Svaka općina ili grad ima neku superneuralgičnu točku gdje neodgovorni pojedinci i poduzetnici nelegalno odbacuju tone otpada.
Na rogozničkom području to je mikrolokacija Gnjivać, put koji se proteže od Jadranske magistrale prema izlasku na lokalnu asfaltiranu cestu prema Oglavcima. Desetljećima je trajala borba sa zagađivačima okoliša, no tome je izgleda došao kraj. Postavljeni videonadzor snimi svako vozilo i registraciju, a rogoznički komunalni redar zagađivačima pošalje “čestitku” koja može težiti i više od tisuću i 300 eura.
Odvezeno na Bikarac
Ovih dana, kaže nam Ante Baus, direktor rogozničkoga komunalnog poduzeća “Škovacin”, sanirani se i posljednji ostaci otpada.
– Po dobivenom nalogu komunalnog redarstva Općine Rogoznice, “Škovacin” je u suradnji s obrtom “Prpun Trans” iz Rogoznice odradio sanaciju, prikupljanje, ukrcaj, prijevoz i deponiranje nerazvrstanog miješanog građevinskog otpada, glomaznog otpada i zemlje na mikrolokaciji Gnjivać.

Valja napomenuti kako je prva dionica sanacije navedene mikrolokacije obavljena u 2022. godini. Tada je prikupljeno i u Županijski centar za gospodarenje otpadom Bikarac prevezeno 362 tone miješanog građevinskog otpada te 15 tona zemlje i kamenja. U odnosu na neka prijašnja vremena, sami pristup navedenoj mikrolokaciji sad je pod videonadzorom, a komunalno redarstvo je u mogućnosti utvrditi prijestupnike i izdati prekršajne naloge ako je uočen ulazak s “punom prikolicom”.
Sa sjeverne strane postavljena je zaštitna ograda u suradnji sa Županijskom upravom za ceste, dok su na drugi (sporedni) ulaz postavljeni veći komadi kamenja. Ovim putem apeliramo, s obzirom na značajna utrošena sredstva za sanaciju Gnjivaća, da se zaustavi praksa nepropisnog odlaganja otpada u okoliš, jer čista i uredna Rogoznica je nešto što smo dužni ostaviti generacijama koje dolaze – kaže nam direktor Baus.

Slike s te lokacije koje su dolazile do nas proteklih godina i mjeseci zbilja su bile jezive. Ljudi su bacali doslovno svašta: građevinski otpad, opasan otpad, stari namještaj, automobilske gume, čak i komunalni otpad... Nekoliko puta već smo pisali o toj lokaciji i objavljivali fotografije, a nije zgorega prisjetiti se kako je to izgledalo tada, a kako je sada. Nadamo se da će tako i ostati.

Svaka općina ili grad ima neku superneuralgičnu točku gdje neodgovorni pojedinci i poduzetnici nelegalno odbacuju tone otpada.
Na rogozničkom području to je mikrolokacija Gnjivać, put koji se proteže od Jadranske magistrale prema izlasku na lokalnu asfaltiranu cestu prema Oglavcima. Desetljećima je trajala borba sa zagađivačima okoliša, no tome je izgleda došao kraj. Postavljeni videonadzor snimi svako vozilo i registraciju, a rogoznički komunalni redar zagađivačima pošalje “čestitku” koja može težiti i više od tisuću i 300 eura.
Odvezeno na Bikarac
Ovih dana, kaže nam Ante Baus, direktor rogozničkoga komunalnog poduzeća “Škovacin”, sanirani se i posljednji ostaci otpada.
– Po dobivenom nalogu komunalnog redarstva Općine Rogoznice, “Škovacin” je u suradnji s obrtom “Prpun Trans” iz Rogoznice odradio sanaciju, prikupljanje, ukrcaj, prijevoz i deponiranje nerazvrstanog miješanog građevinskog otpada, glomaznog otpada i zemlje na mikrolokaciji Gnjivać.

Valja napomenuti kako je prva dionica sanacije navedene mikrolokacije obavljena u 2022. godini. Tada je prikupljeno i u Županijski centar za gospodarenje otpadom Bikarac prevezeno 362 tone miješanog građevinskog otpada te 15 tona zemlje i kamenja. U odnosu na neka prijašnja vremena, sami pristup navedenoj mikrolokaciji sad je pod videonadzorom, a komunalno redarstvo je u mogućnosti utvrditi prijestupnike i izdati prekršajne naloge ako je uočen ulazak s “punom prikolicom”.
Sa sjeverne strane postavljena je zaštitna ograda u suradnji sa Županijskom upravom za ceste, dok su na drugi (sporedni) ulaz postavljeni veći komadi kamenja. Ovim putem apeliramo, s obzirom na značajna utrošena sredstva za sanaciju Gnjivaća, da se zaustavi praksa nepropisnog odlaganja otpada u okoliš, jer čista i uredna Rogoznica je nešto što smo dužni ostaviti generacijama koje dolaze – kaže nam direktor Baus.

Slike s te lokacije koje su dolazile do nas proteklih godina i mjeseci zbilja su bile jezive. Ljudi su bacali doslovno svašta: građevinski otpad, opasan otpad, stari namještaj, automobilske gume, čak i komunalni otpad... Nekoliko puta već smo pisali o toj lokaciji i objavljivali fotografije, a nije zgorega prisjetiti se kako je to izgledalo tada, a kako je sada. Nadamo se da će tako i ostati.
