput vrtića, crkve, ambulante, izgradnje novih društvenih domova u Putičanjima i Kašiću, koje smo dovršili prije nekoliko godina. Tek sada, nakon svega toga, došao je red i na općinske urede – kazao nam je mladi i agilni pirovački načelnik.
