 Potpredsjednik Vlade i ministar financija Zdravko Marić izjavio je u srijedu da je ukidanje poreza na promet nekretnina predviđeno tijekom mandata Vlade, te kako nikad nije specificirano da će se to dogoditi s prvim danom iduće godine.
Kako je Marić izjavio novinarima uoči užeg kabineta Vlade, po tom pitanju nije bilo nikakvog "predomišljanja" jer "Vlada nikad nije rekla da će to stupiti na snagu s 1. siječnjem 2021. godine", već u njenom programu stoji da će se taj porezni oblik ukinuti u mandatu, pri čemu ne piše datum.


"Porez na promet nekretnina, porez na dodanu vrijednost i na hranu, to su sve mjere koje smo također stavili u program, ali nismo definirali kada, odnosno tijekom mandata", rekao je Marić.
Porez na promet nekretnina iznosi tri posto od tržišne vrijednosti nekretnine, taj porez je prihod gradova i općina, a kako su jučer pisali neki mediji, njegovo ukidanje je izazvalo pobunu gradova i općina, te naposljetku i odgodu.


No Marić to demantira, dodajući da u aktualnom krugu poreznih izmjena ukidanje tog poreza nije ni bilo originalno predviđeno.
Pojašnjava da će se s prvim danom iduće godine ići s izmjenama poreza na dohodak, to jest snižavanjem stopa s 24 na 20 posto, odnosno 36 posto na 30 posto, kao i snižavanja stope poreza na dobit, s 12 na 10 posto, za sve poduzetnike koji imaju promet do 7,5 milijuna kuna.


U kontekstu pravednije raspodjele poreznog tereta, a i bez obzira na sve dosadašnje porezne izmjene, Marić ističe da je Hrvatska i dalje na samom vrhu zemalja po udjelu prihoda od PDV-a u BDP-u.
Novinari su ministra pitali i o odgodi plaćanja leasinga, na što apeliraju i poslodavačke udruge, na što je Marić rekao da su to odnosi između privatnih i poslovnih subjekata, da "država tu ima na raspolaganju mogućnosti i jest ulazila u te odnose", no smatra i da tu ne treba zakonska regulativa. Sugerira da bi financijske institucije same, po uzoru i na Vladine ranije mjere, trebale poduzeti dodatne mjere kako bi olakšale položaj poduzetnika i građana.


Upitan i o eventualnoj daljnjoj prolongaciji moratorija na ovrhe, Marić je ponovio da je to odnos dužnika i vjerovnika, a da je država sa svoje strane bila produljila rok na još tri mjeseca.
"Moramo razmišljati i govoriti ne samo o pravima dužnika nego i o pravima vjerovnika. No vjerovnici, koji imaju te mogućnosti, da svakako slijede primjer onog što smo činili i mi kao država, da se po isteku tog roka omogući nekakva, ili obročna otplata ili neki drugi mehanizmi koji će olakšati da u nekom kratkom roku ne dođe do velikog pritiska", izjavio je Marić.

 Potpredsjednik Vlade i ministar financija Zdravko Marić izjavio je u srijedu da je ukidanje poreza na promet nekretnina predviđeno tijekom mandata Vlade, te kako nikad nije specificirano da će se to dogoditi s prvim danom iduće godine.
Kako je Marić izjavio novinarima uoči užeg kabineta Vlade, po tom pitanju nije bilo nikakvog "predomišljanja" jer "Vlada nikad nije rekla da će to stupiti na snagu s 1. siječnjem 2021. godine", već u njenom programu stoji da će se taj porezni oblik ukinuti u mandatu, pri čemu ne piše datum.


"Porez na promet nekretnina, porez na dodanu vrijednost i na hranu, to su sve mjere koje smo također stavili u program, ali nismo definirali kada, odnosno tijekom mandata", rekao je Marić.
Porez na promet nekretnina iznosi tri posto od tržišne vrijednosti nekretnine, taj porez je prihod gradova i općina, a kako su jučer pisali neki mediji, njegovo ukidanje je izazvalo pobunu gradova i općina, te naposljetku i odgodu.


No Marić to demantira, dodajući da u aktualnom krugu poreznih izmjena ukidanje tog poreza nije ni bilo originalno predviđeno.
Pojašnjava da će se s prvim danom iduće godine ići s izmjenama poreza na dohodak, to jest snižavanjem stopa s 24 na 20 posto, odnosno 36 posto na 30 posto, kao i snižavanja stope poreza na dobit, s 12 na 10 posto, za sve poduzetnike koji imaju promet do 7,5 milijuna kuna.


U kontekstu pravednije raspodjele poreznog tereta, a i bez obzira na sve dosadašnje porezne izmjene, Marić ističe da je Hrvatska i dalje na samom vrhu zemalja po udjelu prihoda od PDV-a u BDP-u.
Novinari su ministra pitali i o odgodi plaćanja leasinga, na što apeliraju i poslodavačke udruge, na što je Marić rekao da su to odnosi između privatnih i poslovnih subjekata, da "država tu ima na raspolaganju mogućnosti i jest ulazila u te odnose", no smatra i da tu ne treba zakonska regulativa. Sugerira da bi financijske institucije same, po uzoru i na Vladine ranije mjere, trebale poduzeti dodatne mjere kako bi olakšale položaj poduzetnika i građana.


Upitan i o eventualnoj daljnjoj prolongaciji moratorija na ovrhe, Marić je ponovio da je to odnos dužnika i vjerovnika, a da je država sa svoje strane bila produljila rok na još tri mjeseca.
"Moramo razmišljati i govoriti ne samo o pravima dužnika nego i o pravima vjerovnika. No vjerovnici, koji imaju te mogućnosti, da svakako slijede primjer onog što smo činili i mi kao država, da se po isteku tog roka omogući nekakva, ili obročna otplata ili neki drugi mehanizmi koji će olakšati da u nekom kratkom roku ne dođe do velikog pritiska", izjavio je Marić.

Marić: Ukidanje poreza na promet nekretnina tijekom mandata Vlade

 Potpredsjednik Vlade i ministar financija Zdravko Marić izjavio je u srijedu da je ukidanje poreza na promet nekretnina predviđeno tijekom mandata Vlade, te kako nikad nije specificirano da će se to dogoditi s prvim danom iduće godine.
Kako je Marić izjavio novinarima uoči užeg kabineta Vlade, po tom pitanju nije bilo nikakvog "predomišljanja" jer "Vlada nikad nije rekla da će to stupiti na snagu s 1. siječnjem 2021. godine", već u njenom programu stoji da će se taj porezni oblik ukinuti u mandatu, pri čemu ne piše datum.


"Porez na promet nekretnina, porez na dodanu vrijednost i na hranu, to su sve mjere koje smo također stavili u program, ali nismo definirali kada, odnosno tijekom mandata", rekao je Marić.
Porez na promet nekretnina iznosi tri posto od tržišne vrijednosti nekretnine, taj porez je prihod gradova i općina, a kako su jučer pisali neki mediji, njegovo ukidanje je izazvalo pobunu gradova i općina, te naposljetku i odgodu.


No Marić to demantira, dodajući da u aktualnom krugu poreznih izmjena ukidanje tog poreza nije ni bilo originalno predviđeno.
Pojašnjava da će se s prvim danom iduće godine ići s izmjenama poreza na dohodak, to jest snižavanjem stopa s 24 na 20 posto, odnosno 36 posto na 30 posto, kao i snižavanja stope poreza na dobit, s 12 na 10 posto, za sve poduzetnike koji imaju promet do 7,5 milijuna kuna.


U kontekstu pravednije raspodjele poreznog tereta, a i bez obzira na sve dosadašnje porezne izmjene, Marić ističe da je Hrvatska i dalje na samom vrhu zemalja po udjelu prihoda od PDV-a u BDP-u.
Novinari su ministra pitali i o odgodi plaćanja leasinga, na što apeliraju i poslodavačke udruge, na što je Marić rekao da su to odnosi između privatnih i poslovnih subjekata, da "država tu ima na raspolaganju mogućnosti i jest ulazila u te odnose", no smatra i da tu ne treba zakonska regulativa. Sugerira da bi financijske institucije same, po uzoru i na Vladine ranije mjere, trebale poduzeti dodatne mjere kako bi olakšale položaj poduzetnika i građana.


Upitan i o eventualnoj daljnjoj prolongaciji moratorija na ovrhe, Marić je ponovio da je to odnos dužnika i vjerovnika, a da je država sa svoje strane bila produljila rok na još tri mjeseca.
"Moramo razmišljati i govoriti ne samo o pravima dužnika nego i o pravima vjerovnika. No vjerovnici, koji imaju te mogućnosti, da svakako slijede primjer onog što smo činili i mi kao država, da se po isteku tog roka omogući nekakva, ili obročna otplata ili neki drugi mehanizmi koji će olakšati da u nekom kratkom roku ne dođe do velikog pritiska", izjavio je Marić.
