"Veliki brat" te gleda! Početkom sljedeće godine Grad Šibenik namjerava započeti implementaciju najsuvremenijeg sustava videonadzora koji će omogućiti sigurnosni nadzor kulturnih vrijednosti, imovine grada, ključnih mjesta okupljanja te napredno praćenje prometne situacije kroz analizu broja i strukture vozila u prometu te uvođenje reda u dijelu prometa u mirovanju, odnosno nepropisnog parkiranja.

Napredne analitičke tehnologije omogućit će policiji efikasniju prevenciju kriminaliteta, brzo identificiranje počinitelja i podizanje razine sigurnosti u gradu, a prometne analitičke informacije će prometnim stručnjacima omogućiti kvalitetnije prometno planiranje i optimizaciju prometa te povećanje sigurnosti prometa na cestama.
 

Kabelska podzemna mreža

– Videonadzor javnih površina grada Šibenika sastavni je i najveći dio cjelovitog integralnog projekta sustava tehničke zaštite vrijednog 14 milijuna kuna, a sastoji se od niza podsustava. Samim podsustavom videonadzora vrijednim deset milijuna kuna nadzirat će se 74 šibenske javne površine, i to ceste i raskrižja, ulice i trgovi, škole i vrtići, dječja igrališta i sportski objekti te plaže.

Na lokacijama javnih površina obuhvaćenih ovim projektom postavit će se 230 kamera visoke razlučivosti, od kojih je dio pokretnih s mogućnosti daljinskog upravljanja u sklopu evidencije nedozvoljenog parkiranja te detekcije vožnje u nedozvoljenom smjeru, zatim su tu kamere za automatsko prepoznavanje registracijskih oznaka i kategorizaciju vozila, kao i fiksne kamere visoke rezolucije s inteligentnom programskom podrškom za opći nadzor.

Za potrebe povezivanja javnih površina s instaliranim videonadzorom i komunikacijskom opremom predviđena je kabelska podzemna mreža s više od 20 kilometara optičkog kabela, vrijedna četiri milijuna kuna, čime će Šibenik dobiti podatkovnu infrastrukturu i za neke buduće namjene – kazao je zamjenik šibenskoga gradonačelnika mr. sc. Danijel Mileta.

Ovakav sustav videonadzora omogućava snimanje i prikaz videomaterijala vrlo visoke kakvoće bez obzira na vremenske prilike, kako bi se operaterima omogućio kvalitetan daljinski nadzor te analiza trenutne ili snimljene situacije. U nadzornom centru bit će sve veze sa svih kamera, te će se tamo u skladu s Općom uredbom o zaštiti podataka procesuirati i arhivirati snimke. Također će se omogućiti nadzor nad ovim sustavom Policijskoj upravi šibensko-kninskoj tako što će potrebna oprema biti smještena u sjedištu policijske uprave. Na ovaj način dobit će se integriran, ekonomičan i moderan sustav videonadzora javnih površina sa svrhom stvaranja što boljeg i sigurnijeg okruženja građanima i turistima.
 

Na solarnu energiju

Predviđena je nabava i podsustava radarskih uređaja, kojima je svrha preventivno djelovanje s ciljem povećanja sigurnosti pješaka, kao i stacionarni autonomni sustav izuzimanja slika i videozapisa koji se napaja preko solarne energije i osim videosadržaja ima mogućnost integracije meteorološke stanice s podacima o temperaturi, vlažnosti, padalinama te vjetru na pripadajućoj mikrolokaciji.

– Prilikom svakog oštećenja javnih površina, objekata i imovine općenito te nemara prema okolišu, naši sugrađani su postavljali i postavljaju pitanje zašto na dotičnim lokacijama Grad nije instalirao nadzorne kamere. To nas je dodatno ponukalo da pristupimo ovom projektu i njegovoj realizaciji. Ovako Šibenik postaje jedan od vodećih gradova na području Republike Hrvatske što se tiče implementacije sustava tehničke zaštite i inteligentnih transportnih sustava, što će posljedično rezultirati smanjenjem stope kriminaliteta i oštećenja javnih objekata i površina, kao i povećanjem broja sudionika koji poštuju prometne propise te smanjenjem nesreća u prometu – zaključio je Danijel Mileta.

"Veliki brat" te gleda! Početkom sljedeće godine Grad Šibenik namjerava započeti implementaciju najsuvremenijeg sustava videonadzora koji će omogućiti sigurnosni nadzor kulturnih vrijednosti, imovine grada, ključnih mjesta okupljanja te napredno praćenje prometne situacije kroz analizu broja i strukture vozila u prometu te uvođenje reda u dijelu prometa u mirovanju, odnosno nepropisnog parkiranja.

Napredne analitičke tehnologije omogućit će policiji efikasniju prevenciju kriminaliteta, brzo identificiranje počinitelja i podizanje razine sigurnosti u gradu, a prometne analitičke informacije će prometnim stručnjacima omogućiti kvalitetnije prometno planiranje i optimizaciju prometa te povećanje sigurnosti prometa na cestama.
 

Kabelska podzemna mreža

– Videonadzor javnih površina grada Šibenika sastavni je i najveći dio cjelovitog integralnog projekta sustava tehničke zaštite vrijednog 14 milijuna kuna, a sastoji se od niza podsustava. Samim podsustavom videonadzora vrijednim deset milijuna kuna nadzirat će se 74 šibenske javne površine, i to ceste i raskrižja, ulice i trgovi, škole i vrtići, dječja igrališta i sportski objekti te plaže.

Na lokacijama javnih površina obuhvaćenih ovim projektom postavit će se 230 kamera visoke razlučivosti, od kojih je dio pokretnih s mogućnosti daljinskog upravljanja u sklopu evidencije nedozvoljenog parkiranja te detekcije vožnje u nedozvoljenom smjeru, zatim su tu kamere za automatsko prepoznavanje registracijskih oznaka i kategorizaciju vozila, kao i fiksne kamere visoke rezolucije s inteligentnom programskom podrškom za opći nadzor.

Za potrebe povezivanja javnih površina s instaliranim videonadzorom i komunikacijskom opremom predviđena je kabelska podzemna mreža s više od 20 kilometara optičkog kabela, vrijedna četiri milijuna kuna, čime će Šibenik dobiti podatkovnu infrastrukturu i za neke buduće namjene – kazao je zamjenik šibenskoga gradonačelnika mr. sc. Danijel Mileta.

Ovakav sustav videonadzora omogućava snimanje i prikaz videomaterijala vrlo visoke kakvoće bez obzira na vremenske prilike, kako bi se operaterima omogućio kvalitetan daljinski nadzor te analiza trenutne ili snimljene situacije. U nadzornom centru bit će sve veze sa svih kamera, te će se tamo u skladu s Općom uredbom o zaštiti podataka procesuirati i arhivirati snimke. Također će se omogućiti nadzor nad ovim sustavom Policijskoj upravi šibensko-kninskoj tako što će potrebna oprema biti smještena u sjedištu policijske uprave. Na ovaj način dobit će se integriran, ekonomičan i moderan sustav videonadzora javnih površina sa svrhom stvaranja što boljeg i sigurnijeg okruženja građanima i turistima.

Predviđena je nabava i podsustava radarskih uređaja, kojima je svrha preventivno djelovanje s ciljem povećanja sigurnosti pješaka, kao i stacionarni autonomni sustav izuzimanja slika i videozapisa koji se napaja preko solarne energije i osim videosadržaja ima mogućnost integracije meteorološke stanice s podacima o temperaturi, vlažnosti, padalinama te vjetru na pripadajućoj mikrolokaciji.

– Prilikom svakog oštećenja javnih površina, objekata i imovine općenito te nemara prema okolišu, naši sugrađani su postavljali i postavljaju pitanje zašto na dotičnim lokacijama Grad nije instalirao nadzorne kamere. To nas je dodatno ponukalo da pristupimo ovom projektu i njegovoj realizaciji. Ovako Šibenik postaje jedan od vodećih gradova na području Republike Hrvatske što se tiče implementacije sustava tehničke zaštite i inteligentnih transportnih sustava, što će posljedično rezultirati smanjenjem stope kriminaliteta i oštećenja javnih objekata i površina, kao i povećanjem broja sudionika koji poštuju prometne propise te smanjenjem nesreća u prometu – zaključio je Danijel Mileta.

"Veliki brat" te gleda! Početkom sljedeće godine Grad Šibenik namjerava započeti implementaciju najsuvremenijeg sustava videonadzora koji će omogućiti sigurnosni nadzor kulturnih vrijednosti, imovine grada, ključnih mjesta okupljanja te napredno praćenje prometne situacije kroz analizu broja i strukture vozila u prometu te uvođenje reda u dijelu prometa u mirovanju, odnosno nepropisnog parkiranja.

Napredne analitičke tehnologije omogućit će policiji efikasniju prevenciju kriminaliteta, brzo identificiranje počinitelja i podizanje razine sigurnosti u gradu, a prometne analitičke informacije će prometnim stručnjacima omogućiti kvalitetnije prometno planiranje i optimizaciju prometa te povećanje sigurnosti prometa na cestama.
 

Kabelska podzemna mreža

– Videonadzor javnih površina grada Šibenika sastavni je i najveći dio cjelovitog integralnog projekta sustava tehničke zaštite vrijednog 14 milijuna kuna, a sastoji se od niza podsustava. Samim podsustavom videonadzora vrijednim deset milijuna kuna nadzirat će se 74 šibenske javne površine, i to ceste i raskrižja, ulice i trgovi, škole i vrtići, dječja igrališta i sportski objekti te plaže.

Na lokacijama javnih površina obuhvaćenih ovim projektom postavit će se 230 kamera visoke razlučivosti, od kojih je dio pokretnih s mogućnosti daljinskog upravljanja u sklopu evidencije nedozvoljenog parkiranja te detekcije vožnje u nedozvoljenom smjeru, zatim su tu kamere za automatsko prepoznavanje registracijskih oznaka i kategorizaciju vozila, kao i fiksne kamere visoke rezolucije s inteligentnom programskom podrškom za opći nadzor.

Za potrebe povezivanja javnih površina s instaliranim videonadzorom i komunikacijskom opremom predviđena je kabelska podzemna mreža s više od 20 kilometara optičkog kabela, vrijedna četiri milijuna kuna, čime će Šibenik dobiti podatkovnu infrastrukturu i za neke buduće namjene – kazao je zamjenik šibenskoga gradonačelnika mr. sc. Danijel Mileta.

Ovakav sustav videonadzora omogućava snimanje i prikaz videomaterijala vrlo visoke kakvoće bez obzira na vremenske prilike, kako bi se operaterima omogućio kvalitetan daljinski nadzor te analiza trenutne ili snimljene situacije. U nadzornom centru bit će sve veze sa svih kamera, te će se tamo u skladu s Općom uredbom o zaštiti podataka procesuirati i arhivirati snimke. Također će se omogućiti nadzor nad ovim sustavom Policijskoj upravi šibensko-kninskoj tako što će potrebna oprema biti smještena u sjedištu policijske uprave. Na ovaj način dobit će se integriran, ekonomičan i moderan sustav videonadzora javnih površina sa svrhom stvaranja što boljeg i sigurnijeg okruženja građanima i turistima.
