Nevjerojatan građevinski zahvat izveden u Pirovcu u kojem je mještanin na jednom traku javne prometnice „zašalovao“ septičku jamu dobio je svoj završni epilog.

Betonska konstrukcija danas je 30 tona teškom dizalicom vraćena na privatnu česticu izvođača radova, kojem je, podsjetimo, suglasnost za gradnju dao sam načelnik općine Pirovac, Ivan Gulam, opravdavajući se kako je sve napravljeno prema uredno ishodovanim dozvolama.

- Radi se o tome da je čovjek, investitor, uredno ishodio sve dozvole za objekt na svom zemljištu, ali mu je more probilo u rupu koju je iskopao za crnu jamu. Zato je tražio dozvolu da na javnoj prometnici i plastičnoj podlozi išaluje betonsku jamu, koju će 30-tonska dizalica spustiti unutar parcele i sve će biti vraćeno u prvobitno stanje. Nikakav bazen, nikakva uzurpacija javne površine, sve će biti kako je prije bilo – pojasnio nam je tada načelnik, čudeći se koliku medijsku pažnju je privukla „obična“ septička jama.

Rečeno – učinjeno. Dizalica je jamu danas doista vratila na privatnu česticu što je zabilježio i načelnik Gulam, objavivši na svojoj Facebook stranici i video.

Dodajmo kako je slučaj iz Pirovca došao i do građevinske inspekcije Državnog inspektorata koja u cijeloj situaciji, baš poput općinskog načelnika također nije utvrdila ništa sporno i nezakonito.

Gradnja septičke jame nasred ceste na kojoj se promet odvija u oba smjera, dakle nije sporan, kao ni činjenica da je jedino sigurnosno upozorenje na gradnju predstavljala traka kojom je jama bila okružena.

Postavlja se onda i legitimno pitanje tko bi preuzeo odgovornost da je zbog betoniranja septičke jame na javnoj prometnici nastradao netko od sudionika u prometu ili pješaka. Opravdanje „tako se kod nas u Pirovcu radi septička jama“ je u najmanju ruku neozbiljno, ali očito je u Hrvatskoj i to dozvoljeno.

Nevjerojatan građevinski zahvat izveden u Pirovcu u kojem je mještanin na jednom traku javne prometnice „zašalovao“ septičku jamu dobio je svoj završni epilog.

Betonska konstrukcija danas je 30 tona teškom dizalicom vraćena na privatnu česticu izvođača radova, kojem je, podsjetimo, suglasnost za gradnju dao sam načelnik općine Pirovac, Ivan Gulam, opravdavajući se kako je sve napravljeno prema uredno ishodovanim dozvolama.

- Radi se o tome da je čovjek, investitor, uredno ishodio sve dozvole za objekt na svom zemljištu, ali mu je more probilo u rupu koju je iskopao za crnu jamu. Zato je tražio dozvolu da na javnoj prometnici i plastičnoj podlozi išaluje betonsku jamu, koju će 30-tonska dizalica spustiti unutar parcele i sve će biti vraćeno u prvobitno stanje. Nikakav bazen, nikakva uzurpacija javne površine, sve će biti kako je prije bilo – pojasnio nam je tada načelnik, čudeći se koliku medijsku pažnju je privukla „obična“ septička jama.

Rečeno – učinjeno. Dizalica je jamu danas doista vratila na privatnu česticu što je zabilježio i načelnik Gulam, objavivši na svojoj Facebook stranici i video.

- EKSKLUZIVNO! Prijelomna vijest! Nećete vjerovati što je učinio dizaličar! I ‘nebo plače‘ nakon ovog događaja! Odlazi bazen iz našeg mista… - napisao je Gulam, kojeg je cijela situacija očito dobro zabavila.

Dodajmo kako je slučaj iz Pirovca došao i do građevinske inspekcije Državnog inspektorata koja u cijeloj situaciji, baš poput općinskog načelnika također nije utvrdila ništa sporno i nezakonito.

Gradnja septičke jame nasred ceste na kojoj se promet odvija u oba smjera, dakle nije sporan, kao ni činjenica da je jedino sigurnosno upozorenje na gradnju predstavljala traka kojom je jama bila okružena.

Postavlja se onda i legitimno pitanje tko bi preuzeo odgovornost da je zbog betoniranja septičke jame na javnoj prometnici nastradao netko od sudionika u prometu ili pješaka. Opravdanje „tako se kod nas u Pirovcu radi septička jama“ je u najmanju ruku neozbiljno, ali očito je u Hrvatskoj i to dozvoljeno.

Epilog slučaja koji je uzbunio ‘pola‘ Hrvatske: pogledajte kako je septička jama izgrađena nasred ceste vraćena u dvorište

Nevjerojatan građevinski zahvat izveden u Pirovcu u kojem je mještanin na jednom traku javne prometnice „zašalovao“ septičku jamu dobio je svoj završni epilog.

Betonska konstrukcija danas je 30 tona teškom dizalicom vraćena na privatnu česticu izvođača radova, kojem je, podsjetimo, suglasnost za gradnju dao sam načelnik općine Pirovac, Ivan Gulam, opravdavajući se kako je sve napravljeno prema uredno ishodovanim dozvolama.

- Radi se o tome da je čovjek, investitor, uredno ishodio sve dozvole za objekt na svom zemljištu, ali mu je more probilo u rupu koju je iskopao za crnu jamu. Zato je tražio dozvolu da na javnoj prometnici i plastičnoj podlozi išaluje betonsku jamu, koju će 30-tonska dizalica spustiti unutar parcele i sve će biti vraćeno u prvobitno stanje. Nikakav bazen, nikakva uzurpacija javne površine, sve će biti kako je prije bilo – pojasnio nam je tada načelnik, čudeći se koliku medijsku pažnju je privukla „obična“ septička jama.

Rečeno – učinjeno. Dizalica je jamu danas doista vratila na privatnu česticu što je zabilježio i načelnik Gulam, objavivši na svojoj Facebook stranici i video.

- EKSKLUZIVNO! Prijelomna vijest! Nećete vjerovati što je učinio dizaličar! I ‘nebo plače‘ nakon ovog događaja! Odlazi bazen iz našeg mista… - napisao je Gulam, kojeg je cijela situacija očito dobro zabavila.

Dodajmo kako je slučaj iz Pirovca došao i do građevinske inspekcije Državnog inspektorata koja u cijeloj situaciji, baš poput općinskog načelnika također nije utvrdila ništa sporno i nezakonito.

Gradnja septičke jame nasred ceste na kojoj se promet odvija u oba smjera, dakle nije sporan, kao ni činjenica da je jedino sigurnosno upozorenje na gradnju predstavljala traka kojom je jama bila okružena.

Postavlja se onda i legitimno pitanje tko bi preuzeo odgovornost da je zbog betoniranja septičke jame na javnoj prometnici nastradao netko od sudionika u prometu ili pješaka. Opravdanje „tako se kod nas u Pirovcu radi septička jama“ je u najmanju ruku neozbiljno, ali očito je u Hrvatskoj i to dozvoljeno.
